I ordered windows in February, finally got the install in July. That was a nightmare the crew that came out left trash behind and caulk on my brick. Needless to say they had to send another crew out here today to fix some issues from the first crew. 2nd crew great, informed at the end of the project we had a balance and I assured him he was wrong.. the balance was to be paid in full before the project even started. I call today and the lady who answered the phone stated yes it shows your balance is paid and I told her what my paper stated from the installers. Come to find out window world was wrong and didn’t take the money out of my account when told to now I’m left with a $3K balance to them! This wasn’t supposed to happen and that’s why I told them to take the money out then! I didn’t want a balance at the end.And speaking with Kevin in accounting he is very sarcastic and wants to make jokes on the situation. “ don’t you check you card statements” and “I’m only willing to work with you on your payments for 6months because longer terms go into collections”This place is a joke! Good luck

From start to finish, the experience was great. The salesman Clint was great, understood very quickly what we wanted and walked us right where we needed to be. Then the crew that came out was great and did an outstanding job on the install. Thank you.

Replaced old metal windows and my new windows look great. My installer Daryl did and excellent job. He cleaned as he went and so friendly.He really took his time to make sure everything was done perfect. I will be using Window World for future projects.

We recently had some Anderson doors replaced, both jobs being pretty large. The doors took a long time to manufacture but we were patient knowing Covid times are affecting every single manufacturing business on earth right now. We had some other issues with the process and it could have easily turned very ugly but Window Worlds excellent customer service rectified every one of them. We now have some amazing patio doors with lifetime warranties. If the quality doesnt hold up, I will update my review but for a few months now we have been very happy customers!

Three Window World employees showed up to my 80+ year old, high risk parents house to install windows. All walked right into my parents house without masks. When my Dad asked if they were COVID vaccinated, none were. He had to ask them to wear masks and only one of the three workers put on a mask. It is absolutely unacceptable to send unvaccinated and unmasked individuals into peoples homes, especially with the COVID Delta variant surging in our state. Shame on you Window World.

I ordered windows and a sliding door in December of 2020, paid half of the amount, and still no product. I understand being late, but at this time, it is ridiculous. I called the office and all I get, They are still not here. At this point in time, I either need the thousands I gave them back, or the items I ordered. Very simple. If the items ever arrive and are installed, I will give an update to this review; however, not much time is left of April, so I wont hold my breath.I received a phone call on 4/26/stating my order was in and they could install the next day. I have to give proper notice to take off work, so I am scheduled for an install on May 7th. The lady who called me was very friendly and was willing to work around my work schedule for installation.5/7 installation day and 2 of the rooms will not get new windows today because the window frame arrived damaged. They should be 2 weeks out for replacements. Great, I have to take off work again due Window World. On a positive, the installers are great and friendly, so Window World did one thing right.Overall, not worth the time, price, and headache. Not to mention, more money I am losing due to having to take off. Pitiful.Update: 2 window frames were damaged, so I was told 2 weeks to get new windows. It is now over a month and no windows. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS BE THEY LIE

Told me they would sell windows sans installation then about face said they would not. Missed out on a $25,000 order just now.

Purchased windows on Nov 16 and was told 12 to 14 weeks to installation. it has been 14+ weeks. Im told installation is scheduled for March 9. windows have been in Window World warehouse for some 3 weeks. I was told that as soon as windows arrived they would get them in my house as quickly as possible due to broken and leaking windows. 4 weeks waiting for install is totally reticules. It seems their customer Service is not truthful and that once they get your money you become simply a number on a list. While their product is cheaper that other companies I am reminded of my dads saying, When you buy cheap you get cheap. I have used Window World before an product is barely Ok, but I find their customer service and installation to be quite lacking. I do not recommend them for this reason.

I asked for an estimate for a window and two entry doors. The person came to measure and told me this is a historic district. The flat has been in my family for over years. I pointed to house next door told him your company replaced all the windows in the flat upstairs. He said our company is large. Hmmm? He said no we didnt. He said do you want the estimate? After he told me they didnt do our window when I know the did. Kick rocks!

Bought windows for my home and my daughter bought windows at the same time for her home. The quality of the window was not too bad with the tilt in easy to clesn. Biggest problem with window world is there installation. VERY POOR insulation around new window. Would of definitely been happy to pay more for better insulation around windows.Having a lot of problems with cold coming in around them in the winter months.Had total of in my home 15 windows replaced and 12 in our daughters. If you buy from window world take extra time to discuss all the procedures of installation with them because they will not.Hope you have better experience than I did and hope this may help future customers.

This is the worst experience Ive had with a company. First I was told 12-14 weeks for window installations. It took them over 30 weeks. Second, one of the screens arrived damaged. The installers asked if I wanted it installed while they ordered a new one (would take 1-2 weeks). I told them not to bother (there was a giant rip on one side so I couldnt open that window with it anyway) since it would only take 1-2 weeks. I called after 2 weeks and they said the installers lied and it would be 4-8 weeks for the new screen. Also, one of the frames they installed had a crack and that will also take 4-8 weeks to get a replacement (at least that they quoted correctly on). There is one room in my house (the bedroom) that I cant open the windows in at all because there is no screen. Stay away from this company.I would just like to give an update that its now July (almost 1 year since signing) and this project still isnt complete. This is the worst company and everyone there is completely incompetent at their jobs.

Unreliable-Unprofessional- Unresponsive- I dont typically leave reviews but after such a terrible experience with this company I felt it was necessary. After not hearing back from James after a week of him doing the estimate I called to touch base with the quote. I was told that he would be calling me. I never heard from him. Therefore, I called to request a new salesperson in hopes I would receive a better experience. I rescheduled the estimate for the following week with a new salesperson and was told they would be reaching out the day before to confirm. That day came and passed without anyone showing up to do the estimate or calling to give me an update. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had 7 windows installed and use 4 consistently. 2 have already had pieces break so I cannot open them and one does not click back together in place after cleaning. Taking 6 weeks for parts on first window that broke, the 2 nd one broke so now ANOTHER 6 weeks and have not even got 1st window fixed yet. So now I have 2 broken windows, one that does not like to stay snapped I and a company that keeps telling me about long waits and not getting fixed.

We had our windows put in today. They were here from 8:30-2:45 approximately. They did a fantastic job. They took out the old windows, installed and finished them. A completed project with no messes for us to have to deal with. They were efficient with how many windows we needed to have done. Also mindful of opening and closing doors, which I appreciate with our cat.Could not have had a better experience!

Was initially told install would happen around Christmas but that in fairness it couldnt be guaranteed (fine). Later was told it should happen in January. Later was placed on schedule for 2/15. Was told on 2/12 theyre proactively canceling due to a forecasted chance of 1-3 of snow and moved me out to Mid March. Would have preferred a wait and see approach on weather or worst case a delay until weather was favorable. Not a great experience.

Great windows, great prices and even better workers. They came in got everything done and looking fantastic and they were very friendly. Would use them again or recommend them to anyone needing windows.

We ordered 20 windows to be replaced in May 2020. They were finally replaced on Setember 23, 2020. We have had several problems since installatuon including condensation. Fogging and bow ice inside on the window. They are not responsive. They are not making it right. At the tune of almost $10,000 you shoikd expect better service. They may be busy but they should make a effeort to correct their mistakes.

Customer service has immediate response. Sales man came right out, helpful, quote right away. Installers went above and beyond- told us what to expect, cleaned up everything fast, friendly, ask before moving anything, and came back right away the next day to finish. Highly experienced and installation done right. We love our new windows! Now our house is warm, quieter, and windows open and close easily. Highly recommend them!

Theyre great at first but put you on the very back burner when it comes to keeping their warranty. Good price, good service for the first year, but if you have later issues, good luck to you.

We purchased windows for our entire two story house, so it was a big job and the installation covered parts of three days.First of all, our sales contact was upfront and open, and provided a firm bid during our first meeting. He also met with us at the showroom, and was excellent communicating with us throughout the period between order and install, as well as answering questions during the install.The installation crew worked efficiently as a team, and all three workers were very meticulous in their efforts to make everything perfect.The end result is - beautiful and energy efficient new windows, and a job well done.Thanks Window World

I love Window world! I have used them several times. We used to flip houses. We had them installed in those houses as well as our own house. They are in my son’s house and now my daughter’s house too! They also love them! You can’t beat them for the price and quality of the windows. The customer service is great too. One of my windows had a seal leaking that let condensation in. The window was about 7 years old at that time. I called and they came out right away to replace it. The rep noticed a small hole in my screen and replaced it too. I have referred Window World to others and they have been very pleased with them. My boss had them installed at our office, as well as her own house.

The windows are AMAZING and beautiful, we love them. The two guys that installed them were very professional and did great work too. We are very impressed with our overall experience with window world. We cannot thank you enough!!! We also gave out a referral to some friends to get theirs done by you guys as well.

Everything through the process was great. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, the window arrived in the appropriate time frame. Customer service was quick and efficient for any questions I had. The installers were so nice and voiced their opinion for the trim. They said it would look better with a thicker trim because of the ledge the garden window I ordered sat on. I agreed and they went up to the store to pick up the piece needed and I appreciate that work ethic. They didn’t try to just use what was on had because it was convenient for them. I am SO incredibly happy with all of it. I had been wanting a garden window for years!

So far my experience has been fantastic. They were very nice calling to set up the appointment and it didnt take them long to get someone out here for the estimate. Logan arrived exactly on time and was fantastic. He answered all my questions and was very friendly and even took his shoes off at the door. I was very impressed and decided to use this company. If everything goes well with the window installations this will be my go-to company from now on.

I am extremely happy with my windows. They look great and are energy efficient. The installer Fetleem is outstanding. He is professional, kind and courteous. He does an amazing job. Goes over the install process and shows you the finished product. He is great. I highly recommend him as your installer.

I ordered a window for a shower on July 20. Waited 12 weeks for the window. The vinyl window that was installed on October 7 was poorly made at the corner sash seams and was sloppily installed. A new window had to be reordered and I was told reorders are running at 5 weeks and it should be ready for a supervised install the week of 11/9. I learned today that it will not be this week as December 2nd is the estimated delivery date. These delays are also delaying the rest of the bathroom reno, which at this point, it’s looking like no shower until the new year. I do not recommend this company and they have lost my confidence.

The place to go for windows / installation in St. Louis. I didn’t feel the usual salesman pressure when they came to our house. The quotes came in literally half of Anderson prices. Many flexible options / packages. Financing available if needed.

Never written a review in my life, but felt I should warn others of my experience. The salesman told us that they schedule when all products have come in. We made our appointment and got a call a week later that our sliding door wasnt in. We decided to keep our appointment for the windows. Since we were painting our house I had asked the salesman if it was ok to paint near the windows or if there would be damage and I should wait. He said the crew would do some things with the install that it would be fine to paint.Well our windows have been installed and about half the windows took minor to significant damage. Our hardwood floor received a knick in it as did our granite countertop. When calling to follow up, I had to call again because I never received a call. The appointment wasnt kept the first time and then I had to reschedule again. I learned at this meeting that it is up to me, or you the customer, to seek bids in getting the damage repaired as the installers are contracted out; not Window World employees.A month later our sliding door is in and supposed to be installed today. I got a call 30 minutes after potential arrival time that that wont be happening today. Please understand this is a quick snapshot of my experience; there is certainly more to all of this and sorry I did not include pictures of the damage. Our windows were installed and they all had this gunk on it. As customers, I think you expect something new to look new. Anyone replace a floor, cabinets, or anything else in their home thinking youll have to repair additional damage done? I sure didnt.When I called and asked to speak to a manager about all of this I was told a message would be passed on. A month later, I have yet to receive that call. In conclusion, I would avoid Window World. The customer care of providing a new, clean product that is well installed, home cared for, attention to fix issues, or that youll take off work to be present for install doesnt seem to matter. Save yourself and your home the hassle and headache; find another company.

Great service! The window professionals arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job. They took their time and made sure to check that I was satisfied with their work before leaving. While In my home they were very courteous, professional and respectful. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again!

Had a 12 large windows put in place of screens in a porch. We received several bids for the job and also priced it out DIY. Window World’s price and service couldn’t be beat. But we were most impressed with the install. It was extremely good workmanship with attention to detail. The workers left the place cleaner than when they started. The windows are excellent quality and look amazing!!

Window World installers for my south St Louis small back porch were professional, tidy, and polite. They had to spend a lot of time working on the window openings because of the pitch of the roof and the windows function extremely well. I am so happy with our porch and our beautiful windows are not only attractive but open and lock with ease, while providing comfortable insulation! I cannot say enough good things about my installer and his crew. It was a hard job but he did a remarkable job. They were also very aware of the mess while working and cleaned up as they went along.I also have to tell you the customer service at Window World is just about the best I’ve ever had. They truly care about not only the job but the customer. This is a very good company to go with.

Window World was great to work with. Low pressure, informative sales person. Great pricing. Outstanding, professional installers. Our installers worked extremely hard to install our 17 windows in one day! Quality windows. We can already feel the difference in our house. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we had to wait over 3 months for our installation.

I had someone come out to give me a quote. They did not know how to measure or could not provide me a quote. Then they stated they could sell me just a door to install myself. I did not hear back from them for several weeks I called to follow up they stated they do not sell just doors they do install. They did not follow back up again. I attempted to call the 1-866 number listed which does not work and goes to dead air. I followed up again for someone to call me back. This has been so unprofessional.

Window world installed two new windows in my condominium. I met with Jen on 8/8/19 who helped me select the appropriate windows to keep the uniformity in my complex. On 8/19/19 I had my final measurements before my windows were ordered. Throughout the process the communication was great and the office staff was very friendly. On 10/24/19 Ryan and Jake - the cream of the crop - showed up on time to install my windows. Using drop cloths, they installed my windows in under two hours. They were very well organized, detailed, efficient and friendly. Everything was cleaned up and Ryan explained the specifics of my window operation. My windows are beautiful, the temperature in my house is better and my noise level is lower. I’m very happy I chose Window World and I would highly recommend them.

While everyone I’ve spoken to and worked with at Window World has been very nice and apologetic, it has been one issue after another. The bottom window in the garage fell out after trying to open, I guess some piece was bent. They came out to fix that next day but ordered a new one to replace the broken one. They also needed to bring two screens, because they forgot them. Yesterday the tech came out to replace (a very polite and sincere man) and I mentioned two of the windows in the house were less tinted than others, turns out they didn’t have the extra thermal package we bought. So now two more windows are ordered and to be replaced in in a few weeks time.Again, very nice people but the quality, I don’t know about.

The guys that did the install are amazing! So nice and did a great job of answering my questions. I just can not say enough good things about the install. The windows are beautiful and have really changed the view both inside and out! I did have one window that needed to be replaced and the install guys started the process and kept me informed the whole time. Would totally recommend.

We had 18 windows replaced in November. They brought in a big crew, worked very efficiently and cleaned up as they went. We were impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism. Our windows were 20 years old, drafty and many didn’t lock very well. We immediately noticed the difference the new windows made. Would recommend!! Should have done this years ago.

After shopping around for a quality siding product, we decided to purchase our new/replacement siding from Window World of St. Louis. The sales process was easy with no pressure tactics. The siding came in as promised and installation when quick and was professional. The installers were professional and courteous. The house looks great, like new again! The extra for the 1 1/4 inch formed insulation was worth it, the house is notably warmer (installed in December) and quieter. Just finished up our house today, and I can’t recommend window world enough!! From start to finish, I’ve been informed, given exactly what they were going to do and the cost. They provided me ahead of time what we needed to have done before their arrival and the install crew was very nice, courteous and respected our house and belongings. We were originally scheduled for a few weeks away- but they called and advised our product came in early and a crew was avail today. If I could I would rate my experience at max scale of what ever measured means I can use! Will definitely tell all my friends and family and I hope this review will help whoever is reading this help your decision.

Definitely recommend this company; it was an easy process from the person who gave me the estimate to the install. Estimator was knowledgeable and answered all my questions; installers were on time, professional, and most importantly did a flawless job installing our new window. Had a fluke/miscommunication regarding the replacement siding, so be sure you figure that before you pay in full. I would use them again but need to be more diligent on whats their job vs mine.

If you want moisture droplets (Condensation) inside the house window pane in the winter then this is your window on a day like today 43° out side I got a temperature reader in window seal of living room and the temperature reading 63 and one in the center of my living room reading 68 and it’s lower to the floor these are low E with argon gas Supposedly the good ones 👎🏿

Window World has put 10 windows in my home and 2 exterior doors and a storm door! One door is a customized door and made to match my hardwood floors even though the door is not wood! They did an exceptional job and workers are professional! I do recommend trying them out! I have not been disappointed!!! Try them out next time you need windows or doors!

This is the third time we have used Window World for replacement windows in our home. The installers provided by WW have always been very good. We had a good experience with your company. We ordered 4 windows and ordering and install went well. We love how the windows look. The staff was courteous. The only thing I would say I wish would have went differently was the wait time . It took longer then we expected from start to finish from order to install but otherwise would recommend you to anyone.

They showed up within their time “window.” They went right to work. They got it done in a timely matter. We’re courteous and quiet. Aside from the tools they had to use I wouldn’t have even known they were there. As for the window. It is BEAUTIFUL! If it lasts and we have no leaks then we will be forever happy, but I won’t be able to tell that until later. I don’t expect any problems. I would recommend them.

When I chose to use Window World, there was NO pressure to purchase, I was given 3 different estimates and decided to use them, without getting other bids. Finished windows look great, I was a little surprised as to how my old glass was removed by breaking it in pieces, and it wasn’t shatterproof glass, the installers did try to be careful doing this way but I’m still finding little pieces of glass inside and I’m sure I will outside too..My garden window was not correct size so installers trying to put in dropped it and broke one side panel of glass, they ended up cutting into my drywall to install it...I am happy with the new windows, and after my garden window gets the broken glass replaced I’ll be happier, and hopefully I’ll stop finding little slivers of glass .

This is our second time using window world we had half of our windows replaced a couple of years ago and just finished with the second half. Both times our experience was great. They are quick and neat with their installation. Both times the installers were pleasant and professional.

I recently had 2 sliding doors installed in my home. The installation went great. The installer was very nice, prompt, and cleaned up very well. He hauled the old doors away.

Love the clarity of our new windows! We had a great team come to put the windows in. There was one small issue afterward, but they came right out and adjusted something on a window. We just got the windows this month, so we dont know if we will see a reduction in our utilities, but we hope so, with going from old single pane to double pane windows. We have been very pleased with customer service with window world.

Dan was the installer. He was great.He put carpet protectors down. Left no mess & answered all my questionsbefore & after installation. Windows look great.I am thinking about moving & will have Window World & Dan installmy new windows.

Whole process, from estimate to install was fantastic. Sales person didnt try to sell options we didnt need and was very knowledgeable about the products. Install team was in and out in about 3 hrs. Wouldnt even know they were there except for the beautiful new sliding door.

Crew did not show up until noon. Was supposed to be there no later than 10:00. Windows are solid and work great. Clean up after was rushed and left debris behind. Calking was clumsy. Not a smooth finish. Overall l like the windows, wish more attention to finishing details was there. Would recommend.

The guys came around 8 AM which was perfect, and they were already putting up new windows within 15 minutes. They were very efficient with their time as well as my own. Windows are great. Level of expectation of arrival for install was pretty bad. I was asked to move my appointment up by a day so I happily agreed. Arrival time was 8am on Sunday. Installer didnt show up till 11:30 am. Did an okay job of cleaning up after however, debris left in bathroom trash cans.

We picked Window World because of their lifetime warranty and knew someone that had their windows. The installation crew of Darryl, Nate and Chris were wonderful. They worked hard and did a great job. Well pleased.

The complete process went very smoothly. I especially liked our installation crew and would like to use them to install more windows next spring. Overall great value and service.

I contacted Window World after a friend told me about them. They were able to come out and give me a quote within a few days and we got the windows ordered a few days after that. They custom order the windows so it took about about 6 weeks for them to come in but they were able to get them installed right away. I replaced 2 basement windows and it took them right around 3 hours. They did a very good job cleaning up after themselves as well. They were professional and friendly from start to finish. I was able to get a better window for about the same price as other companies were charging for a lower quality window. If I ever need more windows replaced, I will absolutely call Window World again.

Everyone I encountered was very professional and helpful. The sales person took plenty of time to thoroughly explain my options and demonstrate how the new windows operate. The installers were efficient, considerate and timely.

The siding looks wonderful. Better than new. The work crew was very accomodating and were happy to put up new spot lights we purchased when it came time to put the lights back up. A little sloppy with the caulking around some seams but came back and touched it up reasonably well.

Window World is awesome!!! They arrived on time and installed all 19 windows in 6 hours!! The windows are beautiful!! Our salesman Jason was wonderful! This was a very positive experience with Window World. My installer was very professional, polite and left everything spotless. The windows are beautiful and its amazing how I dont hear as much street noise. That alone, made the windows worth the money.

The sales rep Steven was professional, he was able to answer all my questions, and he explained the product very wellThe installation crew were efficient, worked continuously on site. There were some small gouges in the drywall from window removal but overall their work was good. They cleaned up after the installation and finished 22 windows and one sliding door in 6 hrs. Very impressiveI would definitely recommend Window World.

Just got done doing phase 3 of our window replacements, this time including 3 doubles and 1 large picture window in obscure glass..As always, the windows were great quality at a great price. Also, the crew was very courteous and professional!.Looking forward to using this company once again!

Randy and crew arrived a few minutes early. Introductions were made and he checked out what windows are being replaced. Randy pointed out some water damaged caused but the current windows that I was unaware of. I called my wife to give her an update and before I was off the phone with her, his team had the largest window out and the new one set in place. He and his crew are a working machine. 7 windows replaced and the messed cleaned up in approx 4.5 hours. As we were going over the paper work Randy said he was shorted the bathroom window. Supervisor Jason drove it over, without slowing down the install process Excellent service . Windows work and look fantastic. This is my second house I had Window World windows installed. I did price shop, I always do . 2 of the other companies were quite a bit more expensive plus they had extremely pushy sales people. Great experience with Window World. Salesman, Clint was knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right windows for our home. He responded timely to all our follow-up questions prior to the actual install. Installation crew did an amazing job with tear out, taking away old windows and the installation of the new. The man that installed our windows was very courteous and he was a professional who knew his job. Sometimes you will get people that come out to install something you purchased for your home and you can tell they hadn’t been doing it very long. He was meticulous with installing our windows.He cleaned up the mess and was very professional.I would highly recommend him to our friends.

Jeremy our installer was exceptional in every way. He was hospitable, and enthusiastic about his job. Although I was his last job of the dayy, his energy was as if I was his 1st. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. The install was seamless and Im looking forward to using window world to install remaining windows

I love these windows. They matched perfectly with the wood trim inside. The guys did an excellent job installing. They did a great job putting aluminum trim on outside. Looks better than originals. I was cleaning the windows before the guys were done outside so they work great. Love the windows!!!!
