If you’d like to make an educated decision while purchasing a vehicle… you can’t make one here. Test driving vehicles at Johnson, great. Talking over different options, great. Money, payment, interest rate… call the Colorado department of revenue. They have an agency for dealers like this. Management (Dave W.), fluffed the presented payment using Brighton taxes instead of our registering county’s rate. The interest rate presented was unusually high for the current credit score and year of vehicle. These are dealer tricks. They will offer you the same payment including thousands of dollars worth of warranties, gap insurance, window tint, clear bras, lease insurance, and the list goes on. They do this by correcting the tax rate and interest rate, then adding their profitable products to your loan and payment. This is Johnson Auto Plaza of Brighton. Thanks Dave!
I worked with Jake to get my Ram 2500 in on a Saturday. I got 5 star service for sure. Super nice to work with, extremely courteous and helpful. I found him to be hones ant trustworthy, so i had him fix up my Gracie with a new oil change, fuel filters, gear box services, and transmission fluid change. He went the whole 10 miles and more for my Gracie! I will be bringing her in for service for as long as i am in Colorado, at least another year. 10 STARS!
I have gone twice to take my boyfriends car in to get an oil change, prior so, i call them, give them the cars information & get a quote. I double check twice before hanging up “yes it will be 69.99 for your service” cool, that’s something i can do. but once again, i end up leaving paying way over 150$ dollars for a basic oil change. You have better luck taking your car in to grease monkey, or even doing it yourself than coming here to be overcharged for basics.
I have multiple family members that take their vehicles to this location. Never have a problem. Problems are always diagnosed really quickly. Vehicle gets returned quickly which is nice.

I have been a regular customer for more than 2 years. Normally I couldnt be happier with the service I get but recently I have never had worse customer service. I brought my car in after it was stalling out, told the technicians what was going on and they assured me it was a problem with the positive/negative battery cables, charged me several hundred dollars and set me on my way.1 week later, the same problem happened again, I brought it back, informed the technicians and they told me they would look into recreating the issue. 2 weeks went by, I never heard anything, so I called and was told that they put 150 miles on the car but nothing happened. I tried calling 1-2 times weekly to get updates and I regularly struggled to get a hold of anyone and was often just put to voicemail and my messages were never responded to.2 weeks after that I finally get a hold of someone and they tell me they have been driving it daily but when I asked how many miles were put on it I was told again that they put 150 miles on it. I brought up that I was told this same thing 2 weeks ago and was told that they have too many vehicles coming in so they cant spare more than 5-10 minutes to work on my car. All in all they held my car for 7 weeks, never addressed the problem and effectively strung me along until I would just take my car somewhere else.The staff was dismissive of my problems and exploited my patience. They were not transparent and when I addressed these issues they were just plain rude. If you need any form of diagnostics on your car I would avoid this place like the plague, theyll just siphon your money and waste your time.
I have purchased over 600Cars and this was my first experience with Johnson auto plaza. Brice was amazing he was super friendly knowledgeable and was super laid back and helpful. When I emailed about a specific car in stock he responded super quick with pictures and information and then when I arrived 15 minutes later at the dealer to look at it he had it pulled around and ready and had the ac going to keep it cool. After the test drive he brought me in and introduced me to the GM who was super friendly and worked the deal personally and had the approval done within 15 minutes. Couldn’t be happier so much so I literally came back the following day and bought a second brand new car from Brice and Matt. Highly impressed

I dropped off my truck for some warranty work. I was able to pull right in and leave it with them, no wait. They called a few hours later when it was done and I was out of there in less than 10 min. I love the no wait and good service.

Rich in the Net Sales dept. comes highly recommended.
If I can give a zero I would. We had a tow company take our electric car 4-5 weeks ago and they checked it 2-3 weeks later. They called last week and said they fixed what it had but the light was still on. So they said it might be the brakes aaaand something else(way to get more money). Now they just text and said they dont know what the problem is. So I wonder if the mechanics even know their jobs or managers even aware of these kinds of delays. This car was needed ASAP and its been over a month. Least they can do is give a discount if they even know how to fix it. Wish I would of taken it somewhere else.😡
Guess customer service does not exist! Money and time is best spent somewhere else.
I brought my car in for a replacement of my rear camera, and a potential brake job. Nick who is my service advisor, was very attentive to my needs. Always there to assist me. And was able to take care of the multiple issues that were discovered during the initial inspection.The communication was great, And they are always fair with their pricing. I had no plans on ever stopping here however I had an emergency with a tire that was minutes from blowing out. No cell service and very far from home. Although the service dept people are friendly, theyre always too busy here. The couldnt get me in for an oil change for weeks so I went to grease monkey. When Johnsons did oil changes in the past, sometimes I had to wait up to 2 1/2 hours for my car! Yes, just for an oil change! Good thing they have a nice waiting room so I could work on my laptop while I waited. Other repair work at Johnsons seemed to be by honest mechanics but again, they took forever!
Johnson Auto Plaza is absolutely the best dealership we have been to. Everybody is so friendly without being a vulture. They truly live by the attitude that they are really trying to make the customer satisfied. Our salesmen was Saul Alvarado and he was amazing. When the sales manager Ashley Mallory introduced herself she told us if we needed anything let her know. Between the two of them they made the deal happen. What an awesome team .We will always go to Johnson Auto Plaza for routine maintenance and when we need another vehicle. We highly recommend this dealership and Saul Alvarado.
I have bought 2 used cars from here because I love supporting my local businesses! Unfortunately, both used cars I have bought I have needed to put at least $2000 worth of repair work within 2 months of owning BOTH vehicles. I figured the first time was a fluke. The second time in good faith they said the would fix the ac (which they did not). They charged my ac instead of replacing the fan. Which also allowed my car to overheat. I am now putting $1200 into fixes because their mechanics cannot keep up with regular scheduled maintenance. DO NOT BUY THEIR USED CARS.

Do these guys even want to sell cars?! I know the market is hot right now but that doesn’t mean customer service should go out the window. I had a appointment with a team of two sales people and they had no interest in finding a car for me. The cars that I found on my own, they would give me the key and send me on my way. They barely got up from their desk. I kept going inside when I found a car to get information. They had no interest in staying with us to provide more information about the vehicles we were interested in. Needless to say, we were there for three hours, had minimal help and left with out a car. We went over to Brighton Ford, found exactly what we wanted and got the personalized customer service that we expected. We were in and out in an hour. We will continue to use Johnson’s service department as they always provide optimal and trustworthy service!

Im very disappointed in Johnson Auto Plaza. I wish that we hadnt purchased our Tahoe.When we did our purchase the dealership was closing as we did our paperwork. We asked for the Gold package for the warranty and that paperwork was apparently lost on the desk. Every time we get service something is missing. We just had our windshield replaced and I requested stickers to be saved and the servicemen had no idea what I was taking about when I picked up my vehicle. Needless to say my park pass was thrown away and I had to pay for a new one. My oil change sticker was thrown away. I truly wish we went someplace else.

My car needed oil change and tire rotation and I was expecting 45 minutes or more for the work to be done. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. During that time other staff assisted me in getting access to my GM rewards resulting in the total cost of the job being $0 out of pocket. I have not ever received that kind of service in all my years of autos. Thank you all for making service a pleasant experience for me.

CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!At Johnson Auto Plaza they not only know what this is -- they excel at itthey respect it and honor this thing called customer service.I find it my duty as a resident to shop local. Living in Greeley Colorado that meant i was a loyal customer to the formerly known John Elway Jeep and dodge dealer ~ which now operates under Mike Shaw.Two jeeps have been purchased at this establishment. My loyalty and my strive to keep my business local ~ support the community in which i live ~~ were not only tested this week ~~ it was broken.The radio in my newest jeep had a malfunction which ran my battery down and rendering it a danger to myself but more importantly my family because it would leave us strandedI was shocked that after having a local and unwavering relationship with this crew in Greeley to walk in seeking help only to be told that it would be 8 days before they could run a diagnostics test to see where the failure was and to able to to keep my family safe on the highways.Made me feel that It was my problem ~ not theirs.In a way i am grateful to them because it apparently was my problem and luckily I found a much better place toin a scramble to find answers and keep my family safe . i reached out to Johnson Auto Plaza for help and assistance.Jake the service advisor immediately understood the situation and the need for answers. Informed me that he would get the jeep in run diagnostics and see what issues needed to be addressed. Yes i had to drive outside of my local area but it was well worth the customer service i received at Johnson Auto Plaza. Upon arrival I was directed to Todd who is the technician and ran diagnostics pronto. Even though they were extremely busy - they utilized their time efficiently and were able to tell me what was a kilter and formulate a plan that would prevent the jeep from stranding the family with a dead battery.5 minutes to take a fuse out to prevent it and ordered a new system to prevent it from occurring again. 5 minutes that the service department at Shaws wouldnt spare even for a loyal customer.Their sales pitch of its all about the customer are just empty words. Words just for the sale. There is no integrity in them and for sure not stood behind.The gentlemen at Johnson Auto Plaza saved the day. I am grateful for their guidance and knowledge but above all for their unwavering believe in customer service.Mike Shaw has lost my trust ~ my respect and my business due to their inability to give a long time customer a simple diagnostic test and to take a fuse outNeedless to say - the gladiator that will be joining my jeep family next month will be purchased through the doors of Johnson Auto Plaza. Dropped off truck for service,some recalls, and check engine light. Was very clear with person checking in vehicle. Came in at end of day to pick up and check engine light is still on and they tell me that it must’ve came back on even though there’s nothing in the paperwork that indicates that they even checked it. I get people make mistakes. The least you can do is admit it and take responsibility. Now I have to get rescheduled possibly miss work and figure out how to get a ride again.

Coming from the dealership world I understand the Ins and outs of the process and realize how dreadful the car buying experience can be. However Jeff made my experience with Johnson auto plaza a breeze. I traveled from mesa AZ to this dealership to purchase a vehicle and I couldnt be happier with my salesman. He was very honest and knowledgeable about the product . He also called me a couple of times after the purchase while on my way home to AZ to make sure I was safe on my 13 hour journey. I emailed about a Ram 2500 I was interested in purchasing. Rich, one of the internet salesman had neither the inclination, nor the knowledge to answer any of my questions. He merely shut me down with short, incorrect answers, often avoiding my question entirely, until I gave up. The overwhelming feeling I got from my experience was who cares, figure it out yourself.

I bought my truck from another dealer in Golden. Their service department is awful. Never answer the phone. They never return calls. Always a fight to get something done under warranty. Appointments are always a month out. I called another dealer after my oil filler cap was missing an o ring from the factory. Oil was going all over my engine when I drove. All I needed was to get the cap replaced under warranty. 5 minute job, if that. The second dealer in SE Denver on Havana said they needed me to make an appointment nothing available for three days. I called Johnsons as a last resort.... Jacob told me to come straight in, no appointment, took care of the issue in 5 minutes and even degreased and cleaned the spilled oil from around the engine. They will have my business from now on.
Chris and Rich in the internet sales department were amazing! I was shopping for a Pacifica from our home in Florida (to be picked up in Denver) and found the vehicle I wanted online, in the middle of the night (thanks, insomnia). I submitted an inquiry and much to my surprise, heard back early that morning. The deal was done quickly and we received the paperwork the following day. They delivered the car to the airport upon our arrival and also provided great after-sale support when I took it to Groove Chrysler for a repair. Groove wanted to charge me $600 to repair the front parking sensor which was damaged by a rodent chewing through a wire (prior to our purchase). Chris and the Johnson team contacted Groove and arranged for the repair, at no additional cost to me. This is the kind of service that will bring me back to Johnson when it’s time for another vehicle and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for five-star service!

I just went in for a tuning on my 2019 Ram 1500. The service team was great to work with. I worked directly with Jacob King who walked me through the process and pricing. I will definitely be coming back for any of my truck needs.
This is by far one of the worst experiences with service. I left my truck to be repaired for a gas gauge malfunction. It was returned with a pinned in bumper and huge dent in the tailgate and they let me leave without mentioning anything. Thankfully halfway home my wife noticed who was following behind. We asked to see the check in photos of the truck but no one, not even the owner said he could show us them. They said the only person who could was the service manager. How could an owner be so inept to not have a root account to look up a simple picture. Instead of contacting him they just said we will look at it tomorrow. I mentioned that it looked like it hit a pole but the owner said it could be anything really. The way they handled it was entirely shady and lazy. If a customer wanted to see pictures of a check in photo I would have made it happen right then and there. Instead of showing us that night they said they would look at the photos in the morning, sure not shady at all not to mention they took pictures after the damage as well for “proof”. This is no small damage the entire bumper was pinned and pushed in so far that it also hit the tail gate. If I did damage like that I would make sure to fix it. The owner was just like oh well it’s just a bumper and a dent it’s not hard to fix that. The owner didn’t even come out to address the situation until we started asking to see pictures and wanted an explanation. My suggestion go somewhere else that’s honest and won’t let you leave with damage and try to turn a blind eye hoping you won’t notice. Not to mention somehow they cannot manage their own registration and check in system to view a simple picture. But I do want to thank the saleswoman who seemed to care more about the situation than the owner.
First oil change and tire rotation I have had in a long time where the techs actually reset the oil tracker and balanced the air in all the tires during the rotation. I only take my truck to GM/Chevy dealerships to be serviced and too many times I have been disappointed that these items were overlooked and I had to complete them myself. I know these may seem trivial, but it reinforces that the crucial services and tasks were completed properly, and when they are not it draws in doubt. Will certainly be returning again for future service of my vehicle, thanks Johnson AP!

Absolutely amazing!!! This is the only time in my life Ive ever wanted to brag about my experience buying a car. I stopped in and went to the internet sales team Id been speaking with online. They answered my questions throughly and quickly. The vehicle I wanted had already been in the process of being bought. They never once pressured me into anything else. They told me that if something happened to the deal they would call me. 5 minutes after I left, they called me.and said it was available. They threw me the keys, let me drive it, and 20 minutes later I was out of there. The entire process took less than an hour. They even delivered my new car and picked up my trade!! Stop! Please think and check before you give this dealership any personal information. Heres my story. I began my new truck research by submitting an online form to value my trade in. I received an email from kbb.com as I expected to. The internet sales team contacted me via email, as I had indicated, to get more details about my trade in and what I was looking to buy. After about 2 days of email exchanges, I received 3 emails asking me to: complete my new RAM owner registration, complete my Sirius trial registration and to go to the ram owner support page to watch videos of my new truck. I DID NOT BUY A TRUCK so I became concerned. After several attempts via email I finally heard from the sales rep with the following: I SEE WHAT HAPPENED, AND GOT IT FIXED ON MY END! THANKS FOR REACHING OUT.. IT ALL CAME DOWN TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS.. I continue to receive emails from Sirius and Ram after they fixed it. The information I received has the actual owners VIN and name, but with my email address. I can only conclude that this dealership truly does not take customer information privacy seriously since they did not fix it and are now ignoring my requests to do so.

I went into Johnson today (04/05/2021) to try and trade in my car on another used car. It took them about 45 minutes to get a key to both cars I wanted to test drive. They then flew past me in my own car while I was out test driving theirs. Not to mention, I got passed around to 3 different salesmen and all 3 where dodging me. I won’t be doing business with Johnson ever again.
This place is amazing, we were looking for a new truck found our dream truck here 2015 Silverado 1500 in Victory red to be exact. Everything about the process was so smooth. I talked to Jeff first to find out what the process would be and how to move forward. I had pre qualification from one bank that I was going to go with Matt asked me if I would be ok if he ran the numbers through a bank they work closely with to see if he could get it cheaper for me. Which it did end up being cheaper. They didnt run my credit a bunch of time like I have had in the past. They were honest about the trade in value of the vehicle we had. Then time for paperwork! Jakob had it ready in minutes we went in to sign I knew exactly what I was signing and they offered me a powertrain warranty for the truck that I had inquired about at a reasonable price. First thing they did was hand me a clean carfax for the 70k truck I bought.I asked for them to print a new one because the one they gave me was so large it was 15 pages instead of 5... they said they couldnt for some reason.....The reality is the truck had a prior accident and the carfax was 2 weeks old....Seriously you cant trust anyone these days...
I contacted Johnson Auto Plaza and asked for someone in sales. I was connected to Angie Earle of who I have still never met. I am in Oregon and Angie is in Colorado. It just so happened that the car I wanted was in high demand and low supply. There where only a few of them that were not spoken for at the time and I had called EVERY dealership that had them available. Angie took down all of my information, confirmed that the auto that was just being delivered was truly available and was able to secure it for me before I heard back from the other two dealerships (both were available as well, but Angie made it happen). The whole process has been wonderful and smooth, and I look forward to meeting Angie this week when we fly into Denver to pick it up. So far, the best car buying experience I have ever had! 10 Stars for Angie!!!

Had car issues with my Jeep and Johnson Auto were close by. The mechanics were professional and they help me out. Courtney on the other hand she was amazing. She knows how to treat her customers. With courtesy and honesty. Thats really rare these days when it comes to businesss and money. Huge deal of gratitude goes to her and those who helped me out the last few weeks. Two weeks ago I bought a 2013 f250 6.7 diesel from Johnson auto plaza. Purchase went absolutely great and was very very happy with the truck and the whole process in general. Actually was so satisfied I told my brother and step father who are in the market for a new truck and a new Jeep to go no where else. Price I paid was much lower than anything around the Denver area I looked at prior and quality was better to. After buying the truck which looked like it was already detailed they detailed it again just to make sure it was perfect.Long story short I just got married today and Friday was picking family up from the airport for the wedding and the truck completely died on i70. Thankfully I was able to get off the road but the truck wouldn’t drive at all. I got it towed to Johnson auto plaza and that’s were my experience with them really began. They diagnosed the truck and found it needed a completely new emissions system which they are covering which is not a cheap expense as well as some other Powertrain work involving engine, transmission, and turbo. After spending that much money on a truck it’s very nice knowing this family owned and operated business has your back and doesn’t operate like most dealerships I’ve experienced which are strictly based on profit not the customer experience and satisfaction. I will never buy a truck anywhere else and will recommend my friends and family to them in the future.
After my purchase the sales associate was very helpful in getting onstar set up, and going over all the features of the vehicle and how they worked. This was a great experience and would recommend this dealership to others.
I have gone in here three times looking to buy a vehicle and not one time has anyone come out to talk with me. Very surprising for a dealership. I went in because friends have had good experiences but personally disappointed

The finance manager, Lee Pudner is very unhelpful and incredibly discouraging. I went in March 5th to cancel my warranty through Ally because I had purchased a new vehicle. He told me that ally would sent them a check and then they would mail it to me in 6-8 weeks. I called almost weekly to find out the status on my return check. He told me each week to wait until it was finally the 8th week since I had canceled my warranty. He then tells me they sent my check back to Ally and I had to call them. Ally told me that same day that Johnson Auto Plaza had refunded the money and sent it back to themselves and they never had the money. It has now been a week and I have been unable to get in contact with Lee again. I DO NOT recommend working with him he is unreliable and unhelpful.
Service department... I needed my backup camera enabled on my Uconnect 730N RHR in my 2015 JEEP Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon - Hard Rock. As most would know, no Jeep Wrangler comes with a backup camera from the factory, so I called service, Liz and Tom told me that they would get it done for me and to drive on down. This was a Saturday!They were very helpful and went above and beyond to get my radio programmed for my backup camera, and it works! THANK YOU Liz and Tom for your amazing help! This dealership is the nicest I have ever dealt with!Good people.

Nick in the service department is amazing! He was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I pulled into the Jeep Service Quick Lane. I let him know what was going on with my Jeep and he quickly checked it out and gave his opinion on the matter. He said he would call me back by the afternoon with a status update. He in fact did call me back to let me know exactly what the problem was and told me the price. (FYI- his initial opinion was correct as to what was wrong) I gave him the go-ahead to fix the problem and it was done before the end of the day. He left me a message saying it was done. I was not able to pick it up before 6pm, but called and spoke to Courtney. Courtney was also extremely friendly and helpful. She took my payment and made sure I was able to do the late pick up. Much to my surprise by 5:45pm Nick called me again to ensure I received the voice-mail regarding the Jeep being done. This was hands-down the best experience Ive had in the last 7 years with Johnsons Service Department.

Great customer service, until you cut them a check for the vehicle. Bought a new (used) car, paid in full. They messed up on part of the maintenance when fixing a few things before we picked it up. Contacted them the same day regarding the issue, never received a reply, from any of the several people contacted. Was even emailed personally by our salesman about a week afterwards and replied letting him know about the problem and never received a reply. Not saying this is a bad dealership, just lacking in integrity and customer service.Extra info, I live in Wyoming and with this weather its not like i can just pop back into the dealership with this issue. A simple call back or reply would have been nice, and went a long way.
Nick and Cortney did a wonderful job with my car today was fast and did even better than expected. Highly recommend coming here for everything!
