An amazing experience from start to finish. Tony and his staff are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. We went there for my sons senior prom and they walked us through everything, gave us their opinion and worked with us. When the tux came in and we went in for the fitting, my son wanted the pants skinny. Tony let us know that the tux he ordered did not come in skinny, but that we can exchange the tux for another one (same color) and he will call the manufacturer to see if they will be able to do the skinny pants. He was able to get my son the pants exactly the way he wanted and everything looked perfect and amazing! Would definitely recommend Bell Tuxedo to anyone! Thank you Tony for all that you did for us!

Excellent service! The fitting measurements were done quickly on the Tuxedo and everything fit perfectly. The cost was about $150, and a $20 deposit which was returned to me. I will definitely go here again to be fired for my next black tie affair.

I got my tux for the wedding and everything went great! I had a slight issue with the fit of my undershirt and it was fixed the following day via overnight shipping. I HIGHLY recommend getting any suit or dress from here!

Right now they are working appointment only because of the COVID-19 restrictions, but I was able to get an appointment an hour from when I called. I took my dad in to get fitted for a Tux and Tony was extremely helpful. We dont know much about tuxes and didnt feel like we needed to. He made suggestions and did all the necessary measurements super quickly. I would recommend going here for stress free shopping!

My oldest son rented a tuxedo from Bell Tuxedo for 4 different proms. Each time we had a positive experience. My younger son rented a tuxedo for Junior prom. The pants came in a little short and the staff quickly rectified the short pants. Upon returning the tuxedo, the cuff links and button jewelry was missing. The staff searched the area and couldnt find it. The owner, Tony said that since we were repeat customers he would still refund our $20 deposit and asked that I mail the jewelry if it was found. Upon returning to the car, i found the missing jewelry and apologized and returned it.The staff is friendly and honest and want their costumers to be happy! Highly recommend!

I had to rent a tux for a white tie Valentines day ball. The staff here at Bell was excellent, friendly, and helped me find exactly what I needed. Tony and the other staff treated me like a person and not just another customer, like some of the other big box places Ive rented from. Great place. Will definitely go here next time I need a suit.

Our family has been using Bell Tuxedo for a very long time. Never ever disappointed. I felt that I needed to write this because of my experience working with many businesses and having customers of my own.Its hard today to find many people in business that take the time to help you as a person Many companies automate the process or leave you with a phone system or site that tries to direct you away from actually talking to a person when you need helpI took my son (15 yrs old) here last week to get him something to wear to his first ever dance/formal Tony (the owner) was extremely nice and polite. He seems like a genuinely nice guy who cares if you are happy with his products and service. He took the time to make sure my son was measured right. He also explained to my son the differences about the shoes and pants for tuxes vs suits. He suggested the proper colors to match his date and it matched perfectly. My son told me in the car after we left and i quote that guy who owns that place was super niceOur order was ready the next day and it fit perfectly. He even through in a second jacket in another color for the party the next day so that my son could wear them both. Nice job.. We even chatted about guitars, music and food too so he’s not like a typical pushy sales guyThank you Tony for being such professional and down to earth person during something that’s normally stressful for a kid at that age going to his first event. He was very happy wearing it and even wore his suit the next day to a sweet 16 party he was invited to.We will definitely go there again.

I couldnt have been more pleased with Bell. From the moment my son and i walked through the door until i dropped off his tux after his Senior Prom. I have NEVER been treated so well when renting a tux...Selection was amazing, the fit was PERFECT no adjustments were needed!!! And we have rented tuxes for my son on several occasions and because of his shape and height we have always had to make trips back for adjustments. But not at Bells!!! And returning it was a breeze. Not to mention the overly helpful staff and cheerful even with a shop full of crazed parents picking up their sons tuxes...If I could give Bells 1000 stars I would!!!

First experience with Bell was excellent. My son was going to the Neshaminy Junior Prom and there seemed to be so many school formals going on everywhere.Even though it was busy, the staff was so attentive and helpful to my son. From the very first day that I stepped into the shop, I was treated with nothing but respect. It was a breath of fresh air to have such EXCELLENT customer service. Thats certainly hard to find these days. Tonys wife dealt with me for the gown fitting and he dealt with me for the tuxedos. This man has so patience much patience, it was unbelievable. I has a hard time deciding on what tuxedo color and combination to choose, and he would spend hours putting different combinations together for me so that I could take pictures because my ENTIRE bridal party was out of town in other states. He was very accommodating of the many changes that i made and was very helpful in making suggestions and giving options. As I approach a formal function that I am invited to attend, I do what a normal millennial would do. Google search Tuxes near me and the first two establishments that popped up was a mainstream store and Bells Tuxedo.As I read through Bell Tuxedos review and ratings I decided not to go with the mainstream store and go with Bell Tuxedo. As I walked through the threshold of this mom and pop shop, I was approached by a gentleman that owns the store by the name of Tony.I have to say, my experience with Tony was a blissful one. He always had an open line of communication in order set an appointment. His passion is passed down through the generations of his family. Which illustrates the commitment and skills he acquired.The three main things that I received from Tonys store was his commitment to tailor my needs, the education how a tux should fit, and most importantly the love that he has for his family.Once again, I had a great experience at Bell Tuxedo and Ive met a great person who truly loves who he is, what he does, and his family.Thanks Tony!

Great staff. Picked up suit and staff helped answer all of my questions. Fit was perfect! All of the suits were very nice looking with no wrinkles. Would recommend to anyone over Jos A Bank. Tons of selection too.

The workers are very nice. But, the reason I went there, was for a tux.- First, they should advise you, when you get shoes, to get them one half size up and one size wider. My feet really hurt, the following morning.- Second, I understand having temporary stitches on rental tuxedos. But, The stitches or should I say stitch in my left arm broke when putting the jacket on to go to the event.- Lastly, when sizing shirts, if a customer wheres a 17 1/2, dont give him a 17–17 1/2. Give him a 17 1/2–18. The collar was too tight and I had to give me an extension. This made the collar look not so good.-The vest, tie & handkerchief fit just fine.

We rented tuxedos for a wedding. Each groomsman had to get re-measured after receiving our tuxes because they were all wrong sizes. The lady working told us (individually) that we needed to wear our tux pants up in our crotches and uncomfortable because thats they way they fit. Ive been in a wedding before and I actually own a tux, that is not true. They just are poor at doing their jobs of measuring people for their inseam. I suggest going here for a wedding party only if you want to stress the bride out.

Tux was wrinkled and had to go to the dry cleaner on rush the DAY OF OUR EVENT! For the rental price you should NOT have to rush around town to have it pressed pick up is scheduled TO CLOSE to have error with the tux! Nice people nice shop but when you pay a quality price you should get a pressed tux.

We decided on Bell’s after going around to the big box shops in the area. The guy who I believe is the owner (I can’t recall his name) was a pretty cool and down to earth guy. We rented about 7 tuxedos from here and after 5 he gave the groom’s rental for free. It was some issues with a few sizes but just as he told us from the beginning. They have a warehouse locally were they send them and get them right back and if he had to he would deliver personal the day of the wedding if need be. The only downside (but not a big deal) was I thought they would give us the handkerchief like some other places do. The price was about $20 bucks cheaper than any other places I’ve rented from and we didn’t have to return them until close of business Monday.

They helped me pick out a great suit for a wedding and when I went to return it they were closed on Tuesday and open the door for me very generous person thank you

We rented the Tuxes for our wedding on 11/7/15. When my husband and the rest of the guys went in the Thursday before to pick them up, my fathers jacket & the vest were the wrong size. So they were told that they would have the correct size after 3pm on Friday and we could just pick it up. When my husband got home we noticed that his shoes were all scuffed up so we called them and they said that they would also have a new pair for us to pick up on Friday also. On Friday when we went to pick the rest of the stuff up, my fathers jacket was there but the warehouse never sent the vest. They called the warehouse right away and had the vest delivered to Tony, the managers house and a message was left on his voicemail that I needed it delivered to my parents house which is right near where he lives. We get a phone call back from Tony during our rehearsal the day BEFORE the wedding that he was on his way to the Home Depot in Tullytown and that there was no way for him to deliver the vest until 1 or 2 in the morning because he had to finish some work for an inspection. I would have had it delivered if we had more time before the wedding but I needed it so I had to go out of my way to go to his house to pick it up so my father would have it for the next day. At the wedding, I discover that 3 out of the 5 pairs of shoes are scuffed really bad. Then we get a phone call from him on 11/11/15 wanting to know why we were so upset about the service we received!! He had every excuse in the book and then some on how he did everything he could to please us. Yeah right!! IF YOU DECIDE TO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, PLEASE BEWARE!! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
