Got the part I need for my truck at a great price as well.

This NAPA is typical of most all that I have ever used it’s only “once in a while” that they may have had to send out for some part or another otherwise it’s an excellent store.

This auto parts store has gone down hill with a crash.I was put on hold for over sixteen minuets, called back and got a person asking if he could put me on hold until he finishes with the customer in store.I could of said yes and waited another sixteen minuets or who knows how long? Last time I was in store I had to settle for less in product.What happen to the men that use to work there? they were able to serve all costumer needs.Has the place changed owners.If they cant handle phones how can they handle other parts of the business?Beware bad customer service.HIRE SOME PEOPLE to service the needs of the customer.

The woman in charge was on top of her game and her knowledge is on point. I had an AC leak in my home. Needed to replace a piece of hose and two clamps. For $7 I fixed the problem thanks to Napa selling hose by the foot. Went to Home Depot first and asked a young man and an older man for help and all they could tell me was plumbing was on aisle 8. Which I found on my own when I first walked in. I am thankful for the help and customer service I recieved at Napa. And that I did not have to call an AC proffesional to my home.

I finally got over OReillys subpar products.Napa stocks much higher quality and dependable parts.I just bought a new heavy duty Napa battery,and what do you kniw,my truck goesvroom.Napa us my go to place

Great service! This was my second stop to buy a new battery, the first place ( across the street)was not the least bit helpful. NAPA was able to help me find the right battery and even carried the new battery out to my car! The difference between the two stores was like night and day!

Absolutely horrible customer service. These peoples knowledge on cars begins and ends with what is on that computer screen. Couldnt even purchase a car battery because the person behind the counter is uneducated at their position.

Ive used Brighton NAPA since Ive lived here; about 10 years. I do most of my own work. Ive used alot of parts stores over about 50 years and I have been well pleased with everybody there. Several of the counter people have been with that store for 25+ years. Ive always gotten good advise from them and if they dont have the answer they will tell you and then try to find out for you. I have recommended them often and have gotten no negative feedback. Five stars!

30 mins click and pickup does not work here. Or them notifying that your orders ready for pick up even the following day. You have to chase down your own parts.

Not always the cheapest, but they have parts in stock and if they don’t, they can get them within a few hours, even for older vehicles. Staff has general knowledge on all things vehicle related and you can get in and out with your purchase relatively quick.

Prices are high. But auto zone sold me 2 bad starters in a row, wasted my entire day. Went here and got one and it worked perfect. I learned a lesson that day about what 20 more bucks can do for your day

Hit and miss with Napa. It all depends on who you get and what store you go to. A little known thing about Napa, they care more about their commercial accounts (Midas,Brakes plus etc.) than your average customer.

The staff here is great - they pulled my part for me when I called and set it aside, so when I got there, it was as simple as walking in and paying for it. The manager saw that I was having trouble and they arent technically allowed to help you with your vehicle for liability reasons, but he came over and held a flashlight for me, and also provided a little muscle when I wasnt able to remove an accessory door that was stuck in place. Couldnt have fixed it without them!

Stood in the store for 15 minutes while the staff helped people on the phone. Went down the street where they were happy to help someone standing at the counter.

I had never visited NAPA before. Im glad I did, it was a great experience, employees very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend visiting this store to others and I will go back because of the customer service.

Very Slow Service, but they tried to be helpful. If its not basic then they will need to order it so if your in a hurry you may need to go elsewhere.

I guess Neff is the only place to buy your parts because OReilly AutoZone and Advance does not have parts for a 95 Chevrolet Suburban whats up with that Ill be going to advance for now on least I got your parts you might pay a little bit more but least youll get the right part the first time not the second time whats up with that
