An idea that has had better days, and whose future is bleak due to the arrival of digital downloading! I feel sorry for the people who work here are all knowledgeable and friendly! The corporate office treats its employees like dirt. Minimum wage slaves! Store managers included!!

Probably one of the best gamestops ive been to so far the staff are great and very helpful one kid there actually helped me find a game i wanted really bad saw it was in another store close to boston area and where i guess he lived some what near and he actually went out of his way and picked the game up personally for me himself to have it to me the very next day instead of having me order it and ship it or go there myself was one of the nicest and just best things a total stranger has done for me just out of the kindness of his own heart and love of gaming as well without a doubt this is one of the best gamestops around

The staff is good. However, there is usually a line of people waiting to be helped. I have used this store twice to get a credit for a game and trade in a game, in store credit is better than cash amount but not by much. There is a decent selection of games but the store looks a bit rundown and the pricing is a bit more than expected.

A Woman that worked at the area was very resourceful. She gave a plethora of interesting comments about specific games and seems to be very enthusiastic to talk to, very rare to come across people who are like that.

Alwas rip u off when trading in games you better off shopping on amazon or ebay or anything thats not selling gta5 for 60 usd an buying 12 usd. back when i bought games

They helped a unknown parent show the 18 and up side of GTA V and i liked that! The parent was uninformed about sex and nudity and drugs in the whole game! This gamestop rocks for its awesome support!!

This Gamestop has great customer service, Kat and Sean are awesome people who clearly love video games and recommending whatever cool new products end up coming through the door. I recently got an amazing customizable controller for my PC and PS4, think of an Xbox Elite controller but for those platforms with more accessibility. Its made by ASTRO and I love it, probably the most comfortable controller Ive ever used.

This is one of the best gamestops around the staff is knowledgeable on mostly every console and extras on top of that the crew is nice and helpful and great with conversation and tips
