Called at 1:30pm and requested a tow. They told us an hour and a half to two hours. Long wait, but we decided to accept. Two hours pass, we call and they havent left the garage. The garage was about half an hour away, so we give them one more chance. An hour goes by and nobody showed up. We ended up getting a different tow company, but we were too late to the shop and had to get a hotel (we were traveling). Horrible experience.

Ive used this service twice in the past week and they are a great company. The drivers are very nice and reliable. They didnt take no time for them to get to me and take my car and myself home. I would use them any time possible and the ratings are affordable.

My truck needed an emergency service after driving across country and back. I realized something was wrong with my truck at 4:30pm and pulled off of the interstate. They had my truck back on the road first thing the next morning. Great honest service with a really quick turn around time.

Under new people than we previously did business with, was very disappointed when they refused to come to abingdon to help open our car when my wife locked the keys up. The other guys came no questions.Reply: Do not know the exact date but it was about 2 weeks ago, the guy that answered didnt tell me a name or anything just advised under new ownership and yall didnt come to my abingdon location anymore and to call someone local. Than basically hung up on me. Didnt bother me, I called a place in johnson city and he was at my house in 45 minutes and had them out in less than 10 minutes.

These guys are great. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Some of the best wrecker/tow truck operators that I’ve ever seen and they treat your vehicle as good as they would treat their own. Read the reviews as I am waiting for a tow. I talked to the driver about all the different prices people where posting. He explained the higher prices are for police inpounds for drugs, DUI s and unlicensed or uninsured drivers. Of course wrecks cost more because there is more involved but if you have insurance then the insurance companies handle the bill.So looking at these complaints it appears the complaints are uninsured, unlicensed, druggies and drunks. My bill today was $50 like the past 3 times. No complaints here. Job well done! Thanks Exit 7

They had my car unlocked in just a few seconds.

My alternator went out while working in Bristol this weekend. I was referred to Exit 7 towing by two locals. Being from out of town, I expected to pay a fortune for the repairs. the guys at Exit 7 took me in immediately and got me back out within 3 hours at a very reasonable price. Its hard to find honest quality work in the auto repair industry, but I highly recommend Exit 7 towing

Jacked up prices just because they could. Only towed about a mile, but charged extra each day we couldnt pay. It was not impounded... Just towed. Unfair, shifty business.

They charged me a rotation fee, the $40 per day storage for two days while in the hospital and my total tow bill was around $400. So they got to keep my car for scrap and i still paid around $200 on top of that. this may be normal in the towing world but I thought this was highway robbery, especially considering I wrecked right near their business.

Passing through Bristol via I-81 late in the evening and our front axle broke. Exit 7 Towing was recommended by USAA roadside assistance and they did not disappoint. The tower was prompt and professional. He was understanding of our situation and even gave us a ride to a nearby hotel, helping us to stuff our luggage into his cabin.

A little on the pricey side, but driver was helpful and friendly.

I had a 2003 f150 to breakdown with right front bearing gone out. They picked up my truck, gave me and estimate which was the cost of repair. Dropped me off at a hotel and picked me up the next day. We were in the I81 backup for 9 1/2 hours and had to abdandon our car and have a family member pick us up. The following day, we called Exit 7 towing to pull us out of the snow off the side if the interstate. The gentleman I talked to told us it would be several hours, which was fine, we were warm and feed so we could wait. Jeff was the gentleman who picked us up at my cousins and drove me and my sister in law to our vechicles. He was courteous, keep our safety top priority and got us out in no time. I would highly recommend this company!!! Oh, and extremely reasonable on price especially in situations like this!!!

Will not try to work with you. Didnt tell me that I had to pay $90 just to get daughters stuff from her car and had ti have a written note. Called and asked when I could come and they never said anything about it. I drove 60 miles for nothing.

So these guys wont tow you if they need to get into the grass. Apperently they dont have a 4 wheel drive truck and dont know how to use a rollback to get themselves unstuck. In my opinion go with crabtree towing. They worked where exit 7 wouldnt.

My family wrecked 1 mile from their business and they charged $180.00 for the late night tow plus around $40.00 a day for the vehicle sitting on their lot while they was in the hospital.
