I have an HVAC contractor friend that has EPA/HVAC certification. Before I could explain that to Garrett, he hung up on me. Its no wonder why they have such horrible reviews and are not willing to do business. I was going to tell him that I could have my buddy call him, but Garrett popped an attitude and just hung up the phone while I was in mid sentence. They pretty much dont care.Response to Owner.Maybe his name wasnt Garret, but it sounded like thats what he said. Maybe I heard wrong. However, besides the point. I looked up this business by phone number, because I was referred to this business by a another contractor. I now understand that this business is a whole sale. Thats all he had to say. He should have just listened instead of getting nasty. I would have had my contractor friend call him if I was informed that the information could not be provided to me. Instead, we went ahead and got our contractor friend to order a Trane from his main source. We didnt want to just inquire about price, but more so about information on the Goodman HVAC system. We have cash money to pay for the whole thing. We were mainly concerned about information about the unit. The call was made around 3pm (09-10-2018) on Monday if that helps any.If it wasnt such a bad experience or ordeal I may have had my buddy whom is certified in HVAC to buy from your company. It makes no sense to me why customer service would just be so nasty and shut people out that dont have an account. However, we couldnt get that far, because we were hung up on.
