I really like stopping here on my way to work. Its conveniently located right off the highway which is an ideal location to get coffee. The staff is always friendly and the service is prompt.

I love Starbucks and make it part of my morning routine... but this morning, the Starbucks in Broadview Heights ruined that. When I showed up at 7am there was a sign that said Not Open Til 8AM... Ok that stinks but I figured I would just come back and delay my morning pick me up. Fast forward to 8:25 when I show back up at the Starbucks counter only to read a sign that says Not Open Til 8:30AM. I figure Ill wait out the 5 minutes since I already left work to go there. I ask the woman behind the counter if 8:30 was a good time and she replied No- Itll probably be longer. Then she offered no time or options. So I left. That makes 2 Starbucks runs in 1 morning with 1 result- No coffee. There goes my Friday morning! 😥

Decent place

There was only one person at the counter and it took a ridiculous amount of time to get coffee. Rather than making the drinks one at a time she took all payment from 7 people first. This was irritating because the store is right off 77 and I followed a sign hoping it would be a quick stop on the road.The coffee was rushed and didnt taste good. I felt bad for the girl trying to keep up. She was polite and overworked.

Don’t ever go here. Waste of your time. Never in my life that they gave me the wrong coffe. I usually order the same thing at other Starbucks like the one Brunswick Ohio the best but in this one, nah they were very slow, bug line, plus my coffee only came in with milk and caramel.

WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN! Not only were the employees not friendly all 4 times I tried this location in one month. My order was also wrong 3 of the times. My order is not hard. I got charged for extra espresso I did not get because they dont know their own menu. NEVER AGAIN

This place is amazing! Its the only location that you can get the Cinnamony Caramel Frappuccino! So good!!

Love the coffee

Went in for a mocha frappacino and was extremely disappointed by the customer service and how bad the drink was. Compared to the regular Starbucks I normally go to in Brecksville, the drink tasted nothing like it should have. Sarah who made the drink was very rude and inconsiderate to multiple other customers in line and to the other person she was working with. Would probably not order a drink here again unless under new management!
