Auto Zone had been my preferred auto parts store for probably about 15 years. They are able to look up parts, research parts, read my codes and are really a one-stop shop. I bought their lifetime warranty brake pads and have always been able to replace them free of charge. Their services have really saved me $$$ over the time I have been going there. Thank you for being such a great company!
This is the best AutoZone Ive ever been in the higher-ups really need to take a look at that store and take focus and what theyre doing right that is genuinely caring about customers and showing them true respect young man that help me should be district manager true value to your company and Im going to go back and try to hire this young man and hopefully he becomes a part of my business
My experience was excellent!!I asked for help and the young was very cordial and patient.He helped me find the part I needed!!Try asking for automotive help at Walmart!!!In broken English any employee can help.But knows nothing about what I need.R Lucero
I came in 9/4 about 9:45pm Got my battery checked with the machine and they told me it was a bad battery. He also told me to come the next day to purchase and told me it was free installation. I came back 9/5 @ 11am Adrian refused to change my battery because taking screws off would take more than 5 minutes. I explained how his co worker had already looked at my car and told me he would change it. He yet refused and didn’t even apologize for the miscommunication. He didn’t even try to help or show that he cared.
I found what I needed. Surprisingly good news compared to the previous visit.

Absolutely horrible customer service. These peoples knowledge on cars begins and ends with what is on that computer screen. Couldnt even purchase a car battery because the person behind the counter is uneducated at their position.

Couldn’t figure out how to return an item that I had the order number, transaction ID, and rewards history of buying because I didn’t have a paper receipt. It was a $20 trailer light adapter that was still in box. Sales manager claimed they could only do store credit, I’ve had every other autozone I’ve shopped at do it many times with no issue, their team is either just incompetent or doest care about customer satisfaction, either way I wouldn’t recommend. Jason P was the sales manager that needed me to tell him how to use the computer and couldn’t even find a store ID and had me do it for him.

They dont care about their customers. Stood in the front of the line waiting for help while 7 different employees ignored me for 5 min. There are lots of parts stores in a 1 mile radius, I will never make the mistake of walking into this store again.
30 min on hold then went down there and see Joe T employee out front smoking, get inside line is 10 deep. Joe walks in and ignores everyone. Other employees in back laughing and horsing around. They need to clean house at this store and start over.

Been on hold for 15 minutes no one ever came back on the phone, and it happens a lot only at this autozone, I have been doing business here for years now and because of all these poor experiences that Ive had with your customer service over the phone I will not ever be returning to your AutoZone
Management staff gave me the run around and had an attitude about a service they offered me over the phone a few minutes prior to arriving. In a time pinch and thought how convenient it was they could swap out my battery for me. Only thing that was a positive was the staff member who actually swapped out my car battery for me. He was the only friendly employee there. Thank you to the young guy working today!

Went for window tint and found it easily and they had a great selection. Lines were long for the 1 cashier that was at the register but went quickly once two other cashiers showed up.
Counter people are always helpful getting your needs and are always courteous. Prices are reasonable and the store is always clean.

I was so impressed and appreciative of associate Julians help last night. He spent a good 20 minutes in the cold helping us with our wiper blades, ensuring everything was perfect! Thank you, Julian!

Returned the original serptine belt for a longer belt. The 2nd belt is 82.5 long. It is also too short. My damaged belt is 99 inches. Going to return the 2nd belt tomorrow morning.No happy, May go to 0Relllly.

Went here, my check engine light was on. I waited for over a 1/2 an hour. When got to finally talk to someone was informed that there wasnt enough workers to help me. That I should go somewhere else .

The most incompetent employees to ever grace the presence of the automotive parts industry in the whole country. A monkey knows more about cars than these guys do, and a monkey would probably be more helpful than the employees at the Brighton Autozone.I’m truly blown away that both of the guys trying to sell me a wheel bearing can’t tell me bolt torque specifications for the wheel bearing assembly. It’s not rocket science. Guess I’ll get my parts from another store from now on.

I showed up to pay for my parts, that I waited over a week for, I was waiting to pay when I noticed on the order sheet online that they had the incorrect vehicle (VIN was given). I then proceeded to let them know that it was the wrong vehicle And therefore probably the wrong parts. I ended up having to order the correct parts which were remanufactured, rather than brand new. (Like the original order) I was ripped off over 1000$ And ended up getting way less quality parts. They refused (including headquarters) to give me any type of refund or price match. I was told to “take the injectors, and manifold back out of my truck and I can take them back, get a refund, and go to one of our competitors for the parts” I will never shop with autozone again, absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, and plain childish.Not to mention how horrible the customer service/wait times are in this store!Pathetic!

When in for help replacing headlight on my car that I had bought there, and I was told they couldn’t help me because they would need to remove a lot of pieces. They didn’t even took the time to check. Horrible customer service.

Came in frantic with a dead battery and a gentleman was nice enough to change it out for me with purchase when no other stores wanted to because they were too busy (530pm) and it was about 95 degrees out. Forgot his name but I was very grateful!!!
I get what I need
District manager is a @!#!!! Store employees try, but when they get a good set of employees, we find out the district manager moves the good team players to other stores .. commercial accounts is ON POINT! A++ wish the entire staff was on top of their knowledge and so eager to help the average customer.

They rent tools to you, and sell much needed stuff for your car. Good place. Also freely run codes from your cars errors

Not one person that works here is capable of placing an order correctly. Complete and total incompetence. They didn’t even know how to do it. Will never return to this location again oreilly and checker or napa are way better this store is trash. Avoid at all costs

Never ever ever ever would i imagine car was dead all i needed was a jump, even had cables!! My 5 year old and i sat in the parking lot for 2.5 hours in 1 digit temperatures and no one would help us.
These guys set the standard for bad customer service. Only had one guy in front of me being helped and was taking forever for him to finish. Everyone else was just lollygagging about in the back. Tried to walk up to another table with someone and figured I would be nice and wait for acknowledgement. He would just keep looking at the computer and shout things to another employee. Wouldn’t look up at me or say anything, was like I was invisible. At that point I am the only one trying to buy something in this stupid store. I turn around and see someone who finally asks if I need help. I can’t imagine what this place looks like busy. Would highly recommend going to one of the other auto stores in Brighton.

Went in last week to pick up a couple parts. Stood in line for approximately 15 minutes just to get some help from an associate because there were no employees on the floor. There was one associate checking people out and the second associate was answering phone calls and standing behind the desk not helping the customers in the store. Finally after getting helped, the associate told me he did not know anything about vehicles and did not know what part I would need. The associate sold me a K&N filter and some brake cleaner. After getting home, the K&N Filter was not in the box and there was an old dirty filter sitting in the box. I went back to the store approximately one hour later to refund the filter. Again I stood in line for almost 15 minutes waiting to get helped. I noticed the same employee walking around the floor who had previously sold me the filter and I contacted him about the return. The employee did not apologize, did not seem to care and told another employee to take care of me instead of assisting me himself. This is by far the worst Autozone I have gone to, horrible customer service and would not recommend anyone spend their money here. I went to OReilly Auto Part in Brighton, much better experience. I was immediately greeted and was assisted with finding exactly what I needed. If there was a 0 star that would have been my rating for Autozone. Lost a long time customer.
The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable about what I needed. She also helped me by carrying out the battery I purchased since Im 7 1/2 months pregnant.

They put ypu on hold forever every time I freakin call and the staff dont tuck in their shirts. I didnt even find the little clamps I was looking for
I grabbed a set of brake light bulbs and waited in line for ten minutes. The clerk asked me how many were left on the rack after he rang them up. I told him that was the last set. He then told me that they were on hold for a customer. So either this locations employees are too lazy to pull a hold item off of the shelf, or their company policy is for the customer to wait in line to bring it to them. Horrible service either way.

Hit or Miss, just like most auto Zones. Sometimes its good service and sometimes they act like your not even there.
Im a dedicated auto zone customer ive only had good experiences with these guys and when something has gone wrong they go above and beyound to correct the problem. Im a truck driver my truck broke down in hudson colorado got a ride to the brighton store they where so nice that they help me put my power steering pump together right there in the store who does that now thats service. To the guy with the cast on his foot and the pretty tattoo lady thanks for all you do what a great experince i had talking and joking with them as we repaired my pump good job guys.

Ive never had employees mock my choice of perches until I visited this store. (Way to pushy about buying the product Seafoam) At one point the employee said if the product I was buying Gum out Ruined my car dont come complaining to him... Why would they be selling fuel additives that would Ruin your car???
