Finally found a place that puts their customers 1st. Brought in a car I was thinking of buying so took it in for check over...got a call next morning from Dave their mechanic and he laid it all out on the line and it totalled over $2000 1 of which was an engine problem, I had already given him ok to work on the other issues for which we spoke..but he informed me that he wanted to deal with engine issue first so that I could make the best decision for my family..he couldve easily taken advantage did rest of work and then informed me . Thats honesty and integrity you dont see much anymore ! Big in my world you will always get my business, and Ty Lori u are a pleasure to deal with as well.

Took my 2003 Montero sport in for an antifreeze leak. I was told it was a leak in the hose located at top of my radiator, so they had to special order it and basically cut it to size. 10 minute job. I was told it was test driven and it was fixed and working well. $300. I pick up my car and the next morning I come out and antifreeze is in a big puddle under my car, so I add some more and go to work, which then my car stalled 4x in my 1 mile ride to work. I call them and they say bring it back in. Now I am told its a water pump, timing belt and possibly something about the crank shaft what was causing the stalling approx 1300.00 job. I said just give me my car back, they wouldnt give it back without another $50 charge for checking the work they already did. Whatttt? So car now is worse off and Im out $350.00. I took it to another mechanic who did a pressure test and said if this was ever done by Hurst they would have immediately have known my water pump & timing belt were in perfect working order and had no idea what anything about a crank shaft. So now my car is fixed becz the problem was a freeze plug which costed me $850 but car is like new. But Hurst automotive ripped me off for $350 for a replaced hose that I did t even need. They saw a women walk in and took what they could.

I recently wrote a review of Hurst Automotive which was completely inaccurate! This review was meant for another company. Hurst was very professional when I took my car for a second look. They were honest and they were dilligent. I highly recommend them! So sorry to the owners for the confusion!!

Took a month to diagnose the problems with my vehicle after a car accident and then to fix it poorly. They gave me back my car and assured me it was safe. It wasnt. The drivers side wheel bearing was broken (car was hit on the drivers side and they replaced that tire)so why wouldnt then check that? They also tried to tell me that had nothing to do with the accident until I told them I have the accident on video showing how hard and where the car hit mine. They also originally told me the car was close to bring totaled. They said almost at 60%. And then they decided it was fixable and then said the threshold was 70%!!! They couldnt keep ant facts straight. I would Never take my car there again or refer anyone to them!
