Biking is great, but bikes are a lot more complicated than they first look. Mark and his staff at Bristol Bikes really know what they are doing. They are great to deal with. They are really helpful and stand behind what they sell, including dealing any problem or question that comes up. I could not have asked for an easier, more informative process than the one I experienced at this store on Saturday. I walked in with the intention of buying an Electric Bike, but still had many questions that I knew would be answered best in person. They were a little busy with some rentals when I walked in, but smoothly handled the transition from helping a line of customers, to quickly showing me everything I needed to know in regards to my decision. After discussing the options and deciding which product worked best for my needs, I took the BagiBike for a test ride and instantly fell in love. Went back in to finalize the purchase and was on my way. Every part of my visit here was enjoyable, and I would recommend their business to anyone without hesitation.

Mark & Dan are super helpful and friendly. They diagnosed & fixed a small issue with my bike while I waited, were very understanding about an exchange when I bought the wrong inner tube, and have even offered advice on my bike over the phone. In addition to their e-bike selection, if you need parts or service for bikes of any type or age, I definitely recommend them!

Bought a Bagi B10 about a month ago. Little over 650 miles and not a single issue!! Love this bike. Got my first flat tire yesterday and been in contact with Mark to get this resolved. He said he will help me get back on my bike in no time! ✅

Bristol Bikes saved the day when I showed up to Bristol (50 mins from home) ready for a ride and realized one of the nuts on my quick release skewer had fallen off when i took my wheel off my bike. They were friendly, gracious and found me a replacement part within minutes. I am so grateful for this gem of a small business and would encourage everyone to stop in to shop there if they can!

Bought 2 Bagi Bikes a month ago. Great service, great product, great accessories. Its nice to have a relationship with a go-to bike person as opposed to just buying a bike. Highly recommend visiting them and testing out some bikes if you have not. Its a great time to get out with all that is going on and a great way to do it.

I needed help with my bike tire today, so I gave Marc at Bristol bikes a call. He took me in right away and fixed the issue with in minutes. Marc was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He does it all. I would highly recommend Bristol bikes for any repairs, purchases or rental needs.

Came in for what I was hoping to be a quick pedal replacement but turned out to be a set of very rusty flat pedals.They went above and beyond to get the pedal loose, including using a blow torch.Huge thanks for such patient help.

Stopped into Bristol Bikes on the fly when my brakes needed a quick fix while biking through Bristol. Mark was great - super friendly and I was back on the trail in 10 mins. Awesome service (didn’t charge me!) and a great selection of the latest bikes and gear.

We rented bikes from Bristol Bikes and rode on the pathway to Barrington and back. Mark is knowledgeable, honest, patient and efficient. He got our crew of 6 (mostly Seniors) on bikes and riding within minutes. Great experience. Highly recommend Bristol Bikes.

I needed a person and a store with lots of patience to walk me through the new world of Ebikes. This store and Mark in particular perfectly matched my need.
