I would give them 10 out of 5 if possible. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had the furnace I needed in stock at the best price out of the 3 places I called. When I put the address in my phone it had me arriving 12 minutes after their closing time. So I called them since they were over an hour away to ask if I should still come since I wouldn’t be there until after they close. The gentleman I spoke to told me it wasn’t a problem and that he would be there. I was blown away by their friendly attitude and willingness to stay late on a Saturday to help me out. When I arrived even though they were closed he did not rush me at all and took the time to give me advise and pick out the items I needed to complete the install. I am blown away by the customer experience you guys provide. Thank you!

Went there for a hard to find pipe. Realized when i got home i was given the wrong one. (It was an honest mistake) They tracked down the correct one, got it cut and met me half way (i live about 45 minutes away) with the correct one. On a Saturday, right at closing time. 10/10 will recommend them to anyone.

They have everything you need. More importantly all the counter people have plumbing and heating experience and many have been there for more than 15 years! All the local plumbing and heating service companies go there and the counter people can recommend someone for you if you ask them to.

We have bought alot from them and only 1 item was defective. Not their fault at all, it was an assembly problem. They not only exchanged it quickly but really showed alot of interest in our problem. They followed up a week later to make sure all was well. Very very good company.
