Have ordered a bunch of stuff and even had a few things installed at OffroadAlliance.com in their Boston location. Tyson was my main sales guy, but pretty much all of them were knowledgeable, honest, and upfront when talking parts. They dont try to peddle the most expensive thing or get you to buy something just to buy it. I was asked specifically how I plan to use and drive the truck. From there I was given options with descriptions, pros / cons, what they run on their own rigs because all the employees are also offroad enthusiasts. Once equipped with that information I was able to make a more confident decision.When installing items, Paul in the Boston shop and his team were very accommodating and organized. He had a printed log of all our emails and knew exactly what was supposed to happen to the truck.With other reviews complaining about parts availability and lead times people need to put the world into perspective because supply chains are extremely backed up everywhere and that is not something the people at OffroadAlliance.com can control. A little patience goes a long way.The OffroadAlliance.com is a good business and will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want and need for your specific offroad build.

I ordered a RSI Smart Cap, clearly a high-demand item. I spoke to a representative in mid-April and they assured me it would ship by their advertised date of 5/15. The rep, Thomas, was patient and knowledgeable, which is why I placed my order with them. 5/15 came and went and I contacted them for an update (they should have contacted me first). They said shipping was delayed, which I understand, and that delivery by 6/10 (my deadline) was attainable. I contacted them again on 6/7, but did not get an answer by 6/11. On 6/11 I emailed again and received a call from Chris Stewart. He provided an update, cap still in port, but interrupted me multiple times during our conversation and refused to let me finish a sentence. He offered a refund, which I gladly accepted. Poor communication, mediocre customer service, terrible manners.

Jeff from off road alliance was great! I needed a bunch of after market products for my truck and he guided me perfectly. Drove up to their facility and dropped my truck off to be updated. I picked it up last week and everyone had been complimenting the lights and asked where I had the work done. Worth the trip to have quality work done by honest people.

Great Experience! Ordered the triple bezel fog light kit. Hardware showed up as scheduled. Between the instructions and the youtube videos, it took me about 3-4 hours to install. No special tools were required, just the standard allen and ratchet wrenches. Had an initial problem with initial light off. Shot an email to Jeff, he responded right away with his home number. Based on the symptoms, he diagnosed it right away and had the solution to resolve.No complaints. This solution may be a little more expensive then alternate light kits, but the lights are high quality, and the light frame looks terrific! Thank you Offroad Alliance!

I’ve had some problems with some products I ordered from them (which were completely the fault of the manufacturer) and they’ve gone above and beyond to fix it or make it right, with quick replies and great recommendations. I can’t recommend Offroad Alliance enough. I’ll definitely order from them again in the future.

I first ordered from Offroad Alliance in mid December and had no issues. When I received my order mid January, I noticed I had ordered the wrong bed rack (it was a gift for my dad) so I contacted OA to see if I could return and order the correct one. I had assistance over the phone from Chris who was not pleasant to speak to as he seemed annoyed with me for wanting to return and re-order a different bed rack. Despite that, he continued to speak to me and said he could place the order for the new bed rack over the phone. I agreed and was told that shipping would take about 4-6 weeks. I told him that was fine and we placed the order on January 19th. 4-6 weeks pass and I didn’t receive my order or any email saying that it had shipped so I emailed OA for an update on my order. Their response was that it would be delivered in 2 weeks due to RCI falling behind on orders. 2 weeks pass and I still didn’t receive my order. I contacted OA again to see if they had any updates from RCI and they responded by saying that they’ll put in a request for an update on my order and will get back to me. No one has reached back out and the delivery time is pretty ridiculous considering the initial estimated delivery period. The order was placed on January 19th and it is currently March 26th with no updates on my order. Overall, I would not recommend Offroad Alliance to anyone else. Hopefully I’ll receive my order soon and no issues with the product because I’d hate to go through this same process again.

Ordered a 3.5 gal rotopax gas can which I was surprised to see was In stock for a good price(because seemed they to be sold out on rotopax mainsite) but In reality it was not In stock but they sent a confirmation order saying it was and charged my card for something they neverhad then after calling to try to get track info on express shipping when the sales rep says he doesnt see the info but he will send it hours later I get this email It looks like rotopax is out of stock on them at the moment and they do not know when they will be back in stock. They said it could be 2 months. There system was not reflecting this to us. If you would like it looks like we have some of the 3 gallon in stock, just not the 3.5 I would be glad to switch the order to the 3 gallon if you would like, or cancel the whole order. Just let me know] only problem its taken me 6 days and I had investigate into the whereabouts of my package just to inform me they never had said product in first place even thought clearly listing IN STOCK and now I must wait for Offroad Alliance to refund there mistake and even now sales takes no responsibility over mistakes they made or apologised extremely unprofessional and uncourteous I suggest avoiding these crooked salesman.

Great business. Got a fantastic deal on BD reverse lights and they included a free wiring harness to hook up the lights to my auxiliary switches in the cab. When it came time for installation, I called with a couple questions. Jeff answered the phone and immediately,gave me the answers I needed to proceed with my install. Great product, great price, fast shipping, and the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. Off Road Alliance is now my number one choice for Raptor products.

I would recommend this shop 100 times over. These guys ROCK! I had a bumper, lights, intercooler, and some other stuff installed and it was done so well and on time. Then I was having some sensor trouble for my adaptive cruise control before a road trip and they squeezed me in the day before my trip last minute, worked on it all day, and fixed the problem. I’ve now driven 1,000 miles and loving every minute of my adaptive cruise control! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my truck needs.

Can’t say enough positive things about Chris and Jeff. Great business men have turned great friends through this platform. My very first interaction was a Facebook chat to their business page which turned to Chris accommodating my crazy work schedule and talking light setups with me at midnight to explain the differences. Almost two years later and he and Jeff are still providing that level of service to the community. Thanks for always being there!

Fantastic customer service. I received my RANGER letters for my ‘19 Ford Ranger, and the “G” had a scratch in it. I emailed Jeff at 2 AM Sunday morning and had notification of a free replacement “G” being sent at 8:30 AM that same morning, followed up with a phone call from Josh the next day! I will definitely come here first for any future accessories for any of my vehicles. Thanks, Jeff and Josh!
