Very rude! Just went in looking for my daughter a prom dress and the lady working here was no help. Spoke when we came in but didn’t even ask what we were looking for. About 2 minutes after we arrived another couple came in with their daughter and she spoke and got up to help them and asked what they were looking for. Will never be returning to this store! Only giving them one star for being open on Saturday!

Me and my mom stopped by here on Saturday. We had just come from another local bridal store and were very disappointed in the options and honestly the service. The prettiest gowns they had started at $500, which was more than I could spend, and she was influencing me to try it on even after I told her it was too much. We stopped by a Bridal Path and WOW! I am so glad we did. The lady there was so helpful and sweet! They had so many dresses to choose from within my budget! I was able to find my gown! Excellent service! I recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for a wedding gown! Thank you so much!!

I was very disappointed when I visited here. There was a lack of prom dresses, which keep in mind were very overpriced. Secondly, the customer service was terrible, due to the fact that I was basically told to change my diet so that I could fit into one of their dresses. So yeah I wouldn’t suggest this shop to anyone.

Is there a zero star rating? Cause that’s what this place deserves! They give you a date and time to pick up a dress after alterations, only to not have the dress finished until almost an hour later!! Never have I heard of waiting til the day of pick up to even start altering a dress you’ve had for 2 weeks!! Hems were not straight and they used pink thread on a red dress! And all they say is sorry, it’s been a day here! Do NOT give this place your hard earned money or time! Definitely not worth it!!!!

The ladies at this shop are so nice and helpful plus the gowns are gorgeous. Another helpful service there is that alterations are made in house. I highly recommend A Bridal Path.

DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I went here for a prom dress and when I went to pick up my dress after alterations they burnt my dress with the iron they used and added a train I DID NOT ASK FOR. Also they are VERY SNOOTY AND RUDE. If you are not in pageants they will rip you off. I wouldn’t go back if you gave me a million dollars. SAVE MONEY AND GO TO ONCE UPON A TIME IN JOHNSON CITY.

If i could give this place half a star i would. It is the worst service and most terrible place i have ever walked in to. The people who work in it are incredibly unfriendly and untrustworthy. I would never recommend this place to anybody especially if you are looking for a wedding gown. you will pay hundreds of dollars for what seems like a beautiful dress and when you go to pick it up its filthy and has tears in it. For all of you who walk into this place be very careful for the evil that is within it.

Doesn’t even deserve a star horrible service ....no ability to do simple alterations and tries to rip you off money every step of the way ....I was sold a sample dress literally with the word sample written on it .....she didn’t remove the wording and still expected me to pay for the dress and alterations I also paid for altered sleeves which were never done....babies screamin in the back of the store shew jus shut down if you can’t run a decent business outrageous prices for used dresses in no arranged order ....jus go somewhere else

Overpaid for very poor quality, alterations. Dress was not done on the date i was supposed to pick it up. I dont recommend.

Very rude employee, she didnt want to help us. She showed us one dress then went back to her computer. She didnt even try to help us find what we needed!!! We left and she was rude once again!!!
