Honest operation. I did my own brake job and was paranoid that the brake pedal didnt feel as I thought it would. They looked at it free of charge and assured me that everything was fine without trying to sell me services I didnt need.

I dont really do reviews, but after the friendly service I got from this place, I felt the need to come in here and say THANKS to the staff and Georges the manager in particular for being so knowledgeable and for resolving the many issues I had with my 2004 Lexus without spending a fortune. You guys are great and my car drives like new.No regrets and I absolutely recommend this place for service.

If I could give them a 0 I would. They noticed a crack in my rim and mentioned it to me, gesturing that it wasn’t a significant problem. They had replaced the flat tire that I had come in about and did nothing about the rim except slap some putty on it. When my tire went flat not even a month later I brought it to Sullivan Tire in Braintree and they had declined putting a new tire one because “the crack in the rim is not safe and should have never been driven on after it was discovered.”This is not the first time they have taken advantage of me being ignorant when it comes to vehicle maintenance.Go literally anywhere else but here.Also, an employee that was not working on my car took a picture of my license plate with his phone. How creepy???!!

The gentlemen at Sears went above and beyond when I had a flat tire. They didn’t have the tire I needed in stock, so their tech drove me across town to buy the correct tire and then drove me back to Sears to have it installed. I HIGHLY recommend them, thanks for all of your kindness gents!

I have all my auto upkeep here, from tires and oil changes to brakes. I have always been greeted by a friendly service person and been given an accurate expectation of how long it will take to service my car. Furthermore, their cost for service is a superb value, especially since they treat my car as if it was their own.

Very friendly and accommodating to my needs, excellent service, I have 🐝 coming for years and its an always preferred repair and service place. Definitely decomend

We come to Sears auto center, Brockton with problem, strong shaking at low speed (possible safety issue if its tires bubble). At pickup it was no records about problem testing and nobody could give me any explanation.I call to manager next day (07/17), was asking to wait for call back, wait for 3 hours and call again. System manager didnt give me any explanation about service done at his auto center too, was rude and hang the phone on me.

Got here at 10am on the dot right when they opened. They only had one tech and one guy at the counter. The line was just about out the door. They were rude and slow. The tech John walked off for almost a half hour after getting into an argument about a tire with the guy Mike at the front counter. Service here is bad and they take way to long. They are very unprofessional. Except for Laura she was a big help and very nice. After being here for over 2 hours for a 15 minute oil change I will never come back here again. Worst experiance ever!!!

Had engine replaced on my 08 Mercury Mountaineer by another source. Only step left was to fill transmission case to proper fluid level.Has to be done by a special pump since there is no dipstick reservoir to fill or check fluid level thru. ( Its just a small nut/bolt assembly on side of transmission)!I went into store on a Friday morning was told It would be a couple hours before they could start. I left and came back to NOTHING taken care of period.They ran out of time I was told. Come back tomorrow first thing we will get you right in!I said, FINE, Just remember that this is a special fluid install situation so please ask mechanic if he understands my situation..and is he prepared to handel this! We do these all the time, see you in the AM!Not knowing how much fluid I have in the transmission, I drove BACK and dropped off truck.3.5hrs later.... They called and say they CANT DO IT, its ready for pic up. Go to a transmission shop.The attitude I GOT FROM THEM, was that I was the jerk whome brought it to THEM. NOT a customer of whome was (mislead).NOT EVEN A SORRY!!!I have done business in the past and even let them UPSELL me on other things noticed when they inspected things. I know I could have gotten better deals and most likely could do on my own...My stop to them was to NOT have to do the work on my own. VERY VERY BUSY and could use the time wisely elsewhere.3 cars that will NEVER do business there or recommend them again! I NEVER even write these Rate Review stories...THIS felt nessecary!

Got a flat tire today, after replacing it with the spare in the scorching heat I called over to Sears since it seems to be the only place in the area that is open on Sundays. I called at a few minutes before 4pm, was told they closed at 5pm but if I could get there in a half hour (so by 4:30pm) they would be able to help me out. So I loaded up my tire and drove on over there, got there by 4:20pm. Walked in a spoke to a gentleman behind the counter, explained my situation to him and was told that he would not be able to help me today. I explained to him why I wasted my trip over and only did so because I was told they would be able to help me, well there is nothing they can do for me and I can bring it back at 8:30am and theyll be able to take care of it at some point tomorrow. Now no offense but I have watched my tire being patched before and it doesnt take too long and replacing it and the spare takes no time while on the lift and with power tools. But apparently everything took too long and clearly wasnt worth my patronage. I will never bring any of my vehicles back to Sears and now will have to find some other way to work tonight. I would rather go to a shop that is closer and probably costs twice as much than go there. I would recommend never going there and find some place with better customer service.

Two days in a row showed up for a scheduled oil change, and was told it could not be performed as they were awaiting oil shipment. No one took courtesy to call to advise me prior to arriving to my appt. Will not be returning again.

They wouldn’t change one tire. They tried to get me to buy 4 tires saying they all are bad while going to Toyota the tires are fine

I came at 8am for an oil servir. Store was empty and was told it will take one hour. 10am, my car have enter yet and been told that i need to wait at least 1 more hour, no hard promise, for my car to enter because they trillions of cars???
