Went here to purchase a 1 ton engine hoist after being discriminated by the location in Westminster.I called ahead to the Brighton store, like I did for the Westminster store, and Christie answered. I think that was her name. She gave great customer service over the phone and in person. All the workers there were helpful. Christie had a visual done for me and had the engine hoist put on hold for me. After I purchased it, the workers brought it out to my vehicle and help me put it on the back of my truck.👍👍👍👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏

Bought a nail gun 2 months ago at a discounted price. The nail gun wasnt working properly so I took it hoping to get it exchanged. The item is now priced considerably higher...they honored the previous price and exchanged the nail gun with no hassle. Very patient and friendly staff!!!

Not a good place to go shopping, because they dont accept returns on open items, but items are not sealed, so its your word again theirs if an item was opened or nor. Its safer to go to Lowes or The Home Depot. They have a friendlier return policy.

Their webpage shows limited stock, which means they have none. Not limited amount.... None. Waste of time. Apparently, Limited stock means they have one on the showroom floor which is not for sale, but none for purchase. Only go if you see something is completely in stuff completely in stock

I experienced that the customer service is disgusting. They sent me to 3 different stores looking for the same stuff that I needed. All 3 times they did not have what the computer said they had. I finally found out the truth from one of the honest workers of the bunch that this situation occurs because everyone is too lazy to unload the palllet The low prices you get are balanced by the lack of world experience and knowledge of these workers. Quite frankly, in my opinion, they just dont care. A simple shoulder shrug is all of a response I recieved from the store manager.

Theyre out of stock on a lot of items. The store associates act like youre bothering them. Greg the assistant manager has a major attitude & wouldnt help you if he had a gun to his head. If you have the ability to go to another store, do yourself a favor & dont go here.

Bad show Harbour frieght. Customer service is non-existent. Inquired about an 8 drawer wooden tool chest and I was told that not only do they not have any in stock, they will not send another one from another location they do not sell floor displays either. If you dont have any in the store, take the display off the floor. My family and I will not stop there ever again.

The store was up to date and everything was in place, clean and organized. I was impressed by this store. Id recommend that all other H.F stores take this one as an example on how to arrange and organize there products. Employees and Management should be applauded for there efforts.

This store is very hot or miss, they have some products that are great and some that are not worth the time it takes to pull them off of the shelves. They do offer a lifetime warranty on most products and are good about taking returns. Still a good go to store.

Lots of items priced lower than HD or Lowes. Power tools are questionable. Sometimes they seem equal to the name brands and other times not so much.

Tools are 2nds compared to Big Box stores. Therefore they can sell their cheaply made tools cheaper. Stay Away.....

General harbor freight. Its nice, smaller store. Sometimes its hard to find an employee. The tools here are not contractor quality. The main reason to shop he is for one or two job tools. The few pieces Ive picked up here are sockets and screw drivers. They seem to last as well as any.

I had an issue with a pressure washer. they cut open a new one and gave me the parts i needed. gosh darn why can’t all places be like that. I buy ANY thing i can from them because they act like my money is their money. That is amazing.

We will never purchase anything from here again. We went in and purchased a generator that was on sale. We got it out to the truck and noticed the box was crushed on one side. We took off the box and the handle was bent. We took it back in and told the manager (Brighton store) that we wanted another one. He wanted to charge us a $110.00 restocking fee. After arguing about it, he finally gave us another one. We took it on a camping trip only to discover the electrical was wired backwards. Buyers beware of what you purchase from this con outfit.

I think a few people in harbor freight management both locally and nationally will be interested to read this review. Today I went to my local harbor freight to pick up some tools work on my car. Now I know that most people who shop at harbor freight typically are male. I went into harbor freight today wearing black tights black skirt, black top, and obvious cleavage. I went in about a half an hour before closing because I tend to go to places like this right before close that I have to deal with the least amount of people. they were quite a few late stragglers today other than myself. Had to contend with several people snickering, some laughing, several talking under their breath and a couple people following me. None of these were staff. However none of the staff was very eager to help me and only reluctantly answer the questions when I was able to stop them to ask. My cashier, Diana, according tothe receipt, referred to me as Sir no less than four separate times in the span of under 3 minutes. My name is Celeste. I use female pronouns. I purchased nearly $100 worth of stuff at harbor freight today. I had coupons for nearly every single item in in my transaction. I was looking to pick up a floor jack foot they were sold out and they werent going to get any more and apparently it was a liquidation, they refused to sell me the display model? And I ended up settling on a bottle jack instead because I needed a Jack. after another large and surly customer came up behind me at the register nearly crowding me off of it and refusing to give me any space, both Diana and the customer behind me seemed rather shocked when I paid for my items in cash. The gaps were audible. Ive been to quite a few harbor freights across this country, but the one here in Brighton Colorado was by far one of the most awkward intimidating and uncomfortable experiences Ive ever had inside of a harbor freight.. needless to say I will only be returning when absolutely necessary until local staff at least have some customer service retraining. Not Everyone who shops at harbor freight is a sir. People who look a little different still need assistance, and should not be avoided. and most of us will know how much money we intend to spend and can pay for our items. I will also include two pictures one of the bottom of the receipt to prove my experience times and transaction and people involved and another one of myself. I will gladly answer any questions management may have and they are free to contact me if desired.

Drove 30 minutes to get her because the hours online were listed as open Just to find a note that said closed at 5. If your going to close early then update your hours on google. It’s not that hard. I even called earlier today to ask if somthing was in stock about an hour befoure 5 and no mention of the early close. Thanks for wasting my time harbor freight.
