I ordered something online and came to pickup but there was a little mishap about the product I ordered & it wasnt in stock. But someone helped me find an item that was efficient and was quick to help me and do everything they could to fix the issue which was barely an inconvenience to me. They were so sweet I had to give you guys a 5 star.

We went in for a simple cracked screen and were told to submit a claim online. Having never done this before we wanted someone to walk us through the process. We were quoted a 15-20 minute wait time and to wait outside because of social distancing. Fine, no problems there. 50+ minutes later, after a good 5-6 people had left the store with no new ones going in, we were finally admitted and were helped by the main hostess herself, even though there were 2 shop employees standing around. 10 minute process total. I get that youre busier than expected, but PLEASE give a semi-accurate quote for the wait time. We would not have stood in the blistering sun and then a light rain shower if we had known it was going to take nearly an hour to get in. On top of that the lady who helped us was the one assigning clerks to customers. She could have easily stepped outside and walked us through the 10 minute process while waiting for new customers to come in and get wait time quotes. Not a great experience. 😕

Trying to call the store directly is impossible tried to call to see if they had a phone in stock, their phone manue just took me in circles for 20 minutes a day still wasnt able to reach the store. Horrible, inconvenient to say the least

Izzy helped me out. Customer service was beyond fantastic. Certain things I needed were done. Came in after work and was in and out. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable with everything! I’m with Verizon now and would not only recommend to switch to Verizon, but also to definitely come here for the customer service. By far the best I’ve ever had by miles!!!

Visited 18-Mar and partnered with Jose. He was super friendly and knew his stuff. Sadly with my issue, I have to call a tool free number. Because Verizon doesnt give theyre employees to solve all problems, defeats the purpose of having stores. Because of Verizon not enabling their associates to resolve any problem, im giving 2 stars.

I hate going into Verizon stores for anything other than buying a phone. It is crystal clear that the staff is there for the commission. Look, I get it, we are all trying to make money, but that doesnt mean you cant treat your customers with basic human dignity. Im tired of feeling sorry that I have questions about the device you sold me. Honestly, I do plan on switching services when it becomes feasible because I dont appreciate their business model or their customer service.

I almost stopped my service because of my experience at the North Field Location. This location was a totally different experience. Everyone was super friendly and really helpful. I was in and out of the store in about 10 minutes. They helped me by showing me how to transfer my information from my old phone to the new one. They had a lot of people helping customers so there wasnt a lot of time wasted. The other location everyone was in the back room and they only had one person helping.

Buyer Beware. How is it that you walk out of the Brighton Verizon store and upgrade your phone which has to be mailed and not in stock. So, then you call 10 minutes later and decide to go with a more expensive phone and they say sorry you cant cancel or change until you get the phone that hasnt left the warehouse that was ordered 10 minutes ago. Ohh wait PLUS there is a restocking fee of $50. What a scam. Literally 10 minutes. The girl there Kelly said if we wanted to talk to a manager we had to come in person. Another SCAM. Horrible Customer Service. Horrible. Shop around. Also, we paid $90 already for the new phones. They should wave the restocking fee since it never left the warehouse and let my husband upgrade.

Weve visited this location on two different occasions. The first visit, my husband needed a new phone and was trying to determine if he wanted to join Verizon with me or stay at T-Mobile. He decided to join Verizon, but he had to get his own plan instead of adding onto mine since it was cheaper. The employee couldnt wrap their brains around why we wouldnt want to pay $200 for us to share a plan or keep my plan at $58 and he gets his own for around $100. So then, my husband is looking at phones OBVIOUSLY not sure which one he wanted, and the rep sat at the desk on his tablet and didnt get up to go talk specs/needs with my husband. I finally jumped in to tell him to make some effort for the sale. Well, bad idea because the rep sold my husband a phone that broke after 2 or 3 weeks. Just shut off and wouldnt turn back on or charge. We went in to get it swapped out since there is a warrenty, and they said they were closed. The hours on the door said 7pm and we got there just before 5. And they wouldnt let us in. Ive been with Verizon for almost a decade now, and Ive received impeccable service from their store in Lakewood (Belmar), and Im so disappointed with this location, but we cant go to another location because they dont share inventories and we have to get the broken phone fixed by the store that sold it to us (so we were told).UPDATE: My husband was able to get down there after work before they closed and the store manager Matt was very helpful and got my husband into a new phone since he was still in the 14 day period. Matt was very apologetic and understanding of our frustration and did what he could to make things right. This is the right guy to be running the store! Thanks Matt!

Omg Kelly.... my angel from above. Listen, Ive been having trouble with a port over from at&t for 2 months. For 2 months, Ive been on the phone with every customer service department. Different verizon stores. Had Verizon employees brush me off because it was an odd case and 2 new phones not working didnt make sense. Kelly spent a total of 2 hours helping me. And we got my phone working! I witnessed her and her team handle some difficult customers with kindness and haste. Anyway, thank you Kelly. You made my entire day😊

Last Weds was waiting for my turn for service. The sales woman finished at her computer, briefly helped 2 folks who came in after me, put on her hand lotion, went into the back with her coworkers, came out and began fiddling on the computer again. When I asked when would I be helped she told me as soon as someone had time. I walked out of the store without my new line. I have received great service from employees in the past, but not this day.

Went into the store for an upgrade. Typically a very long process. I had the pleasure of working with Ana. She helped me understand the difference between all phones. Ana was very knowledgeable of all phones and the best promotions for me. I ultimately went with the iPhone X which is amazing and on one of the best networks.

The quality of customer service will never improve since the manager comes across as if he hates the sight of everyone that walks through the door. He will stare at you, if he feels you are taking up to much of his employees time. It doesnt matter if there are only a few customers there. You are timed. (So creepy!) Be ready to hear sighs and receive blank stares when you ask about their phones and services. Also, ask about their refurbished phones. My phone kept over heating and by the time l received my third one, l was convinced they were all refurbished. Their Corporate office verified to me their inventory is refurbished. The new items they have might be on display. Purchase an insurance protection plan, you will need it.

Worst Verizon customer service I’ve ever experienced. The manager of this location should be immediately replaced as he has no idea how to properly address customers. When I asked for help switching my SIM card and transferring data. He informed us they no longer help with that. But he would have someone help us.When the salesperson finally came to help us he made me open the case on the phone. Then he popped the SIM card out and tossed it on the table and said ok there you go.I asked him to install the card in the new phone and he said he can’t because if he damages the phone he’d be liable. So what is the point of having these people work for you. Why pay them to stand there and do nothing. Or perhaps that’s just the corporate attitude. Either way I’d avoid this particular store and choose another as this location’s staff is rude and incompetent

I do not write many reviews, but I felt that it was well worth it and valued as my husband and I were really satisfied with their employee, Kelly. We walked in the store to get help with international phone services, a phone upgrade and more and I swear there was not one question that didnt go unanswered in the best format possible. She was not only confident, but extremely genuine in helping us as the customers as she went above and beyond in each situation. Not for one minute did we feel like she was a sales person blowing smoke up our you know whats. She was very smart in the terms of knowing how to look at our plan and help us adjust it accordingly and get the most out of it. My husband and I will try to seek her out each time we go in. We had AT&sucks for years. With all of the excuses for poor or no cell service. After checking I found that Version had the best service out here, so we went in to the store to get new phones and set up service. The staff was knowledgeable, curtious, and professional. We got the phones we wanted, a reasonable amount for a family of four, and best of all service everyplace we go.

We usually go in and receive great service. Today we did not. Recently I left my parents plan opening an additional like for verizon (giving them more money). My number was the admin on the account. When opening my separate line I asked that all admin for the old phone plan be transferred to my fathers line. The gentleman assured me that he did. We attempted to login to my Dads account, was locked out instantly. Called verizon they said they cant unlock it because no admin is assigned to his plan.He went for assistance at the Verizon store. The woman, who did not introduce herself stated that they cannot help him until he logs in online. He attempted to tell her he tried, yet she still said that without him going to the desktop site at home they wont help. At this point, why would you not help someone on your computers??? Worst customer service ever!!

The young lady that assisted me today was rude and condescending. I inquired about an upgrade and she began rattling off differences in models. When I asked for clarification on what it means that the phone has 3 cameras instead of 2, she rolled her eyes and stated, it just means its a better camera.I felt that she didnt value me as a customer because I was not as tech-savvy as her. I wonder what kind of deal I can get at their competitors?

I went in this evening at 7pm about an hour till close.. I needed to get my number changed and the Verizon staff member that helped me didnt have an easy task! Due to some issues on a possible down tower the number switcheroo took time.. but she worked and worked and I could see the determination in her eyes.. due to her diligence I walked out with exactly what I went to do! My visit was a very pleasant one! Plus this made that store pretty stunning it alone is worth the check out

The space is dirty, the staff is rude, especially Yuri, they are extremely unhelpful and unknowledgeable of products, plans and service and actually told me to go to another store if I wanted better service lol.Save the stress and try the store on 104th, in Northglenn, instead.

Very pleased with the self-confidence displayed by Yuriana. She was one of three device technicians greeting me as I came into the store, and ready to approach any situation. Where words could not explain the trouble Id been having with my Galaxy S5, she held out her hand to take my phone and spoke very little about what she was doing as I followed her to a counter and watched her proceed. I felt comfortable standing there as she ran tests, asked me questions, made decisions, gave me advise, and didnt have to go run in the back room with my phone as so many employees would do in the Verizon stores. I knew she could diagnose anything. And, I knew I could walk away realizing this is the BEST experience I ever have had at a Verizon store. She was super confident and competent! Solving one problem and asking every few moments, Is there anything else? No wasted time and no sales pitch, and no chatter. She was there to solve my problems with my phone.So, I was out the door and remembered I had an accessory in the car that needed attention. I brought that in and found Tracy and Malissa waiting for me and ready to deliver what was needed. Same courtesy, same simplified authentic friendliness, and same professionalism. Great team. My husband and I went in on July 27,2018 and he purchased a Note 8. He had an older note and loved it and wanted to upgrade. The girl that helped him was perfectly nice but the next day we had to return the phone. It wasn’t transferring his data and the battery life was awful. The girl that helped him was named Yuri (spelling ?) and she was incredibly rude. He told her he needed to return it and why and she immediately became rude and was tossing some snide comments. She’s putting stuff in the computer and if he asked a question,she gave one word answers. He then asked her about an iPhone and she said “oh so you want to exchange it?” He said possibly if it’s on sale. She said let me finish with this first. She finishes with the computer and takes the phone in the back and comes back out and looks at my husband and says rudely “what else did you want!” He said I’d like to know if the iPhone is still on sale. She says No!! He said “well you ad says it’s on sale for $249.00. She says, well I suggest you go buy it from them!” He said it was your store that said it. Again she said “well go buy it from them!” I believe I will choose another provider because I won’t do business with people like her.

One of the worst stores I dealt with. I hear nothing but complaints from numerous families. The wait is horrible. The agents at the store try everything to prove the customer wrong. I have to constantly question my bill. As you should to. I witnessed the assistant manager Lorenzo was on a power trip about not helping his costumers, I for one was that customer dealing a manger who refuses to acknowledge their mistakes let alone amend any situation Ive had at this store. I also witnessed at the time of my visit Lorenzo turned down a family for the chance to waived a cancellation fee for a recently deceased teenager which parents were denied by Lorenzo even though being the powers of attorneys. Although he may seem like he understands but theres nothing he does even though it was his representatives that blindsided us. I heard him tell a manager hed make me and my wife wait. I hope this store location gets closed down or they at least stop trying to make their customers feel distraught. I hate evil managers of any business. Funny cause even corporate agreed with me.

Ive been having problems with the new nexus phone. I called my local store today to begin the process of getting it fixed, ordering a replacement or upgrading the phone. The store proceeded to explain that they had no way of pulling up my account while i was using my phone. Ok. I suggested calling them back from another phone and they said that wouldnt work either. In the past i have called concerning my account and never had an issue getting my account opened up. They said i needed to come in to the store. I really wanted to know my options before going to the local store. On my way home from work i decided to go to the store but realized i didnt have my wallet. I noticed the guy that sold me phone 3 weeks earlier so figured we could work around that. Nope. They couldnt verify who i was so i am on my way home to grab my wallet. Im going to a different store to avoid dealing with this one. I will never again do business with this particular store. These stores have people greeting customers with a tablet dedicated to signing folks in knowing damn well that the fire martial will only allow 10 customers at a time based on square footage of the space. I am certain that 1920s method of paper and pencil would accomplish the same thing. They use a tablet to sign people in (maximizing todays technology) but dont seem to have the technology to access an account over the phone. Complete bozos.

Another bad experience for my family from the Brighton Verizon store. My wife had a Verizon LG phone that went bad. The Verizon store in Brighton tested it and verified it was bad. It was under warranty so they ordered another phone. It came to our house. My wife took the phone back to the Brighton Verizon store to get the information, contacts, etc. from the bad phone into the new phone. The girl at the Brighton store said she wouldnt do it for her so my wife went back a couple of days later hoping that that same girl would be working but she was and was the only one available so my wife left and drove 16 miles (one way) to the next closest Verizon store. This store said they would like to make the transfer but Verizon had changed its policy and wouldnt let their sales people make the transfer. (said it took to much of their time, which says to me it takes away from sales time..who cares about customer service!). Anyway at least my wife got the reason why Verizon wouldnt make the transfer. If the girl at the Brighton Verizon store would have told my wife the reason, she wouldnt have driven that 30 miles round trip. She just thought the Brighton store was being their normal self, a pain to deal with! I used to drive seven miles to another Verizon store at Larkridge just so I wouldnt have to deal with the store in Brighton.

This store is horrible!!!!! When I purchased my phone and signed up I was told by my rep that for $11 a month I could get insurance on my phone and they would replace the phone if it was lost, stolen or damaged. I agreed to this. My phone was later stolen. I called Verizon and they gave me incorrect information about the phone to fill out of the insurance form. Because they gave me incorrect information it got denied. Then I got the correct information and it turns out that Verizon has NO record of the phone so it got denied again!!!!! Do not got here!!!! I wouldnt recommend Verizon period! Their customer service department is a bunch of idiots! Go to AT&T!

Tried to get my phone issues solved. They felt my phone was bad after a year. So they used my insurance to get a replacement phone. Only to have same problem with the replacement phone same issue. Had to pay off balance on phone and got new phone. Total cost to me was roughly 250 dollars. They should have figured this out the first time but I went back three times. Been with Verizon for more then 20 years and this is my third time it has cost me money even after my monthly bill which is rather large. Is it time to change????

Horrible service, say one thing then do not follow through. Anything to make a sale. Will not return to this store.We upgraded phones and were told we could easily come back in and drop off for a credit, when we returned had to wait almost an hour. And did not end up getting full credit it had to be spread out over two years to get our money back, not sure we ended up wit the better deal.Verizon does not appear to be in best interest of the customer or this location specifically.I would advise to shop somewhere else for your cell phone needs.

We were flat out lied to! Was told we had to purchase a hum device to upgrade our phones. We wanted to get iPhones because our Android phones always mess up and we were told if we got the moto z force phones they were half off. Well that wasnt the case. Still paying on our phones to this day for full price. Theyll tell you anything to make a sale and they are very very rude. Dont trust a thing they tell you. Now our phones shut off at 80% battery life and constantly have to be on a charger because the batteries just drain dead. I will be going into the store .This is absurd! They are absolutely worthless here. My mom took her phone in because it kept turning off and the back on. They accidentally did a hard reset and wiped her phone completely. Told her there was nothing they could do to fix it and to go home and start all over.

After working with Brian, I think Verizon should be embarrassed by this employee. He was rude, unhelpful, and lacked any sort of customer service skills. Terrible service! We purchased two new phones. The salesperson said that he transferred everything over but did not. Spent an hour on the phone with Verizon to get ONE phone transferred. Went back to the store to ask them to transfer everything over for the other phone. They said that they couldnt do it because the store does not have WIFI. Do not buy a phone from this store. The service is terrible. The store installed a glass protection cover. It broke too. Asked them to replace it. They dont do that there either. What do they do besides make the initial sale and tick off customers?

I went into the store to add a second line to my plan. I was quoted $109.00 I had screen shots from the conversation from online support.online support said I need to go into a Verizon store to set that up. I went to this store. I spoke with Tristan. He told me he didnt have the ability to do that deal. I asked for the manager. I spoke with the manager Corbin. He refused to give me the $109.00 for unlimited talk text and data for 2 phones that online support offered. I even showed him the screen shots. He told me he cant help me and to contact support. (The same ppl who told me that I had to go to a store to set up the second phone.) I told him they referred me to come to a store . He told me i can help you . I asked for his supervisor. He went in back for like 7 minutes like he was going to get his supervisor. He came back out then asked me for my phone number so she can call me when she get in later this week. I asked if she has a phone number that I can call he told me that it wouldnt do me any good because she only answers when she is in the store. I told him I would like it any way . Or a corporate phone number. He told me he they dont have one... so Corbin walked in back to get his managers information for another 5 minutes to walk out and hand me a card . I have yet to call his general manager because of the misinformation and the complete lack of trying. I asked for the deal I was offered. He told me no and said I can put you in a deal for $150.00 plus tax . I explained to him . That is not a solution when I am look for a deal in writing to be honored . He then told me I can have a flip phone added to my line for that 😡😡 its like he was trying to make the situation worse.. . Thats why I rate this store 1 star. This all started with t mobile 2 phones unlimited talk text and data with Netflix for 1 year. I liked Verizon but they were completely dusrespectful and unwilling to help.

The overzealous and way-too-pushy salesman talked her into $315 plus $29/month worth of accessories and services she didnt really need, with lots of assurances that things could be returned and services cancelled. After discussing things at home, we decided to return it all and cancel the services. It turned out there was a restocking fee on the Verizon Hum that cost us almost $40 net (in spite of the salesmans attempt at funny math to make it sound less bad) plus one day of protated service. Also the screen protector wasnt returnable once installed, and we had to pay its outside-the-bundle price of $40. So were out $80 plus tax over the whole experience, and all we have to show for it is a screen protector. DO NOT TAKE THE BAIT ABOUT BEING ABLE TO RETURN THINGS OR CANCEL SERVICES.

I am not much to write reviews either and was pretty discouraged to read the negative reviews on here and hesitant to go into the store. However, I am glad I did. from the moment we walked in Dalton took really good care of us, even though he was not able to help my on my first visit (not his fault, I was having issues with a previous carrier). Before we left he gave us his cell number and advised us to text with any further questions and to let him know before hand by texting when we come back to help expedite our next trip. We didnt text before coming in but he remembered us and what we needed and took care of us right away. Dalton was very helpful, kind, patient and took his job seriously which says a lot this day in age. Thanks Dalton and Verizon Wireless for all your help! I highly recommend this store and especially Dalton, 5 stars guys!!

I was greeted by Eric, a young gentlemen who was struggling with my questions regarding my insurance on my Samsung phone. Between other employees trying to help Eric with my questions, I was not getting my questions answered therefore I asked to talk to a manager. Donavon, store manager, approached Eric and I and did not introduce himself nor did he make eye contact with me. He stated and I needed to submit a claim so they can replace my phone,again no eye contact he walked away and continued to work on his computer next to Eric and my self.Verizon strives to provide the best customer service and network but I experienced totally the opposite. Iam disappointed since this store is the closest to my home and I will need to travel farther get the customer service everyone expects from Verizon.

Donovan the store manager was so rude to me. My phone is under warranty and he would not help me or replace my phone. I asked for a regional manager and he refused to give me their phone number. He wrote down customer service phone number. I told him his customer service sucked. He replied, so do you. Wow!! What a jerk. I went home and cancelled Verizon service. I am a very very long time customer. I have been with them since the days of airtouch cellular. This manager should be fired.

Would give zero stars if possible. Just moved to the area, so I don’t really know my way around yet and my phone had been acting up for the past 2 weeks. I decided to upgrade my phone and was passing this location so I swung in. The woman I dealt with wasn’t very friendly, and was extremely short answering my questions, almost as if I was a burden to her. Looking back, I should have looked at her name tag.At every Verizon I’ve been to in the over 10 years I’ve been with them, they have helped you set up your phone and make sure everything was operating as it should. Until this store, that is. As soon as I paid the upgrade fee, I was handed a bag and run off. As I was walking out, I was told to make sure I was on WiFi to set up my phone. I asked her did they not help set up or have WiFi at that location, and all I got in return was a quick “nope! Good luck” from her. Keep in mind, I’m not from the area, and now had no GPS to get home to get on WiFi. Luckily, The xfinity store across the street allowed me to use their WiFi to set up my phone so I could be on my way. After this interaction, I’m genuinely considering switch to xfinity from Verizon, as they use the same towers, for much cheaper.

I wish I could give no stars!!! Ana was rude, sent me away and had me running around like an idiot. Ive seen her 3 times and she was rude to me each time. After the 3rd visit I asked to talk to a manager which was Megan. She did not care at all that everything was clearly Anas fault. Will be canceling verizon service all together due to their attitude towards me. People like that need to be fired!!!

I have been losing service on my phone constantly for the last 3 weeks done everything I could new sim card etc to try and figure it out... knowing that its an issue with my phone and nothing I done to damage the phone I have to pay the 150 to 200 to get a new phone bs if u ask me... not happy... will go with another provider

Got ripped off... They suckerd me into getting a 10 in tablet for $29.00 then after I paid for it told me how it was going to cost me $30.00 a month. I never actually opened the box or activated it... They did... It cost me $5.00 more on top of the $29.00 to return it... This should be illegal...

Tristan (I think that was his name) from PA was awesome. Friendly, knowledgable. Great people skills!I am amending my review of this store for the following reasons. Firstly Tristan (previous review, above) told me my employee discount for accessories was 25% when in fact its only 10%. I found this out later in the day yrsterday at a different store. How does one make a mistake like that is beyond me.In addition, yesterday I arrived at this store before opening. I was first in line. Upon entering the store a female sales associate, I didnt get her name as she didnt introduce herself, didnt even greet me, no smile, only what do you need? I told her I was there to purchase the Samsung Galaxy S9. I was asking questions about the phone and she seem so preoccupied looking elsewhere and not giving me her attention. It was so blatant, I was getting irritated to the point of almost saying something to her. Then she abruptly says, Ill right back and disappears. 10 minutes later, and still she hadnt returned. I left the store and drove 15 miles west of town and purchased my S9 at another Verizon store.I was at this store approximately 3 months ago and received the same rude treatment from another female sales associate. It was almost like she was doing me a favor and was downright rude and unprofessional. On both visits, yesterday and 3 months ago, the female sales associates were Hispanic.Lastly, about 4-5 years ago, I experienced the same type of customer service.PEOPLE, listen here, NOT ALL VERIZON STORES ARE CREATED EQUAL.My experience at the other store was soooooo much better, Im glad I left this sorry store. HINT: Owner, no need for any perfunctory note as Im so done with this store.
