Looked for months for a proper fitting suit for my nephew for a upcoming cruise. We had almost gave up when I saw the commercial and thought why not give it a try. The staff helped us and the second suit fit perfect. She was so friendly and helpful. If we ever have a need again Ernie will be my first stop.

I wished I had known about this place sooner! Being a big guy, it is hard to find nice looking clothes in my size without special ordering. Well this place does that and they have superb customer service. I was very appreciative of their patience and assistance in finding a dress suit. They also have casual button ups, jeans, cargos and tees. I will definitely return and will always speak very highly of them.

Lots of good choices if you are the right size. Right size is less than 46R or greater than 46R.Waist less than 38 or greater than 38. Those two sizes(46R 38 waist) are in limited supply.

I am a fan of bib overalls. This is the place to get them. Or any other workwear, western wear, suits, casual and even kids stuff. Prices are 10 to 20 % lower than Ive been able to find, the staff are friendly, and there is enough room to move inside. If youre in Bristol and need clothes, this us the place.

I live in GA but am from the Tri-Cities. I first shopped here a little over 2 years ago when I needed clothing to wear to my Dads funeral. Since then, every time I am in the area I make a clothes run! Good selection, great prices and the young couple that run it couldnt be nicer! Looking forward to my yearly visit in a few months!!

I went in the store other day and the employee was very rude and asked me to not never come back in the store because I asked for a refund on a pair of jeans. I didnt notice the refund sign and would have switched for a different pair of jeans if he would have gave me the chance to even speak. I would not visit this store anymore just like he asked me too. Awful customer service, and products are not much better. TRY THEM ON BEFORE YOU BUY

Returned pair of jeans today the tall guy exchanged but in process he called me and my liars in front of other customers and i was in prcess of buying more jeans he said just soon i didnt. My wife cried half way back to B.S.G.

They have a decent selection but the owner is a pervert, making comments to me and following me around the store with my husband there, then making comments to another young girl, then calling her jailbait. Very disappointing.

Pants fit very abnormally. Definitely not the place for skinny women to shop. I normally wear a 3/4 and when I tried some on that size they fell off my waist so I went down to 1/2 and there wasnt much of a difference. Next I tried skinny jeans size 0. They were really tight in the legs and bunched up because they were so long just like the rest of the pants and Im 57. They barely fit in the waist. I would still have to wear a belt. I also noticed all the pants no matter what size are made really huge in the butt. Youd have to be 6 foot and very curvy to get any use out of these pants. The tops also seem to be 3 sizes bigger than theyre labeled. They had all the same tops they had several months ago when I last came with my mom. I assume all their customers are men and plus size people for them to be so popular because thats the only people I can imagine would fit in the majority of these clothes.
