I purchased a Mazda 3 from Andrew about 2 weeks ago, and I am very pleased with the customer service he provided! We thought the car needed the tires balanced, so that was done for free. Turns out, one tire had a bubble on it, so Andrew had 2 new tires put on the front, no charge. It is a pleasure dealing with a hometown business that doesnt add handling fees, listens to what type of vehicle you can afford, and takes the time to help you find that vehicle!

This place gave me a chance when I really needed it. I just dont like that the vehicle seems to be having problems about a week after getting it and of course its as is which is my fault for just taking it and going because I desperately needed it. They were awesome people to work with though.

I keep going back! This is so no pressure Ive seen reviews saying the people that work at Auto Warehouse dont care if you buy or not....not true, they just dont pressure you! I have never had a bad experience, nor has my husband. Pat is the best! Oh, BTW, if you have a problem, they are there to help. If you have a problem with the car you buy, that can happen anywhere. I will never go back their customer-service is ok but the car I purchased needed valve, head gaskets replaced by my mechanic a week later after my front end suspension started to make noise not even 1000 miles later. I contacted Andrew who is the guy i dealt with, which always would tell me I’ll get back to you and he never did. Took days to even get an answer back while I had to keep insisting on to see what was going on. He never got back to me and all he said was I’ll call you back . The call was never returned nor text messages l!! I had spoke to him about prior bad experience with the sharpest rides and his answer was “oh we don’t work like they do our cars meet better standards we’ll take care of you” never will I recommend family or friends to Brighton auto warehouse

Wasnt impressed. Called as we were interested in a vehicle there. It was 1k over blue book. Asked about cash price barely would go down in price. I felt he didnt care if sold the car or not and I was a bother. Was like ehhhh . So we did not pursue the vehicle even though it was what we wanted. So you lost a cash in hand sale of 6k because if your dont care attitude

Decent car prices, but dont try to talk to the owner about anything he will get what he wants from what you have to say, not what you actually say. And expect check engine lights soon after you buy it, if not worse

Bought a car from them and have had problems since day 1..literally. Current problems are (Heater and air conditioning do not work, Start up problems, and electrical problems). I bring up the problems to them and they act like they dont know anything about it, So they either lie or They do not inspect the cars they sell. They try to fix the problems but ultimately do nothing, nor even test it to see if it works. Problems still remain. I also asked for a detail that was written into the contract, got a very poor cleaning that included making the fabric wet and putting on tire shine. All the brown stains remained along with all the dirt. I was able to clean it myself thankfully. They are not a dealership of their word. I am now stuck with a car that needs hundreds of dollars worth of repairs.

We gave them two weeks to fix this issue, now I have to warn people, RUN!!! After putting $4000 down, for a pretty problem. You can go to an auto auction and get more of an guarantee, honesty and spend way less money, then dealing with these people. We brought a vehicle on Sat. 7/11/20, ck engine light comes on with a sound Sun. 7/12/20. Couldnt get it to an independent mechanic (shortline buick) until that Thursday because they were booked. They send me a $8000.00 repair list for a car with an over then $11,000.00 loan, that included struts, thermostat, turbocharger. Can we say lemon? It gets better. Had to rent a car to get to work for 2 weeks. $1000.00. All we can hear, is how sorry everyone is, and how much those dealer service shops exaggerate, but no compensation. Through all of this, for two weeks the owner (Tim) keeps avoiding us. On 7/31/20, they finally got the turbocharger fixed, (Nothing else on the long list), and tell us to get the vehicle from the shop. We get to the shop and now we have to sign responsibility to get our car out. We had to go round with that, until they realized we werent stupid, so they reluctantly paid the bill for that. So apparently the over $1000 for the failing struts and the many other major problems as well as the $1000 rental car bill, is our problem, but they want their payment on time. Wont even trade us a vehicle with less problems. Were calling the problem solvers. Its so much more, but no room on here.

This doesnt deserve even a one star, DO NOT use this dealership. The Silver Jeep Liberty has a severe oil leak and they werent going to tell us about it. They are shady and creepy, all women make sure you go with your man or they WILL take advantage of you. Every vehicle on the lot had a visible catostrophic failure.

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. They helped us with financing and got us a great deal. They even offered us sandwiches and drinks while we were eating. I felt like the price was fair on the FJ I bought. The staff was very helpful in answering all my questions and even brought in the mechanic who did the inspections to answer questions. After visiting many used car dealerships in Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming .Autowarehouse was by far the most honest and trust worthy dealership we tried to buy from in Colorado. We went to 12 other dealers and got the run around. Cars sold right out from under you. Cars that had very deceiving pictures of damage. Auto warehouse was helpful honest and true to there word. I would highly recommend using them if looking for a used car.

I just purchased a toyota fj cruiser here. The employees were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. I went in just to take a look at what they had to offer. And left about an hour later with a car. This was my first purchase from a dealership and I have very little credit history. However, they were able to fininance the purchase with an incredible interest rate. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. (which was a relief after visiting other dealerships) when the time comes to buy a new ride I will check here first.
