We have been going to this store for 3+ years now, best customer service! I have gone into this store in different occasions, and always leave satisfied. Jorge, one of the sales rep always assists us with our every need and want. He always gets us a great deal that we can’t walk away from and to top it off he is always great to work with. He always does what’s best for the customer by providing good customer service and meeting their need. I highly recommend that he trains everyone. 🙂

I was underwhelmed. I think the Manager needs retraining. She obviously knows a lot of technology but her people/customers skills repell many people. I feel that Im there to serve her needs and the faster the better! I sense she has very little patience. I also get the feeling she is quite an controlling person.I get the feeling Tell me what you want in 20 words or less, get it and get out - Next!She could be a very good manager/Sales associate if she is open to training. I hope for her sake she is but right now she needs help!!

Amythest is worth the drive from Boulder to Brighton. My family and I activated our service with her when she was managing the location in Boulder over a year ago. She is patient, friendly and kind. We will continue to drive to any location this young woman is at for upgrades or questions. We also try to send others her way!

On April 9th we took in a phone that had to be replaced by warranty after it was not able to be recharged. They said it would be 3 to 5 business days to get it in. In 2 days we had a text it was on its way. Four days later the store was called and it was not there. Up to April 22 the store was called 4 times and they said it was not there. Today the store was called again and they said it was there and had been since April 13th. Then they charged me. $20 for the warranty. At this point I am rather upset with T-Mobile. The phone that was replaced was only about 3 weeks old.

I don’t normally go into the store to pay my phone bill. I recently went in and Marianna made it a quick and easy experience. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about my questions and concerns that I had about my bill. She Explained everything and answered all my questions with no hesitation. Just wanting to say I recommend this place 100% I switched from sprint and Mariana especially made the process so easy and wonderful I would do it all over again. I went to Verizon last week desperate to replace a phone that was dieing. Went to The Orchard after the website said it was open...nope! Proceeded to Brighton Verizon that was open, but I was not allowed in the store. A sales associate told me that I could do everything online. I told him I had tried, but the phone I wanted wasnt available for an undetermined amount of time. He suggested I buy it at Best Buy...REALLY? SO! I researched T-mobile and thought I would stop today to see if I could ask some questions. Long story short, I left with a new phone, new service, a better plan (cheaper than Verizon), and completely satisfied with the customer service I received. Shoutout to Amber and Amyethyst who made the switchover clear, easy and even offered ideas for discounts! Well done!

I recently went here and I give this place only a 3 star because the selection was very limited if any at all. There was no tablets except kid ones. And there was limited colors on phones and phone accessories ect. Besides that customer service was a strong 4. Thanks everyone.

By far the best T Mobile location Ive ever been to. Jesus and Raul were awesome, super helpful. First time we went into the store Jesus was all by himself, no other employees came in for their shift. Immediately customer starting flooding into the store and he handled the whole situation flawlessly, conversing with multiple customers and assisting one by one as quickly as possible. (We were super impressed by his ability to multitask like that with so many customers and no help). The guy is super professional and clearly takes pride in his work. Jesus should be promoted to store manager. He answered all of questions, helped me upgrade my phone, and all of the other customers left with a smile even though we had a bit of a wait. Truly a master of his craft. I had to return to the store with my husband for something separate and Raul was there with Jesus. They were both great and have excellent customer service skills. We will be back.

Call me old fashioned but I still like to be welcomed or at the very least acknowledged when entering a place. Waited for like 20 mins until I finally asked if it would take longer and one person said give me a minute and another said yes. So I just walked out. I struggled all afternoon trying to fix a problem with my phone and bill. I finally went to the store and Anna Marie and Daisy helped me, Anna Marie was able to look at my account and see exactly what the problem was and she printed it out and went over each item until I understood. Daisy worked diligently at setting up my new phone and making sure I had all my data transferred and the right items included. One of the fastest visits to T-Mobile and certainly one of the best. Horrible place to go to. There customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The attitude is of I dont care and your wasting my time. I do believe they work on comission at this store because all the want to do is charge you all these fees that just keep popping up. The store manager was not willing to help or even cared to try and help. This store just needs to close its doors. Please go to the other tmobile in Brighton. At least they care and are willing to go the extra mile to try and help you.

Service here is terrible. Some of the women there are rude and could care less what youre wanting as a customer. I needed help with accessories on my phone and they were apparently too intelligent to think that I know what I want for myself. (Because I dont know what Im talking about) Go to the T-Mobile in prairie center. Maybe itll be better there. Maybe theyll pay attention to you. Maybe theyll help you get what you need. Who knows?

We went into the store to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile. Worst. Decision. Ever. Our phone numbers were ported before any discussion of payment/price leaving us forced to continue with T-Mobile since the porting of our phone numbers could not be reversed. The price was completely out of our budget so my husband was going to use his old phone that we paid off instead of getting a new one. Sprint locked the phone so it couldnt be used and T-Mobile took the SIM card out of it so it couldnt be unlocked by Sprint. The reception completely sucks. Calls are constantly dropped no matter where I am or it is constantly breaking up. We were also charged for a tablet that we did not purchase. The only good thing about T-Mobile is that it is cheaper than Sprint, but I guess you get what you pay for because they definitely dont measure up to Sprints service.

If I could rate this store zero stars, believe me I would. Im extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today. The managers were not training their new employee and just diddling with their cell phones, not even looking up from their phones while customers waited patiently.The employee with dark blue hair in a pony tail was laughing at a music video on her phone while Alana was trying to learn and help me. I was so frustrated with the attitudes all of the employees had I straight up left. I will never go back to this T-Mobile. Someone needs to step up their game and manage! This behavior is really bad for business. No one moved from their spot to come out from behind the counter to answer any questions to to help. They all just stood there and stared. Ive never experienced such horrible customer service in my entire life. If I were the manager Id have fired one, if not two employees today. It was absolutely ridiculous. Looks like this store hast been managed well in a long time seeing as how the employees attitudes, customer service and work ethic are so poor.

I love going but the wait time is hit or miss. I can either walk right in with no wait or wait for 30 mins with people in front of you & only 2 associates working. They are very knowledgeable and can get almost anything done for you on the spot. But I wouldnt recommend taking your kids with because the wait time may be longer than theyll sit for.

Don’t ever go to this store!!!!! Last year I trade in an iPhone 6s in the store, and they Spose to set the phone to T-Mobile warehouse, but the warehouse never Received the phone. I think the store employees just stalling my phone and never ship it out. I went back the store for many times to ask my phone back or pay me the money for my phone, even the store manager doesn’t want to do anything to help. I definitely go to court with them.

The employees act like youre the biggest inconveniece when you go in to ask for help. They treat you like youre dumb and dont know how to work technology. I came in to ask about getting a replacement charger since the one I had broke. One of the employees asked how long it took for my phone to charge and I told him since I have a fast charger it takes at most an hour and a half. He got angry for some reason and began to say that it shouldnt take that long because HIS phone (of a different brand and regular charger, mind you) takes all night to charge. He began treating me like I was an idiot because my phone has a fast charging feature. I prefer to go to the Orchard T-Mobile because those employees dont treat you like youre an idiot over the simplest things.

Terrible Service, We needed to return a phone they just told us to take it to the nearest UPS and even when I had the Rep on the phone telling us that any Tmobile store was able to receive it, they didnt even look at the computer to check this was accurate, once I requested to talk to the Manager then they were able to received the phone, they treated my wife like she was an idiot until I came in then things were different, maybe because she is a female? I really dont know what was the Representatives problem I just want to guess maybe a bad day, the second Rep was actually ok.

The girls working there were very unhelpful when I tried to exchange my phone. Gave me all sorts of excuses as to why I couldnt return my phone to their store. I ended up going through the customer service line to do the exchange. My phone was slightly damaged at the top from a couple of drops but no cracks or dents. After I got my new phone I was told to return the old to the store, which I did today but not before I heard the same excuses again as to why they couldnt take my phone. I know it goes against their numbers but T- mobile almost lost a long time customer.

7:45 Friday night was with my grandsons and we had a very hard time even finding the store since the lit sign above the store was turned off and all the main lights inside the store were off as well. We were knocking on the door and the girls inside the store told us that they were closed after knocking for nearly 10 minutes. I said to them that it wasnt 8 oclock and they just ignored me. What a waste of a trip... 20 plus minutes and still my ipad isnt working on their crappie network.

NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THEYRE TALKING ABOUT! I switched over from Verizon and one good thing I can say about Verizon is that the customer service reps know what the F they are talking about.Israel was the rep who helped me. I order an I-phone7 and stated that my bf may or may not order one. After I switched he told me that I did not need any sim cards. After my bf decided not to switch over I went there as well and Israel and some tall caucasian guy said I DID NOT NEED ONE! But I was certain I needed a sim card, HOW IS IT THAT A CUSTOMER KNEW WHAT THEY NEEDED but the TMOBILE SPECIALIST DID NOT! A few days past and turns out I NEEDED A SIM CARD. IDIOTS!I went in again and finally got the sim card. I needed to trade in my phone but when I went to fix my screen, apple couldnt repair my screen so they replaced my phone. So I told him that and said dont I need to change my IMEI number on the trade in phone. THE TALL WHITE GUY (wish I knew his name right now) SAID NO, THAT ONCE THEY LOOKED UP THE IMEI THEYD REALIZE WHAT HAPPENED. Are you serious?! I even ask him if he was sure.GUESS WHAT! They changed my trade in value on my phone because my IMEI number is wrong! IDIOTS! Why does T-mobile hire idiots!

DO NOT GO INTO THIS LOCATION!!Ive been in this location 2 times, and both times were absolutely awful. My initial trip in I just wanted help resetting some APN settings on the phone. The 2 girls working both acted like it was a Huge Inconvenience to help me. Then they were very lazy about the whole thing. They didnt try to reset anything on the phone they just ordered me a refurbished phone and still charged me for it.My second time in was even worse!! I went in because when they ordered my refurbished phone, they took my phone apart including the battery Sim card and microSD. Well they never put my microSD card back in. So when I went in they totally denied taking out anything but the battery. They then pretend to look around the area they were standing in with what was obviously no effort. Then they basically told me oh well and completely refused to take any responsibility.SO ITS OBVIOUS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PRIVACY!! Worse t mobile store Ive ever been in.Customer service Doesnt Exist HERE!! Id give Negative Stars if I could!!!

The wife and I decided to make the jump from Straight Talk Mobile over to T-Mobile once they introduced the Binge On feature. Since we stream on our phones a LOT, with Netflix, Spotify, Hulu, Vudu, etc... it made a lot of sense to make the switch and not have to worry about data. My wife and I had been with Verizon prior, and their customer service was abysmal. Getting to a live person was a very long, frustrating process with VZW. T-Mobiles staff here at the store in Brighton, as well as their customer service at their call centers, are extremely helpful and polite, and genuinely care for their customers. Their customer service along with their Jump! On Demand plans are worth switching for just in themselves. Were glad we did! Thanks guys.
