The staff is great! Helpful, efficient, after a few visits they get to know your orders. my only complaint is about the store itself, no drive through

I went here today for a few coffees and the two gentlemen working were so very polite and helpful and made me feel comfortable even though I have bad anxiety sometimes. The drinks were made absolutely perfect and I had a nice day bc of that. Thank you.

Great staff. Yes, the wait can be long, but theres only so much you can do with the amount of crew they have.Definetly order in store, as they (just like most places) prioritize cafe orders first. Dont trust the mobile app, as its always wrong for timing, and for the love of God, be nice to them. Theyre people too, and the amount of people Ive seen get mad at them because they didnt time their day accordingly is disgusting. Its Starbucks. In the morning. You know the wait is going to be long when everyone orders at the same time. Its not their fault you didnt leave early enough to get coffee.

Very good place I would recommend it as a nice place to chill and have a coffee or tea and relax. I personally recommend the lemon pound cake its an amazing way to start your day or even keep the evening going great.

Ask them for more then one drink and they look at you like you asked them for both of their kidneys. Extremely rude and unprofessional. wanted to soy and got regular milk. They have not had caramel and several other products for weeks. other starbucks are really far otherwise I would never go here

Mobile ordered a black coffee. Said it would be ready for pickup at 10:01, hot there at 10:05 asked for it, not ready.10 minutes later i asked how much longer it would be and the girl was OBNOXIOUSLY rude.Meanwhile there were 3 people standing around doing nothing.

I order a tea through the mobile app it, it said my drink should have been ready at 11:45.I get that they are busy and all but I didnt get my drink until 12:05 and spent majority of my break waiting for a drink that should have been ready. The app gave them 10 minutes to make the drink too.When I walked in people were order at the counter and were getting there drinks 3-5 minutes later and I had to wait 20 minutes for a mobile order that should have been done? A joke.

I go there weekly, the staff has gotten better with time. I will be honest they werent my favorite in the beginning now they are must. They say, hello try to get to know you a bit. I use my app and my drinks are ALWAYS ready when I get there.Free birthday drinks, with app free refills. I couldnt ask for more.

It was Starbucks, same quality I am used to but it was like bonus day on this visit. The store was slow, it was raining and yuck outside but the staff were in good spirits, happy and preppy it actually made the day just a little better.

Usually not an issue here but the fact the cashier is dealing with cash and then turning around and making foot for people is ridiculous. Regardless of how busy they are food safety should be first. Especially in a pandemic. Not to mention she’s taking our order and then keeps turning away to tend to the oven. Wasn’t the best experience today.

It was great. the servers are very kind and well put together. The drinks and food were good too. I ordered a double chip frappuccino and a cake pop. The only thing is that it is a little over expensive.

The name brand recognition always brings me back. Rather get the meh coffee I know than take a chance somewhere else. Would be nice if they carried dairy alternative cream instead of just milks. Customer service always good though.

Ive been to many Starbucks but this one stood out from the second I walked in because the staff was so nice!! My drinks came out quickly and were delicious, the store was clean, and everyone working there was fun and chipper!

Your employee named Sarah with short blonde hair was rude to me on two separate occasions. She asked me for my order by saying “what are you getting?” Then is clearly not paying attention when I begin to tell her and so she then has to ask me to repeat myself without apologizing and saying “wait what was it?”The next day I was there, she basically did the same thing.She just completely lacks basic customer service skills.

I went inside Starbucks and I was asking about the happy hour and the staff were really rude the gave me the change like there were giving me a hi five they were also rushing me sometimes I go and I have a nice person but sometimes it’s the opposite

Honestly every time I place a mobile order here and walk in it takes forever. I just witnessed Suzanne making a coffee for about 5 mins while talking to some friend of hers about Facebook. Super slow service and super rude. And then my coffee was placed down while her friend was standing there blocking the pick up tray. My name was not called.

Terrible Starbucks dont even think twice about visiting this place! I travel the country quite frequently and I am probably one of the biggest Starbucks customers ever this one in Bristol Connecticut is one of the worst experiences I have ever had! I was literally there 10 minutes before they close and they let another coworker and who was smoking outside hurry up and run in and locked the door on my face turn their backs and didnt even look at me. I just drove from about 5 miles away now Im driving to West Hartford another 35 minutes to a Starbucks that stays open even later.
