Me and my husband have got a couple cars from here that have been decent. Good Place to go when you need something cheap and fast. The owner is pretty reasonable with negotiating.

Friendship Auto Sales is a great place to buy a car. I have bought 3 cars from them and they all have been reliable and did not have any mechanical issues. I still drive 2 of the 3 cars today one is my daily driver and the other is for long trips to see family across the country. The sales staff has been really helpful and knowledgeable on all the vehicles they have on the lot as well as very friendly. If I did not see something on at the dealership that I was looking for they would ask what I was looking for and try to find it at the auction. The salesman I dealt with knew all the information about the vehicle that I was looking at as well as if it was a good fit for what I was needing it for. The prices are really good on the vehicles, they do not overcharge/over price their cars, they price them to sell. They want to get you in a reliable car at a good price. Their interests are in you and not just getting a sale. The atmosphere when you come on to the lot is friendly and they will not force you into a car if you do not want it.They truly want to be your friend in the car business just like their name says.

I just think that this dealership needs to take customer service relations over and over again until they get it right! You can take your professional in there but knows cars way better than the owner or anybody that works at this lot, and he would still tell you that something wasnt true or this and that wasnt right! He does have some nice vehicles in there but he needs to come off of the price thats the way we do business in America!!

This is by far some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experiencedI was trying to contact them the SECOND they put a certain car up for sale but received NOTHING in return AT ALL now the cars gone and my dreams are crushedAVOD THEM LIKE THE CORONA VIRUS.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that’ll treat you right or at least contact you back0/5 stars

I went to several car places before checking out Friendship Auto Sales. Friendships lot is clean with cars that are very presentable inside and out. I test drove two vehicles before deciding on a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am. Paul was extremely nice and a great salesman. He knows how to relate to people and treats you with respect. He even help fixed my brother in laws trim on his car that was hanging off the side. Charlie was also incredible kind, generous and respectful. These guys are quality people. They gave me a great deal on the car that i purchased. They were fair, respectful, and illuminated Gods love and generous heart. A friend referred me here and I am so thankful for the experience.

I just bought a car last night for my daughter and I couldn’t be more pleased with Friendship Auto. My husband and I both have demanding schedules that makes it difficult to shop for vehicles. We got to Friendship Auto at 6:15pm and we received assistance from a wonderful guy named Charlie. Even though we came late, Charlie never seemed annoyed or frustrated. We wanted to make the best decision, so we requested to test drive several vehicles and we ended up being at Friendship Auto well after closing time. I was so amazed at how the people at Friendship Auto was so courteous and went above and beyond my expectations. The price is right too!!! My roommates younger brother needed a car asap cause his broke down. So we picked him up and came here and they were super friendly and knowledgeable. If a car had an issue they told you up front and if you pointed out an issue they understood and apologized for not catching it sooner and went down on the price. We ended up buy a car that day and it took less than an hr and a half from starting test driving to finished with paperwork. Amazing!

The best dealership in Tulsa/Broken Arrow.Jordan was very helpful and gave me a great deal on my van. It took me to Los Angeles and back with no problem still runs great. They are people you can trust.

My first purchase from Friendship Auto was a 1992 Toyota Corolla. It was very, very reasonable priced and in good condition. And the salesman was extremely nice and honest about the few things wrong with the car. I have now driven the car for six years putting over 230,000 miles on it in the process. My second and more recent purchase was a 2003 Chevy Malibu for my son. This car was extremely reasonably priced and in excellent condition. One of the only things wrong with it was a broken power window switch. Friendship already had a replacement switch on order when I purchased the car and promptly installed the new switch at no extra charge as soon as it arrived. Again the salesman was extremely nice and very honest. Friendship is now even helping me with replacement parts for my Corolla. I will definitely be going back to Friendship Auto as well as recommending them to anyone looking for a car.

We have purchased two vehicles from Friendship Auto and have had two excellent experiences.In 2008, we purchased a 1994 Lincoln Town Car with 140 K miles. Charlie was up front about its problems and was fair on the price. As such, we maintained it appropriately and it served us well for nearly 5 years after which we gave it to a friend who is still driving it without issue.Just recently, we purchased a 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis. Like the Town Car, we got a great deal on it and we expect every bit as much from it as the Town Car.

Test drove a car that died and would not restart. I got the pleasure of leaving the car in the street and walking back to the car lot. The guy told me it the best car on the lot. I certainly hope not.

In January 2016 I paid $4000 for a 2002 Ford Expedition.. bit over market price. Asked David questions about the oil light fluctuating. He lied about it saying that it was just a bad gauge. Asked about this weird noise under the hood that would come and go. He talked to his mechanic, the one that looks like zombie Fabio and whos also a crook.. Davids answer: Its the suspension! Hey! You got an air ride! - really smooth sales speech. Long story short, the oil light had to do with the engine not being able to hold oil pressure and therefore it was a bad engine and had to be replaced. It started making a really loud knocking noise 1 month after I bought it because of the oil issue, then it started shutting down in the middle of the freeway. By March 2016 the SUV was dead metal, a complete loss. I also heard that he takes the motorcycles on road trips to other states (probably tears them up) and puts them up for sale - I think Paul told me that. So, they kept my 4 grand and I got nothing to drive to work. Thanks Friendship Auto Sales! The best friend a walking man could have!

I had the best experience here Im a struggling college student and Paul (one of the workers ) made sure I did not leave without a car that would reliably get me back and forth from school and home without a problem. He worked with me on payments was very honest and was just so sweet I havent had any problems with the car. And I highly recommend would definitely buy a car from here again

Got a good deal on a trailer from them very good price for what is was i have always liked friendship auto and so has my sister and my co worker i sent his way. the cars on his lot are what you would expect on a used car lot most are in good to perfect condition a few are mechanic specials but those are marked or you are told it is a mechanic special.

Wish we could have made a deal! I stopped in at 5pm after leaving trader in down the street. Jordan was very professional and did everything he could to earn my business today. I was looking for an expedition a durango or tahoe, he had three of each on the lot and was ready to wheel and deal when it came down to it tires and or a/c were the only reason we couldnt make it happen. Ill be checking back with Jordan for sure next week to see if he was able to get some good rubber.

I cannot accurately describe how horrible this dealer is. He had a fancy sales pitch and seemed nice enough but on the way home the check engine light came on. It turns out to be the torque converter and possibly more. I have no proof that this dealer had intentionally cleared the codes so we would not know there was a problem, but they would not help us in anyway after the sale. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Bought an alero in March by end of May I started having problems tail lights wouldnt work ( cost $195 to fix ) starter went out, then the ignition switch, the main computer and guess what it still doesnt run I bought it for 1600 and so far have spent close to $700 and have a broke down car sitting in my drive as a full time mother and student myself I couldnt afford to be swindled not that anyone can but this has really put my family in a real hardship - I would never recommend this car lot to anyone !!

It was an awesome experience the car I bought was in perfect condition there was abousutly no check engine lights on what so ever its almost to good to be true but I have made several trips from Tulsa to okc and still no issues or check lights I was nervous because I really didnt know what to look for when buying a used car and the guy that sold it to me showed me what to look for and made me feel really comfortable about my decision if your in the market for a used car I would highly recommend going to friendship auto

I bought a used car for a reasonable deal from them, a month later a big issue came up with the car that they probably couldnt have foreseen. The repairs cost me half what I paid for the car, I talked with the Owner about the issue and the owner was very nice and compassionate and did help by pitching in a little bit of money for the repair.

Great experience. Charlie the owner is very understanding of unique situations and the whole staff is willing to work with you to get you on the road in a car that works for you. Im now 7 months pregnant with my first child and the owner was willing to come down in price for the vehicle I wanted. I got a honda santa fe, 2005 with 192 on the miles but this car is in great working condition, and I got it for half the price that others are asking for same car model with the same kind of condition/miles. The only thing really wrong is the backseat windows dont roll down, but thats hardly an issue when you get a car that safely holds a carseat, drives smooth and has heat, AC and everything else works. Plus, multiple ways to play music!! For me, this was the perfect car for what I needed in my life and I am impressed with how the whole staff wanted to help me. Would recommend Friendship Auto for practical cars in good working condition and also for the customer service!

Bought a 2003 pontiac sunfire about a week ago. There should have been a red flag go up before I bought the car since it was overheating on the test drive and as soon as I pulled back in to the car lot they knew exactly what was wrong with it and fixed it for me at no additional charge. The first day I got home I checked the paper work and turns out the paper work I signed was for a 2002 and the vin did not match the car. went back in the next day to resign the correct paperwork and the guy had the nerve to tell me that if he had known it was a 2003 he sold me he would have charged me more. Got to drive it about 300 miles before the check engine light came on. I am almost positive that this dealership knew that the check engine light was on before they sold it to me but I cannot prove this as all their vehicles had no charge on them due to the cold weather. I would avoid this place if at all possible.

Dont do buisness here cars are extremley shady they buy used cars at auction and will only fix cars witth the bare minimum parts they can buy off ebay or they glue it up so you dont notice till it breaks again if a trans is slipping they put additive in it and sell it anyways belt whinning they spray it with wd-40 and call it good tires bald??? hey dont replace tires unless there blown up beyond repair body damage pull it out with a toliet plungers or pushes the dent out from inside the panel with your hand bumper broken tip tie it together door panel falling off glue it back on no need to spend 2 bucks on plastic clips worst car lot ever i advise to stay far away from them
