I shopped around looking for the right dealer to work with. No other dealer came close to the quality of service I received from McGovern Hyundai. My salesperson was great to work with, very attentive, honest and forthcoming and worked very hard for me to get a good deal completed. I am now buying a third car from them, all within the last 3 months! If you want a professional stress free car buying experience while at the same time getting the best deal possible, it has to be McGovern .

They are a big and a well maintained facility. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Facility has a play area for kids which was great. I knew what i wanted to buy, however was very impressed with their inventory of both used and new cars.

I did not buy a car here but the service was excellent. James was a low pressure, knowledgable salesman who made shopping there fun. Although I ultimately decided to go with an entirely different product somewhere else, they were offering an extremely fair price. The lowest I had seen. I would shop there again.

In June 2021, I bought a 12,400 car ended up being 19,000. During the signing process which I was rushed through, they added a $2,700 5 Star Service Extended Warranty charge that was NEVER mentioned. They mentioned a 30,000 mile 3 year Warranty which they claimed was complimentary I said so its free right. And he said Yes its through Capital One. in disbelief I said really? free? and he again said Yes. Im still not sure if that was the 5 Star Service Warranty they charged me $2,700 for or not because they were not transparent and they either flat out LIED about the charge claiming it was free when it wasnt or they just never told me about it AT ALL. They were used to this racket as the guy was throwing papers at us and spinning in his chair. I trusted this company thinking they wouldnt charge me for something I was unaware of only displayed in the fine print. They should have ASKED MY APPROVAL VERBALLY and not just HIDE IT IN THE FINT PRINT such and extremely high cost item. I want a REFUND for the $2,700 Warranty.

Just had an inspection done. Quick and easy check in and the car was ready before the promised time! It was pouring rain and the service advisor got my car and drove it inside so I didnt get wet! Excellent customer service!!

I just want to thank the service department for such a great job they did on my car. Molly explained all that was done on my car in detail which was good. Also I want to thank Kevin the service manager for helping me after a small mishap I had the last time I was in for service he was on the phone to me the following day to make things right that is a service manager that all dealerships should have. They also gave me a loaner car to use while my car was being worked on which I was great full. Dishonest and not knowledgeable. It does not take 3 hours to clean replace a serpentine and water pump belt. I was charged extra time from them cleaning debris - really ?They told me I would get a ride from back to the dealership when I asked for the ride they refused to do until I asked to speak to a manager. The representative couldnt even tell me what work was being done - when i all for details he tells me part -$200, labor 3 hours at $125.I was charged extra hours to clean debris.

Miles took extremely good care of me throughout the entire process of them buying my car. They paid a fair price so I didnt need to deal with selling my car outright and they did everyhing they promised! The best part was when we had the agreement finalized they came to my home, handed me my equity check and drove the car away from my home to the dealer! Within 2 days my car was paid off and I had the necessary paperwork to close my account with my bank so I could quickly apply for my extended warranty refund! Brought my car there last week for a recall. After fixing repair they said there was an oil leak and wanted $200 to fix that. I could tell based on pictures though that they were lying and were trying to make a quick buck off me. Brought it to my normal mechanic and they confirmed no oil was leaking. Will not bring my car back again here for any services after losing my trust.

We sold our SUV to McGovern Hyundai last week. Myles Tucci was great -- courteous, knowledgeable and prompt communicator. The McGovern offer was very reasonable and they also sent 2 drivers to pick up our vehicle. While the check is not a cashier check, it is a company issued one and it cleared within 3 days (this could vary, depending on your banks policy and the check amount). I have texted numerous times to help me set up my Blue Link. I was told I could start my vehicle with my phone app, but when I try to set it up, it tells me it’s not available. I also brought my car in to fixed a few issues and was told it was taken care of. Well one out of the 3 were done, but two still remain a problem. I have totally given up.

This dealership is clean and friendly. They are timely scheduling is easy. But the price is costly for oil changes and general maintenance work. I can only assume a large portion of their revenue is from repairs and maintenance on the vehicles. I can only assume a large portion of their monthly invoices and income are generated By oil changes and regularly scheduled general maintenance and repairs. It is unlikely the prices wil go down.

Honestly I did not like it. When you coming in to the showroom you expect to see brand new Hyundai cars different models, colors, trims etc. Instead of that showroom full of old, used, Dodge,Mercedes and other brands cars ( looks like cheap used car dealership)Today was the second time when I went to that dealership to see new Santafe and both times was rain outside and both times they did not have this car in show room.Question to managerWHY you doing that ??? I am pretty sure when customer coming to Hyundai dealership he wants to se that brand in show room.

My wife bought a real lemon from this place. Less than two weeks old, brand new car, and she had to bring it back. They said there was nothing wrong with it and told her to pick it back up. I drove it this time and could tell there was something wrong with. $140 later in tow and Uber fees the car is back there. And you’d think they’d be bending over back to help but no nothing. Now my wife will be missing work tomorrow morning to take care of this. If they did anything to try and alleviate the stress that would have been enough. But nothing. Avoid this dealership like the plague. And if that is the way McGovern runs their businesses avoid all of them.

Just wanted to share about the outstanding experience I had with McGovern Hyundai. I brought my 2011 Santa Fe into the service department because the check engine light was on and the car was not driving well. Not only did they fix the car promptly, they found that one of the issues was under warranty (on a 9 year old car!). I felt the price I was charged was very fair and the service department was efficient and very cordial. Getting service during the pandemic is sometimes a little scary but I felt safety precautions were evident! And my repaired car is running better than ever! Highly recommend McGovern Hyundai!!

I had a nail in my tire and they charged me $170.00 to buy a whole new tire and mount it.I went to Town Fair Tire and got it fixed for less than $6.50 plus I was able to sit in the comfort of my own car wile it was done. McGovern tried to milk my pockets at the worst time, COVID-19! Ladies don’t go get work done without a man because they will take advantage. Just saying!I didn’t even want to give 1 star. Get this! When I decided to list on-line one of my fairly new late model vehicles I figured it would be a challenge getting a good offer as this was a high dollar SUV. I have had my Hyundai for 10 years and have been bringing it here for service all along. This most recent time, my vehicle needed repairs because I hit a pothole that destroyed a spring and ball joint. McGovern was good about taking my car right away and, because they had to order a couple of the necessary parts, Cheryl Springsteen made sure I was GIVEN (no charge) a loaner for a couple of days. I didnt have to alter my schedule and waste time waiting.
