Came in for a few parts. While checking out, associate Miguel asked if I had a rewards account….which I was not sure if I did. I entered my phone number and lo and behold I not only had rewards, but I had a $20 credit! I was able to use this towards my purchase.

My headlight went out and I have absolutely no experience with replacing them. A gentleman by the name of Miguel promptly assisted me with a smile and great energy. Not only did he suggest the best headlights to use as a replacer but he helped me with the installment and made sure I was fully comfortable with my purchase. From now on this will be the only Auto Zone that I go to! Thanks Miguel

I do not appreciate you guys coming outside and approaching me and also embarrassing me in public accusing me of stealing. when honestly you it was you (Cashier) who forgot to scan the item all together. I do not appreciate that at all not one bit. you embarrassed me in front of everyone on something that was not even my fault but the fault of the employee who rung me up. this doesnt end here and something needs to be done about this.

Walking in, there was a line of customers spanning from the row of 4 registers, (only one of which had a clerk working), down the isle toward the back of the store.Eventually my turn yields me only one battery option from a wall of 25+ for a Mercury Sable. (There has to be a million of those cars on the road!)The clerk attempts to ring me up 3 times, utilizing 2 different registers before getting it right.All this as merchants complain about online shopping.Not my first negative experience with this location. Some things you have to buy in person.Its not all bad. I have had good interactions as well.

I came in with a bad car battery and Christopher went above and beyond showing me different battery options and their warranty. In addition to this, he removed and replaced my old battery with the new one I just purchased. I offered him a tip (which wasn’t much) but he refused it. Overall, great service!

I came to this store to get a new battery and have it installed and the employees were rude and not helpful at all. The assistant store manager Miguel G was the only employee who helped me and was pleasant. They need better training with customer service.

Yesterday was a raining day, I came out of a store....and when I got in my vehicle and turned on my wipers, one started flip/flopping! I stopped at the first place I saw to get a replacement. I stopped first at Advance Auto? The salesperson said he could not install. Ok, I NEED THEM INSTALLED.I then stopped at Bridgeton AutoZone. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and gave me options, and quickly installed for me in the rain‼️ Auto zone Bridgeton will now be my go to for my auto needs!

Came in for a check engine light and was greeted and welcomed immediately by Miguel. He checked my light and printed out the results and went over all the possibilities with me. He also recommended a few shops that I could take my car to for further diagnosis. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I’ll definitely be back to buy my parts from Miguel once I’m ready.

The Customer service was great. It was raining outside and Miguel insisted that he help me put my windshield wipers on after helping me decide which ones to buy.

**DO NOT TAKE YOUR BATTERY HERE FOR CHARGING.** I left my battery there to charge for 24 hours and when I came to pick it up the guy told me that that battery isnt taking/holding a charge. He then tried to sell me a new battery. I left with my old battery and charged it for 2 hours at my dads house. I now have a FULLY CHARGED battery and saved myself $150.

I took back a 4 day old radiator hose which had a tear from a factory defect which they replaced no problem. They were t able to relaxed the antifreeze that I had purchased with it but gave me a 10 percent off discount which was awesome. Great service and friendly

They are not willing to go out of their way to help a customer get something important they need for their car the same day, I called Auto Zone in Glassboro and they told me the complete opposite of what Bridgeton told me because I dont think they know what they are doing in Bridgeton they dont care to give extra help to a customer in an emergency situation for parts that they need asap but Glassboro is getting my parts by 1:30 -2:00 pm today which Bridgeton said they couldnt do !!!!

They rarely have parts in on a regular basis. The clerks are usually not very knowledgeable and the wait time is unreasonable.

I liked the hours of operations and I did have a problem with the checkout but the employees corrected the problem and in a way that I will do more business with them again
