Was referred by 4 different clerks and still had to flag down someone to help locate my purchase. What happened to your high level of customer service before Covid? Always before, the employee would take you to the requested product and help you make your selection.

Very disappointed. As a person who shops at homedepot a lot. Especially now since being a new home owner. Had placed a order on August 20. And had taken a while to receive. And we get that things now days are moving slow. But we finally get the product and receive a voice mail to pick up today which is 9/21/21 and an email that said we had until 9/27/21 to pick it up. So i drove 20 min to pick up our product. And when we got there they told us they had cancelled the order and we would be refunded. A complete waste of time and 40 min of my life.
The gentleman that helped me stayed with me and help me throughout my visit and answered any questions I had very helpful and Im very appreciative

I had a very pleasant experience last evening, when I went to Home Depot, to purchase a new lawn mower!!!The staff was very helpful as I was shown the exact product I wanted !!!The young man who loaded the boxed lawn mower into our vehicle did not hesitate at all to help!!A very good experience at The Home Depot in the Brighton, CO 80601 !!!
I wanted to get a price for lawn mower blade sharpening. I was transferred to tools-no answer, called back after 10 min hold, rang non stop w/out pick up several times, after playing this phone game asked for a manager & sat on the phone for another 10 min after over 30 min & no manager answered, called back & rang & rang. Horrible customer service! 👍
The girls at the service desk were very professional and polite. I didnt have a receipt for some I bought previously so they exchanged the goods so I could get what I intended to purchase. Thanks for the help ladies.
I went in for a pressure washer. They didnt have the one I wanted so I got the next one which was only $20 more. Not ideal but not that bad either
Well I was waiting in line at the return and exchange area waiting to talk to the cashier and an older woman got her basket and walked up and cut right in front of me. The home depot worker seen it and still helped the woman first. I was in a hurry to get a grill because I had to leave for work. So I had to go seek out another worker who I then showed the grill to and he left me waiting for a while. He said he was coming right back to get it down for me. I waited and waited and eventually left with nothing. I wouldnt recommend this home depot. Its horrible!!!
I walked around the store 3 times...not one person offered to help.I was looking for a lumber cart, and never found one. So now that my hands are full with products, I have to go outside to get a proper cart for lumber?Lots of high school aged employees walking around with air buds. Not sure what they were doing, but a lot of people needed help, and seemed frustrated.Parking lot looks thrashed...unhealthy trees and trash, carts everywhere..Im going back to lowes.
I go here a lot for various things. Good selection. Wonderful with returns! Very helpful. Everything is usually fine up front with cashiers and customer service staff. The problems arise in the aisles. If I have a question or need help, it seems nearly impossible to find a willing employee. And I really, really miss the days when I could ask the employees questions in their departments and they actually KNEW the answers or were willing to find out for me. Now....well, youre mostly on your own. In years past, Home Depot was five stars all the way. Sadly, it is now just another, average store with mostly disinterested staff who see someone approaching them and quickly turn and scurry the other direction. Most wont even make eye contact. Just not the Home Depot I once knew and loved. Just an ok, average store.
Dont think anyone actually works here really. Tried to look for help and was, what seemed like, being actively avoided. Employees would see me and turn around to go the other way. Finally got someone and asked for help to find a product. They went to get a person that worked in that area. Watched, and he didnt do a thing. My wife and I walked out.
Easy to find what I needed. In and out.
If doing a home project, I would recommend just buying the material and finding your own contractor. They set you up with a company that contracts contractors and you end up paying double the price for install than you should. Also had several hiccups with the measurement and delivery of material. Love the product I bought but the communication and customer service is... meh...

Employee didn’t care!!!! Being a disabled senior pushing a cart with concrete in it, cutting me off so I had to pull the cart to stop, lucky I didn’t pull out my defibrillator/pacemaker i had to yank so hard….. she didn’t even say sorry!!!!

Dont ever try to rent a truck from these clowns. They wont let you reserve ahead of time, they ask for proof of insurance assuming that 1. you have to own a vehicle 2. your insurance somehow covers THEIR rental truck. Oh, and when you call for info, its like pulling teeth IF they answer. Like, every other rental place has figured this out and HD is in the Stone Age.P.S. you can never find an employee at this store and when you do, theyre super unhelpful. Just go to Lowes or UHaul depending on what you need.
I wish I can give ZERO star to this store especially Mills Work department. I placed an order for hung door in March after 2 months received a phone call that the door has been destroyed during transit so i have to replace the order. I did replace the order and they schedule me for July 8 for installation. I went to the store on 7th July to ask everything is in line. As usual the there is no one in Mills work dept. they paged someone to help me. After 20 minutes the guy came in and took all my info to see everything is ok. He told me that everything is ok and I will see the installer the next day with all the stuff. The next day around 8 am installer called me and told me that the door was broken again and of course they cannot come in to installed it. Just to mention here I especially took a day off just for this installation and ending up with no installation. How frustrating!!I called manager of Mills Work dept. of course she dont know what is going on. She put me on hold for 15 minutes and only later stating that yes the door has broken again. So naturally I asked for the refund she told me that I have to come all the way to store to get my refund. I live 20 miles away from this store and I did mention this to her but of course she did not care. So I drove 20 minutes to the store to get my refund. So four months later with no door, wasted so much time and effort, wasted my day off just to hear that we cannot installed your door.I called there customer service as well but that does not seem to work as well. All I want that someone would have to held accountable for this mess.I am waiting if any of the leadership give me a call and show that they care. We just bought a new house last year and spend thousands of dollars with this store. Only this door cost me over $2000/.I am going to tell every friend, family and neighbors not to go this store. They simply DONT CARE!!!
Employee rude as hell. I asked where the window air conditioning units are and he says in front. You know how big Home Depot is? He definitely could have made an effort and said the this side you entered, the middle, the other side. I had to clarify with him while he felt interupted stalking light bulbs.
Trying to get help in Home Depot is next to impossible. Three employees walked by didnt even look at me. One of them walked by after the help request was announced over the loudspeaker. Poor service
Just yer typical Home Depot. Im throwing out 5 stars just because Ive never had any problems at this store. My personal opinion is one of apathy. I just dont have any opinions one way or another. Its wheelchair accessible. Has clean bathrooms and friendly staff.

Usually find what were looking for. If we cant find something in the store it is a little hard to find someone sometimes to help. Thats why your four star not a five star.
They definitely need more help out in the garden center. Long lines and employees are super busy. However, they were all nice and professional.

I ordered and paid from a washer and dryer the last week of March. My original delivery date was April 8th. It was canceled and I was never notified waiting at home all day on the 8th for it to be delivered. I called Home Depot and they said I would need to call their delivery company, I gave them a call and they said that it got moved to May 6th. On May 6th I waited all day and no one came, I finally got a hold of someone at 7pm and they said that they couldn’t find my address and the next delivery date would be June 3rd. I asked to speak with the manager and they hung up on me.I’ve tried to get in contact with Home Depot and they only direct me to the delivery service I paid them directly for a washer and dryer back in March and I still have never received it.Home Depot is a large company and don’t know why I’m being forced to deal with a 3rd party company, when getting anything delivered please keep us in mind for your future appliances!
Just a quick trip got what I needed and went home
I had on my to-do list to roto till my garden this past Saturday. I lugged the machine into my garden and on the third pull to start it the pull cord broke. I took the machine up to the Home Depot in Brighton with the expectation of leaving it for repairs and renting a tiller to use immediately. The two gentleman in the rental/repair department took a look and said they could replace the broken chord in 30 minutes. My wife and I wandered around the store for a half hour and when we went back to the rental/repair area my tiller was not only expertly repaired, but one of them, Dave, told me there would be no charge. I was very impressed and thankful for the immediate attention I received and it made our decision to have ordered a new stove for delivery that much more justified. Thanks, guys for saving the day. Home depot needs more help
Employees are rude. Dont want to help customers, they act afraid of people. I overheard two female employees talking about their days off, when I approached them to ask for help, they were put out that I would ask such a thing. Same thing with two male employees, one who had his mask down below his mouth - I asked for help finding something and was told he needed to get the ladder and proceeded to ignore me.This is nothing new, I should be used to this.
Overall best place for home supplies. Harbor Freight a better choice for certain things.

Wow is it confusing getting to this store from I-25 south. Staff was friendly, though. Not super in your face, assuming youre stealing all the time cause you dress like you enjoy heavy metal. Much like other stores. So kudos there.
This place is a joke. Sadly its a joke where you end up spending 45 minutes walking around trying to get someone to help you but they all walk past you and ignore you so you end up dropping your items in the middle of the store and leaving without buying anything, never to return. The customer service here is at zero go down the street to Lowes They are so much nicer and better and they offer way more services.

So disappointed with Home depot. I ordered a sliding glass door on June 10th and 2 months later we got a sliding glass door but IT WAS THE WRONG ONE. Finally Oct we got the one we ordered in June. Of course they said Id get some sort of a refund for the inconvenience. But of course I never heard anything from anyone. In June we were going to get carpet through our whole house. But I couldnt even get a quote. Such a disappointment. I do not recommend Home depot.

Effective last Thursday, a mask mandate went in to place in our state. Employees at the store are making little to no effort to enforce this, there was about half of the clientele inside with no mask at all. When I asked if they were actually following or enforcing the statewide mandate, I was plainly told they cant. This store does not wish to put the safety of its customers or its community as a priority, and as such I do not recommend giving this location your money.

The Brighton Home depo was clean and the Staff was so helpful and friendly. Very good store .We had to go to Thorton to get the rest of our things and they were very apologetic and called ahead to make sure they would have it .Thank you Homedepo staff your amazing.

Never can find a clerk. Will do most of my shopping elsewhere...and Home Depot does NOT give military discount. Prefer to do any HD shopping online.

Do yourself a favor and GO TO LOWESI am appalled that Home Depot who is making record sales during the pandemic treated me with such disrespect. I will no longer shop at HD. I tried to exchange a dead shrub that I purchased the week before, I bought 3 and 1 did not do well. I did not have the receipt but the pot was clearly marked as a Home Depot product. They refused to exchange it. Shame on you Home Depot and your skyrocketing sales. What happened to the little guy and proper customer service. Lowes has better quality plants and stand behind their products.
No one in this store wears a mask, especially Brett. They seem to think that because they are a big store, they can afford to infect all of their customers. Everyone who steps foot in this store is at risk of infection. Also, I came in looking for a really hard nut, but no one knew what I was talking about. How hard is it to find a hard nut? I will be taking my business LITERALLY anywhere else. Dont shop at Home Depot.
