Dont ask the employees for anything because if they have to work its a big deal

Very dirty for a QuikTrip. Counters were covered in soda, creamer, etc. Doesnt look like anything had been wiped down in days.

Never has a full inventory of product. Half the shelves are always missing, forks, napkins, spoons and random things are always missing, always messy, not a good look. I don’t even go to this QT anymore because it never has the only drink I’m looking for.

Clean and friendly very organized

If you want a quick and easy way to catch Covid then I reccommend you visit this location. Chin masks are all the craze there right now so its so easy get your free side of covid with your gas station snack of choice :) its amazing!

I love quick trip most of the time! The person working the kitchen on 11-16-18 at 12:55 pm was very rude. The machines that you order from where malfunctioning. So another employee came to help and she was very nice. She also was helping in the kitchen. My order was wrong and the short black girl got an attitude because I said I didnt order that.(sorry didnt catch her name) Her attitude was beyond exceptible. So she just peeled off the sausage I didnt order and said well you paid for it have a nice day, but with an attitude. This young lady is the same person others talk about in other reviews. I feel she was rude to me because?. This girl is hateful. I will not visit this store anymore. She had no reason to treat me this way. I dont know her from adam!Ill pray for her!

The toilets werent clean and were barely working. I didnt interact with anyone who was staff, and I have seen dirty or bathrooms in my life. That being said this is the worst QuikTrip that I have ever been to in my entire life. I always got to QuikTrip because I know but they have the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen but that being said theres always the one Bad Apple in the bunch and this must be at. This is quite possibly the worst QuikTrip Ive ever had The Misfortune of going to.

I skate at the rink down the street every tuesday and the new night assistant has made a habit of calling the police on myself and all the other skaters who bring business there EVERY Tuesday, simply for standing outside talking too long. Claiming it’s not really her decision and that it’s just company policy for the sake of her customers’ safety(even though we are customers). She has explicitly stated that “the last night assistant might have dealt with that but I don’t.” Meaning as soon as we buy our stuff, if we don’t immediately leave, she will call the cops. Even the cops are tired of her calling and wasting their time having to respond to a problem that isn’t even really a problem. Absolutely ridiculous and the majority of the skaters have agreed to stop bringing business to that location until something is done to rectify the situation.

The staff working here has always been nice. I love QT stores but the problem with this one is the location. Numerous seedy hotels in close proximity. I can not believe they do not have a security guard working in the night time.

The absolute best coffee in the county. This quiktrip has natural sugar available and fresh donuts and clean facilities along with the lowest gas prices in the area. The staff is well trained and friendly for all the customers they serve, which is monumental. Monday morn @ 7am doesnt suck so much if I stop here first.

This is my go to QT when Im working at DePaul ! I will make a couple of trips to QT just to get a fountain pop ! The staff is friendly, the location is convenient and its clean !

I dont come to this store to often but when i do come here and when the assistant manager Logan is there i get treated poorly. I was accused of stealing an item that i got charged twice for. Saying “ im pretty sure you took an item out of the bag because this wasnt it” and left my items on the counter after giving me the money back. I left the store around 10:30 today I hope that he runs the camera back and know that he was actually in the wrong every black person doesnt steal. He really needs to work on customer service skills attitude was terrible never have i ever got accused of stealing. Whenever you accuse someone of stealing you need to know for a fact before accusing someone. I will not walk in this store even if it was the only store open. Very bad experience. If i can give 0 stars i would have.

Too busy. Really the employees are decent, its just too busy for its own good.

I was charged $ 20.00 for gas by the assistant store manager from my debit card. She also said that I get a free drink however she charged me for that as well. The funny thing is I walked to the store and never asked to get gas.This is a growing problem in stores like this they charge your debit card and rarely give a recept. Well I got mine !!! How many times do you think an employee does this a day ? She would have keep the 20.00 because no gas was pumped by me. Wow I hope she gets caught one day stealing from people.

This place is always busy. They need to invest in a bus stop enclosure out front. Breakfast pizza is legit and roller grill sees a lot of action.

Ordered breakfast this morning, the lady in the kitchen was EXTREMELY rude. I will never order from this QT again.

I spent over $50 a day at this location and the day my id expired they refused to serve me my items knowing my age with no consideration of my consistent buisness ill never return.

The woman who worked the kitchen on the night of 4/17/2019 @ 9pm displayed passive aggressiveness and was birder line racist....she may be a little delayed as well

2:30 a.m. Monday May 15th went there they were closed for cleaning very very very disappointed how can a QuikTrip be closed for cleaning their 24 hours......

Very busy, but handled well by staff, but have had people begging for money when I was fueling my vehicle on multiple occasions

The pizza slices are half the size they used to be and theres always a drug addict begging for money out front.
