Were from New York and visit relatives the Bristol area once a year. We have 2 little boys, and they LOVE going to Sweet Frog. We go at least a few times, and there is something for pretty much every taste there.Great place to take your family. Reasonably priced. Lots of options. Friendly staff.

I might not be the biggest sweets fan but my 7 year old son sure is. I take him here only on occasion and usually when he has done something I am proud of. When we come up to the scale, his bowl always looks interesting in the end. Four different flavors of frozen yogurt, mini m&ms, gummy worms with whipped cream and a cherry on top. My son was on cloud 9.

Sweet Frog is THE best fro-yo! ALWAYS clean and fresh products! My vehicle automatically seems to go there whenever it senses a Sweet Frog... lol! I could eat there everyday if possible. They have the most amazing flavors and toppings that you could imagine. I love to serve myself to get exactly what I want... usually end up with a $10 cup of fro-yo!!! But definitely worth it!

My kids love Sweet Frog. I like it. Large variety of toppings u can add. Price is determined by weight so it can start to add up if the kiddos go crazy. But staff is friendly and store is clean.

Love, love this place! Family friendly, LOTS of fro-yo & topping choices. And because they charge by weight, you only pay for what you can eat.

This location is almost always spotlessly clean. I will say they arent always well stocked and one of the dispensers for the frozen yogurt is always out of order. The selection of toppings is very hit or miss, and very inconsistent. You never know if theyll have what you go in for or not (for me its always the blackberries, theyre always either gone or not even set out). The staff is pretty friendly.

Love the many combos you can create as well as the toppings. Sweetfrog is a place you can walk right in, grab a bowl, and get your own frozen yogurt, (much like traditional soft serve), then move over to the toppings, and top with your favorite candys, but beware, your food is priced by weight, so the more toppings, the more its gonna weigh!!!! A great place for a splurge on your diet.

They dont have a large selection of flavors and what they do have stays the same. Very rarely do I notice new flavors. If you are fine with vanilla, chocolate, and peanut butter then this place will be fine for you.

Yogurt was subpar at best, a good majority of it tasted almost spoiled. The tart flavor was horrifying to sample. Greetings & Service from Employees was non existent and overall not the best.

Amazing frozen yogurt although I still think its ice cream. Theres such a wide variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. Even though alot of people seem to complain about the price I think its well worth it.

Went to sweet frog and got there at 12:10 they open at 12 on Thursday. Door was locked and when I looked through the window I knocked because I saw a woman. 10mins later tried again same thing. We called the store to make sure everything was okay and they said they were open. Once again we to the door saw the woman in the store and the door was still locked! Several came and went so we just left.

Its a great place to go for desert at the end of the day. Plus, they are open til late.

Yogurt was good per usual. The girl who waited on us was very rude. She wouldnt honor my wifes free pink cup coupon. She never smiled and never said thank you. Ive been to kingsport johnson city and bristol sweet frogs and she has been the only rude worker I have encountered.
