My support specialist Juan went above and beyond. He explained all details to me before all work was done abs made sure I understood. The dealer has a reputation of being expensive and he made sure to contact me several times to talk about the work my car needed from priority to not so important. I was impressed, he had a great attitude, and answered all my questions. Thanks Juan.

Two star rating because of how quickly they got the car turned around and how low pressure and responsive my sales rep (Nate) was. But…..Buyer beware. As others have posted, they lure you in with a fair online price then hit you with a “reconditioning fee” and they won’t certify the car without it. Reconditioning the car is a cost of doing business and shouldn’t be passed onto the consumer.Further, the finance guy “mysteriously” found me a better loan rate when I considered an extended warranty.Lastly, upon taking delivery of the car, they misplaced the spare key and said they’d be in touch. Sure. They also delivered it without a full tank of gas.So congratulations to them. They got a profitable deal on their side but they lost a potential repeat customer. I’ll never purchase another vehicle from them again, and will be sure to continue to spread the word about this place.

Everybody here was so accommodating and easy to work with. My salesman, Nate, was amazing!! I honestly never do this, but this Nissan has blown me away. I recently went to Nissan 24 for my 2015 Nissan Rogue. Turns out my transmission was down and I needed a new one (and I was just out of warranty). I spoke to Jude and he went above an beyond-- truly amazing. He worked with his manager to the headquarters of Nissan and they ended up paying 80% of my costs, even out of warranty. He kept me updated on the process, and was so kind and personable. When I brought my car to get fixed, they were wary that I did not have a car rental included in my service and they fixed my transmission in ONE DAY. I work at a hospital and transportation is crucial to me. A huge KUDOS to the mechanic that fixed my car, Jude, and his manager. I am only going to this nissan from here on out. Thank you so much for this amazing service, I really appreciate it.

Avoid this place like the plague.Attempted to purchase a certified 2019 Nissan, sale price of $24, 187. After numerous delays, was given a sales contract in which 24Nissan wanted $26,187 to them for the car, not including any registration or tax! They had added a $1,500 reconditioning fee! Then found out, if we paid cash, the price would go up another $500 if we did not use Nissan Financing. Of course none of this was disclosed in advance in their ads. So after two visits and three wasted hours, we left.In reviewing their Google adds, it seems all the 5 stars reviews are by people who have no other reviews. Imaging that!Edit- added text:So I called the General manager at the number below. He defended the hidden add on fees as not deceptive, by referring me to the little red DISCLAIMER button, which links to gobbleygook including this text Certification optional and fees may apply for pre-owned vehicles. He was comfortable arguing that this text allows them to add a reconditioning fee of $1,500 to the advertised sale price, and he saw nothing deceptive in doing that. So these are the type of people who work here!

This is the exact same review I left on Yelp also. I was very disappointed in my experience at Nissan 24, in Brockton. I had what I consider a very inexperienced salesman wait on me. He didnt know the answers to simple questions (how much? lease or preowned?). He also showed no consideration for my time as a customer. I went back to pick up my car on a Tuesday (6/01) expecting to the have plates transferred and the registration done as well as the inspection sticker. I was told this would be done. Well the only thing done was the transfer of plates. He knew the registration person was not in on Tuesdays but never told me so I had to take more time off of work to come back Wednesday (6/2) and he had the registration done but the car had flunked inspection. Absolutely no forewarning from him that this could happen. I then had it inspected the following Monday by my own mechanic and sent him the receipt on both 06/07 and 07/06 for reimbursement. Not only have I not received reimbursement but he never answered my texts. So unprofessional. I then wrote to the Business Development Director (06/02) to tell her of my complaints and no response back. I then wrote to the General Sales Manager a few days later (06/05) and again no response back. So I guess Nissan 24 only wants to hear from you if you only have compliments for them. Otherwise dont bother them and believe me I wont. I will never go back there again.

My appointment was for an inspection sticker upon the certified, preowned truck that I recently purchased from you.Upon my early arrival this morning, I was instructed that if the inspection was prepaid then I had to take it to the Sunoco station across the way, rather than to your service center. Wasn’t too big on Nissan 24 just because I heard bad things but I was helped by Willy, who took two hours out of his day to make sure I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. He knew I wanted this car and would not let me walk out the door without the price I wanted it for. If it were any other salesman he probably would have told me to have a good day with the price I was asking for but he made it happen. Definitely plan on coming here for my next car and I pray that I get someone who will work with me as much as Willy did. Someone give that guy a raise 😎

Horrible post-sales support and service and egregious fees (e.g., $1,500 refurbishment fees, $1,000 charge if you finance through a third-party). The registration process was also dreadful as the sales associate was incapable of communicating correctly with my insurance provider to get the correct paperwork, which delayed our pickup by days. When we picked the vehicle up, it had a chip in the windshield. We informed the sales associate and they said they would repair it but not replace, which was fair. However, the sales associate simply delayed any scheduling for repair even after repeated calls throughout the week following. We decided to pay to fix it ourselves before the damage became unrepairable (which Im sure is what Nissan24 was aiming for, to save a couple bucks).I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. There are plenty of other places nearby to find a nice Nissan or other used vehicle. The only reason this isnt a 1-star review is that most of the staff are friendly, particularly the finance manager.

Refreshingly Transparent - After much research and due diligence I found myself interested in a used 4-door Wrangler being sold by Nissan 24. Upon entering the dealership I was promptly greeted by Patrick. I explained my interest in the Wrangler and we went outside to take a look. As unwarranted as it may be, there is certainly a stigma associated with salespeople, especially car salespeople. Patrick defied this entirely. Never once did I feel pressured, or that he was trying push me into a sale. He showed me a few different Wranglers that were available and provided a comparison for each. I had no shortage of questions and Patrick answered each thoroughly. I ended up settling on a Wrangler and choose to finance the purchase. Gary, who works in finance, walked me through each and every line of ever form and paper I was to sign and fill out. One can tell by sitting with Gary he takes much pride in his work and will not be satisfied unless the person in front of him completely understands every line item and option on every form. Everyone has heard of horror stories of how someone ended up being charged for items they werent aware of. I cannot see a world where this could happen at this dealership if youre working with Patrick and Gary. I recommend Nissan 24 in the highest regard.

Ive been working with John Spadea and Nissan 24 for the last 15 or more years. Most recently, he facilitated the lease of my Rogue Sport. The experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Friendliest dealership I have ever been in.

Unfortunately my experience here was terrible. They tried to tack on a $1,495 reconditioning fee to the value of the car, when the car should already be in a condition ready to be sold. They also calculated sales tax wrong and it was overstated by $122. When I tried to point out these things they were rude. They also tried to tell me that the car cost would rise by $1,750 if I did not finance through them. Also, I was specifically told that for the payment amount, That anything over 10% would be ridiculous because of my high credit score, but when I went home I calculated the rate they were using, since Im a CPA, and it was 13%, There were countless other shady things about the deal. Overall, a terrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was unfortunate because my family has done business there for years.

While Kyle (salesman) seemed nice the $0 down lease actually takes $3,800.00 down to get offered monthly payments. I was cracking up and $4k is a far cry from $0 down...I even called ahead and asked about the special and asked if that was really the case and was assured it was...however you already know the rest. I would probably stay away just based on principle alone. Not to mention the extreme waste of everyones time.

Terrible customer service. A simple phone call to finance to find out about my warranty took five days. Then the person who returned my call basically said I didnt leave a voice mail. This has been pretty the type of service Ive received from this dealership since I got the car. Too bad as the vehicle has been great.
