First I would like to thank Paul for the outstanding job he did on my transmission. Ive been shopping around about six months looking comparing prices /guarantee, boy was I happy when I found Comstock Transmission and spoke with Paul. Update 9/18/2020 my transmission has failed, spoke with Paul told him what happened, he said that I couldnt drop it off no space in the lot call him Tuesday or Wednesday. I call Wednesday September 23, he not only doesnt even recall talking with me but proceeded to tell me that he wouldnt be able to do anything for another week, so confused as what to do now. So Paul held to his word and repaired my transmission although it took 5 weeks to get it done Im pleased with the outcome, been running just fine. Update 10/3/2021 Transmission is performing exceptionally well, havent had any type of issue whatsoever thanks again Paul.

I brought my vehicle to Paul one of the wires from my transmission was disconnected the code reading on my car was input sensor to the transmission I had already purchased the part prior to bringing it to Paul he tried to charge me $60 for the part I told him I already got the part for 25 he said okay no problem he was charging me $100 to put in the part in re spice the wire to the transmission then when he realized he had to drop the drive shaft and actually take out the transmission he told me 200 I dropped my car off Monday evening he told me I would have it back Tuesday evening he never stayed in contact with me I had to keep reaching out to him to find out what was going on with the car he told me that it was still getting no connection he put the transmission back into my car without testing to make sure that he was getting connection when I did finally get in contact with him on Wednesday morning he told me there was no guarantee that he would be able to get my car back to me Wednesday night I called him Thursday for him to tell me he still never got to my car to find out why there was no connection he started telling me that he was short-handed I find this very unprofessional if you tell somebody youre going to get the job done by a certain time you should at least get in contact with them to let them know that the job is not going to get done by the time they told you it would it is now Friday this has been going on for a whole week he still has not finished the work on my vehicle still wants to be paid in full finally got him to compromise with the price he still never fixed the problem and now I have to take it to someone else and pay them on top of all of this this was the worst experience I have ever had at any shop

A trust worthy man he is very helpful I ran out of gas near his shop but he was closed but he gave me a gas can anyway and I dropped it off the next day anyone else just would of said Im closed and lock there doors right in front of my face and never cared if I needed help we need more honest guys like him thanks paul
