Walked in after they closed, the guy saw me at the door and welcomed me in very nicely. This gentleman has helped me I believe twice before and has always been very kind. My lady is always very happy with the chocolate fruit from here as well.(Says A. Rodriguez on receipt)Thank you!

I called the Bristol store on Friday to place my order for Monday. The person who took my call was knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me choose the right bouquet for my event. Monday morning I arrived to pick up my order and there wasnt anything there. The person working said oh sorry, I wasnt here and the new girl probably didnt know how to check for orders that needed to be made for the next morning. There was no offer to make it right. Perhaps she could have made it and had it delivered? I asked what my options were and she said well my designer isnt here until later......I ended up with a premade bouquet of lesser quality than the one I ordered. I was refunded the difference. I understand training is difficult and time consuming but perhaps there should be a manager to oversee these kinds of things.

Very disappointed with my experience today with the Bristol Edible Arrangment Store.Before today I have a lot of good experiences with different Edible Arrangement locations, ordering arrangements for people on different occasions. Never had any problems.On Friday I ordered an arrangement for my Mom that was to supposed to be delivered on Mother’s Day. There was no time given for delivery just that it would be today.5:00 pm comes around and she hasn’t received it yet. I call, they tell me they are super busy today but that she will have it within an hour. I said “OK I understand, no problem.”7:30 pm she still hadn’t received it. I call and spend about 5-10 minutes on hold. I tell them I want to cancel the order. They tell me I can’t. They tell me it is too late already en route. I ask them if they think it’s good service to get it to a mother on Mother’s Day at 8:00 PM? They said, “well we had 500 orders.”She got it at 7:45 PM. If they can’t handle that many orders, they should stop taking them at a certain point.No attempt to makes thing right. They didn’t offer me a discount on a future order, or a coupon. Just “it is what it is.” OK fair enough I want people to know what to expect when dealing with your store so I am sharing my experience on Facebook and Google.

I cannot thank this office enough for successfully making my same day delivery by the requested timeframe! Order was placed very early in the morning and delivered by midday! Im very pleased with the turn around and will definitely use this location again for future orders. Thank you!

Sent my daughter in CT an edible arrangement for Mother’s Day. It arrived beautifully presented. The fruit was fresh and delicious. Even the chocolate lollipop was of good quality and nicely sized. All in all a very good value for the money and a Mother’s Day gift that was unforgettable.

Found this location to be extra helpful the customer service at the Bristol location is outstanding. I called with what I thought will be an impossible request and these guys delivered. My clients raved about the arrangement of chocolate covered fruit. I will always use this store for my gift giving needs. Great Job!!!

I had the best experience at Edible Arrangements in Bristol. I went in there knowing nothing about ordering, sizes to order, or what to buy. The clerk named Michael was more than helpful and he was very busy!! He acted very professional and had a lot of knowledge of the products . The bouquet of fruit and the chocolate covered strawberries were a big hit at my daughters gender reveal party! Thank you !!!!

Horrible experience. I foolishly spent almost $250.00 on three ridiculously overpriced piles of fruit and chocolate. My own fault, but my wife likes their products. Two of the three arrived at 10:30 AM on Valentines Day. One for my daughter and Mom, but my wifes arrangement was not on the truck. I was told it was on a different truck. How stupid not to put deliveries going to the same place on the same truck. Also, I ordered a stuffed bear for my daughter but was told they ran out so I received a stuffed reindeer which must have been leftover from Christmas. Well, the fact the orders didnt arrive together completely ruined the surprise for my wife.By 4:00 PM the third order had still not arrived. My wife called and was told all deliveries were done for the day. This made me quite angry so I called myself and was put on hold and the person never returned to the phone. I called once again and was told the arrangement would be delivered but could not be given a time and that the other person who gave incorrect information was new.For the money they are charging....absolutely outrageous...I expect MUCH better service and will not tolerate this level of ineptitude. Save your money and go some place else.

I had ordered a basket for my sister who just recently moved to CT for a job. Afraid that she would be lonely for the holidays, my sisters and I decided to send her a basket. Unfortunately for us, my sister decided to travel back and surprise us for the holidays this past winter. I worked with the manager to ensure the delivery back in Wisconsin. I cannot say how positive my experience was. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had the correct address to send it to! How silly I felt about it. (My sister kept giving me the wrong address to send it to and he had checked it with the postal service site to verify the address after many calls back and forth). This is a great example of quality customer service. If I am ever to visit the area again, I would be sure to bring my business there. This is a long overdue review but one that deserves recognition.

They Delivered an old arrangement that someone probably paid $80-$100. The fruits were disgusting. Threw the entire thing to the trash.You could clearly see that everything was old. The cantaloupe felt and looked like rubber. After tasting it, I had to spit it out. It was disgusting.Will never recommend that location.

I ordered an arrangement for my Moms 80th birthday today. Michael the sales person was pleasant. However, i was very disappointed to hear my Moms review. She told me that the fruits were not riped and they had no taste. The dipped strawberries were the only thing edible ( 4 strawberries) . The arrangement was not delivered to her door. (When I placed the order, I mentioned that the arrangement was for an 80 year old person) The delivery person stayed in the car. Luckily, someone was with my Mom at the time of delivery and went to get it from the delivery person s car; the delivery person did not even intend to get out of his car. This arrangement was a waste of my money, not worth the money and I will Definitely not do business with you any more .

We Went to pick out a basket for my mothers birthday and the staff was very nice and helped us through the prosses. They had so many wonderful items and arrangments. We waited for our basket and it only took 10 min until it was done. It was so nice with the ballons and a bear. My mother cried when we brought her this wonderful arrangment. If you are thinking about sending one of these great arrangments I highly suggest going down to stafford ave and let one of the nice people help you out. You wont be regret it.
