Easy 1-star rating. I ordered a NEW heater core and tube from moparfactoryparts.com, and they shipped me damaged and unusable parts. I sent an email with pictures, and left a voicemail yesterday and have yet to hear back from anyone. If my order is any indication of their quality control standards, I do not recommend anyone doing business with them. I will update this review as things progress.

Order water pump and a thermostat. Only thing in the box was a thermostat. Scammed me out of 160$ part. They wont answer the phone tried to call them 100 times. Wont return messages, EMAILS the Chat feature is useless. Complete scam. STAY AWAY.!

Ive ordered 2 parts and provided my VIN and like other reviews they sent me the wrong parts and wont return calls or emails for returning. Im planning to post to the BBB and file a claim with my credit card. I would highly recommend no one order from them. This place is just fraud.

The absolute worst company to do business with! Avoid them at all costs, they shipped the wrong part to me (I ordered using my VIN) but the part was wrong. I have now contacted them 9 times via phone, email and chat but cannot get a response. Ridiculous!!

I find they have a great selection of parts and deliver excellent value for the money. Their order fulfillment is excellent, with the parts arriving on or before their estimated arrival date. Order parts on the 10/13/2020 and after 10 days of waiting I received email that the the parts will be shipped soon.Today is 10/24/2020 still dont have it.(Order some parts from rockauto.com and receiver all 3 days late.)WHAT A JOKE

Please beware of doing any business with this company....In particular, the manager named Ben who makes bad business decisions. Case in point- I purchased a genuine Mopar part for my Jeep online. Upon receiving the item I noticed that it is scratched which makes it defective.....I assumed that after providing images to support my claim, Ben would discount the item in order to reflect the fact that the item is defective. Instead, I was issued credit for shipping the item . I basically paid the full price for a faulty item.I did promise Ben to make him famous which is exactly what I am about to do in five seconds....

I place a order only revived the wrong parts and also a bee a month. Since o order my othe part I’m still haven’t received yet

Extremely unprofessional. The guy says he was on vacation so my order wasnt shipped after 7 days. Also, I am fairly certain they are over-charging on shipping. Avoid this place.

Bait and switched, they give you one price once the order is made they send me an email telling me I need to pay an additional $60 for shipping wow stay away!!

The worst customer service ever, its almost as if they were doing us a favor when we placed a $1800 order, why create a website and not deliver on your word . We paid overnight shipping, they simply didnt send the order and didnt care to take care of it when it was only 4pm.

2 WEEKS LATER ITEM NEVER SHIPPED. Ordered from RockAuto instead. Very sad customer service.
