I always have great service here but today was exceptional. I had a flat late last night with kids in the car. My son patched it and today exhausted and tired I took my car as I always do to Discount Tire. They were extremely busy. Explained what might happen and if not I’d have to buy a new tire. Wait time up to 2 hours. In an hour I was done, flat fixed and I was on my way. Because of previous experiences there was no charge. They were very friendly, helpful and I was amazed at how easy my experience was. Thank you.

The staff here is friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I did my shopping for the best deal not only on price of tires but the coverage. The tire I got was a little more expensive than the competition but their service, product knowledge and coverage makes up for it by far.

We needed to replace our tires and we brought it here. Their service cannot be matched. We were met immediately onsite and our rep was so respectful and nice to us. I was actually taken aback from it because I wasnt expecting such great service. They were so honest with us and told us that we only needed to replace the front two tires instead of all four. He took us inside and did our paperwork and gave us an accurate completion time of 1.5 hours without an appointment and I tell you, this place is a perfect 5 stars. I recently bought a set of tires, the staff helped me pick out the right set for a good price. They dont treat me like a simpleton just because I am a woman. Also, they fix flats for free if you purchase your tires there or you purchased them elsewhere.

This is the only place I will go for tires in the future. The employees are amazing, not only when it comes to talking to customers, but they work quickly and efficiently as well. Robert Moore helped me from when I called to make my appointment to meeting me in the parking lot even before I checked in. They made sure that I knew when my truck would be done, and actually were finished 15 minutes sooner than expected. These guys are amazing!!

Had a good experience here. Got a bolt stuck in my tire so took it in initially to get a new tire put on. Already reserved the tire and setup everything to go for a new tire to be put on. Once got there, I asked to see if they can check if the damage was repairable. They took my car in right away and within 15min the sales guy came out and said your all set to go. They already took care of the repair and was all free of charge. Wow! Didnt expect that. Normally I would have gotten a sorry sir your tire is too far damaged and needs a new tire with additional warranty for an extra charge. Nope, not here. That is good integrity right there! I hope this type of service continues at this location. Ill definitely be coming back. I appreciate the good honest service. Keep it up!

Had a very slow leak in a rear tire. Noticed Discount Tire has almost all of their bays empty when everyone else was too busy to get it in. Informed the person at the front desk of the problem, he went and checked and measured the tire etc (which I immediately thought was odd), checked me in on the computer, and immediately asked me what my backup plan was in case it couldn’t be patched. I told him “drive back home just like I drove in there and figure my options”. He started to stutter and I asked “why? Because it’s a liability for me to drove out of here after you remove my tire?”, he said yes. I laughed and left. Intentionally trying to scam people into buying tires, regardless of the condition being good or not. This used to be a good place to go, but I guess since they’ve gotten to be a bigger chain, they’re playing games to gouge customers. Went to one of the shops west down Kenosha 1/4 a mile and the guy fixed me up and sent me on my way.Sometimes it’s just better to stay away from the big chains...

Used this Discount Tire and never had a problem until today 8-12-2021. Bought 4 tires and 4 TPMS sensors to be installed and Discount Tire forgot to install the TPMS sensors so here I sit for another 45 minutes because of an avoidable mistake. My time was wasted and might take my business elsewhere. Devon, Arturo and the rest of the employees here need more training.

The customer service I received at the shop was exceptional. Everyone from the managers onto the guys installing my new tires were upbeat, friendly and very professional.However my issues are with the tire ordering process online. I was only given one tire size option based on my make, model and trim. The website said that this tire size was the original tire size. When I showed up to the shop for my appointment, I was told that I ordered the wrong tire size and that it would be an additional $200 to get the right size. If the website would have suggested that there were potentially other common tire sizes I would have double checked. If I would have known that my discount tires were going to cost me almost $800, I honestly would have taken my business elsewhere as I had several quotes for cheaper.

Ive had good luck with this establishment. They are very prompt, an appt is better but drop -ins are welcomed just the same. I wont shop anywhere else for my tire needs. Just had a 9 month old tire going flat and because of the warranty, there was no charge. I dropped in on a busy morning and didnt mind the wait. 1 hour was all it took to work me in, fix the tire, balance and rotate tires. I travel 45 miles to get their service with a smile.

Discount tire did a great job replacing my tires. There was a slight hiccup with the size of tire that they had in stock. But Cameron and the rest of the team didnt punish me for the oversight. My only criticism would be, include the price of installation with the price of the tires. I have to imagine that there are more people out there who are having it installed at the shop, rather than doing it themselves. Cater your quote pricing to the majority of people, in order to avoid the appearance of hidden fees. But still, great service, reasonable amount of time, and decent prices. Thank you for your help.

Bought a set of tires about a month ago and they got us right in and matched the priced matched. So went back today and took in just 2 we needed and they did us right again. No complaints here. Friendly fast and affordable!

Had a nail in a tire, went in and they said they didn’t have that tire but could schedule me an appointment for 8:30am to get it fixed. They told me the tire would be there from the warehouse and they could get it out on really quick if I made an appointment early. So I did.I show up and they have no appointment scheduled and they tell me the tire is coming on their morning truck and will be there in 30 min. I was a little disappointed that they would say to schedule an appointment early and then they don’t even have the tire.After waiting 35 min the guy comes up and says “sorry, the truck forgot your tire, but don’t worry we’re sending him back to get it...it’s just gonna be another 30min”Then I hear one tech make a call to a customer with a story about the truck that had his tire “broke down” so they can’t get it done by the time they promised. Sounds like discount is in the habit of just make up stories to their customers.I understand things going wrong, but just be honest. Also if it’s going to take 3 hrs, then just tell me that...don’t make me wait around thinking it’s going to be quick. Ruins an experience when your lied too.

I ended up going to this location last week after having a tire blow on my way to work (on the highway). Right away I was greeted, without getting out of my car. I explained the situation and was told to park. Within seconds, Logan came out to my car to assess the situation. He was very kind and explained in detail (while showing me pictures of his descriptions) exactly what was going on with my tires and what was needed. He explained that one of my other tires was needing a fix just as badly as the one that had popped. We went inside and he was extremely patient with me as he explained each tire option available. After picking out his recommendation of a tire, I decided to only get one. I let him know I’d be back the following week for another and he set one back just so it would be available when I came again! The tire change only took about 5 minutes and there was nothing but smiles in the building the entire time. I was so impressed with the feel of the tire that I decided to go back the next day to get my other one. The second day I was greeted by Rob in just as friendly and quickly of a manner. My car now runs smoother than ever and both days I left in a better mood because of the overall vibes and mood of the business and employees. I’ll be a customer for life because of Logan and Rob. I just had 4 New tires put on my truck. The fastest tire change place i have ever been to. They are really nice very informative and helpful.

I highly recommend these guys. I made an appointment to get 4 new tires but left one of my tires at home (drove up on a spare, only had 3). There were no other appointments for the rest of the day so they changed the 3 and the manager said just come back as soon as you can. Sure enough they squeezed me in immediately and were very nice about it. Really great customer service. I’ll come back for sure.

So I drove up to have my tire looked at and my air pressure checked.The young guy that actually checked my air did not even put air in my tire. I asked the other guy that apparently was managing if he had and he said that he did. But my electronic air gauge had not reflected any change. He said it would probably take some time to update.I get my tires rotated regularly and checked often for optimal use. I know my gauge does not take long to update. I was asking for a tire quote as well. I did get one and it took a couple minutes. My air pressure had not changed.It never changed.I went to a different Discount Tires across Tulsa and they hooked up all four and made sure they were all at the recommended air pressure. And right before my eyes they updated while he was checking them.I dont understand why all places within the same company cannot have the same customer service and high standard of listening to their customers.

Went in to get a leaky tire fixed and went to pay for it, and it was free! What?! I was so impressed with their customer service and just all around attitude! It was awesome! Definitely recommend them and will absolutely be back for tires!

We thought we would be in and out quick bc the guy said someone would be out to talk to us.... 20 minutes later, I called to find out that it would be an hour, if not more, to get it fixed.They lost business from us. They are very nice! I was visiting from down in south arkansas and they remind of the nice small town people from home. They fixed me right up in no time.

I was supposed to get a rebate with my tire purchase, but the salesperson who helped me did not follow the rebate guidelines. Beware if they tell you they are allowed to offer a manufacturer rebate early! After I got the rejection email from the manufacturer, it took me a little over a month to contact Discount Tire. Life happens. Once I did speak with the salesperson, he told me hed look into it and call me back. He never called. Fast forward a month (too busy over the holidays to mess with it), and I found out the salesperson never looked into it. He also told me it was too late for them to do anything about it. After my pushing, he said hed contact corporate and get back with me. You guessed it...he never called me back. Now Im either out the money for something the salesperson did wrong or contacting corporate myself. I should not have to spend this much time trying to get my rebate that the salesperson said I would get. Its not my fault he was wrong regarding the terms. I will not be purchasing tires from Discount Tire again.

Didnt have the tires that I needed so they ordered them. Took an extra week to come in but no one gave me the courtesy of a phone call to let me know they were in. Had them put on after work today and they didnt bother to put the correct psi air in them. Way off. So now I have to make another trip. The salesperson quoted me a price for 2 Continental tires. I get home and they are the cheap Burma brand. Very Disappointed.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Bought new rims and tires from them at a reasonable price several months ago, and they accommodated my hectic work schedule for the install.About 6 months later, I had to have a cracked rim replaced. They were able to reorder the rim from CA, replace it, and rebalance the car all within a week of me calling.Everyone at Discount has been very helpful and friendly on every occasion. It is very likely that I will never go anywhere else in Tulsa for my rim and tire needs.Would recommend.

Ive been replacing my tires at Discount for very long time...on 4/26/21 was the last time I replaced my tires on the truck so while driving 3 weeks later going about 70mph on the hwy my 2 wheels fly out one gose past my truck on upcoming traffic thankfully it did not hit any other vehicles and went thru the fence and then to the field...I destroyed my right rear end I reported this and they said they wont be able to do nothing cause its been since service about 3 weeks and 3k miles put on..always check your wheels that they dont over tighten or leave it to lose this could of killed people.

Their changes for covid_19 were good. They were as fast as they could be. There were some in front of me and they had to be completed first. They were not pushy sales people, the price options were good. Would recommend to others.

I needed my tire pressure checked and sensors reset before making a long distance trip with my kiddos...I spoke with Logan and he was so polite and professional! He told me to go ahead and bring it in even though it was 30 min to close he said it wouldn’t take long. Long story short I ended up having a screw in my tire and since he knew I was traveling he wanted to go ahead and have them take care of it!! Multiple workers said our customers safety is first and it wasn’t a problem even though it was 15 minutes until closing which speaks volumes for this company! Thank you guys so much...I will continue to buy my tires here :)

Great experience. Had a flat repaired. I had bought tires from them last summer and it was a good experiemce as well. No cost to repair the flat, they were quick, and they sprayed the tires with cleaner when they were done. Everyone was extremely friendly, courtesy, and helpful.

My wife brought her car in for a flat repair. The tech said the tire is repairable, he also tried to talk her into a new set of tires because one of the front tires had a small amount of edge wear. When she refused 4 brand new tires he told her they couldn’t help her with the flat repair because they’re appointment only. I’ve purchased 3 sets of tires in the last 3 years for my work vehicle and always had a great experience. I even had a set replaced 2 weeks ago with no appointment. It’s really irritating when my wife goes in and has a totally different experience.

I bought my Cooper Cobra tires from Discount Tires almost five years ago. I think they are the best Tues around. Ive had a consistent problem with one of my tires going down in air pressure slowly. Theyve checked all my tires many times and today I finally had time for the techs to check it out. It was a small nail that was the problem. It was repaired and no charge, to boot, no pun intended! Ive got enough tread depth to last through the Sumner and then Ill need some new ones. You can bet Ill buy them from Discount Tire again. Ive never had a tire place with such excellent customer service, and Ive been around almost 70 years! Count on them. I did, and I couldnt be happier about it!

I got my tires from Discount Tires a year ago. I went to the Tulsa Hills location and the guys there were very friendly and attentive. Well I got a flat and with my warranty I can go there and get it fixed, but I work in Broken Arrow. These are the most un alive and unmotivated group of men Ive ever seen.The only thank you I got was from the tire tech when I was pulling out. I didnt know during covid you could make an appointment to get in and out quicker. This place is hiring, I guess thats why they were slow, or maybe because I didnt know that I could have made an appointment to get in quicker.

The best place to get tires. Not only are the the lowest price (a warehouse club might occasionally be just a smidge less, but far less selection and not the same service) but they go out of their way to really help you out. They have patched several tires of mine over the years....all for free. Their approach to customer service definitely works, as they are always the first place I look to whenever the car needs new shoes. Recently had a bad experience at an automotive shop and dont want to become a stickler for pointing out bad experiences. So I thought I would write a review for Discount seeing as Ive always had a great experience here.This tire shop is the bees knees I like to think of them as the QT of tires. Replacing tires comes only ever so often but from previous experiences with other shops I typically would expect to have long waits. Even as a walk in Ive always been addressed extremely quickly even faster then other places with assigned appointments. And when you set an appointment here expect to get in and out lightning fast.Everyone is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All of their tires are of great quality and price. Their value is sky high. The thing Ive found most interesting is how well every store is managed. If you step into a Discount in Texas and step into your local one they have a very uniform feel of urgency and getting the customer taken care of hands down the best tire shop. They come highly recommended and they always take care of the customer!

I went to Discount Tires for the first time today and was very impressed!!! The customer service is excellent, the waiting area was comfortable and clean and they got the job done quickly even though there was a lot customers there. They also had the best prices that I found. I called the day before to get prices and walked out today paying what I expected to pay with no surprise expenses added on. I also appreciate how they explained my options to me and what was going on with my tires. I was treated with respect and as I waited I watched the employees consistently treat each customer that came in with respect. It was a refreshing experience!
