This was my first time in this Walgreens store!! I was amazed at how organized and clean this store is!! I was greeted by Nellie who works in the cosmetic section of the store!! She was soo friendly and helpful, she went above and beyond to find a sale price and also used a coupon for my new L’Oréal makeup which helped with prices so much!!! I will definitely stop by here again when I am in the area!!!
Now I have to say, I never ever had a good experience at any of Walgreens pharmacy locations, including this one. Every time, I walk in, I walk out with a story to tell...This is just sad, I feel bad for clerks, who works there, all of them just looks irritated, and tired, never happy, I feel bad for customers, the only happy moment they have, is when they finally get medication and free to go. Always long wait, even if you are the only customer, youll wait at least 30min, dont try to call, unless you have an hour of your time. I had good experience before with their online pharmacy, until theyve sent me my medicine, but I never recieved it..For real they remind me of that afterlife facility, from old movie, called Beetlejuice.
This Walgreen is the worst place to get the prescriptions refill. It took about an hour to get prescriptions at drive through. I never have pleasant time picking up prescriptions from this location. I will change it to somewhere else soon. If I could give Zero Star then I would definitely give Zero Star. I hope everyone doesn’t refill their Prescriptions at this Walgreen so they may change their practice. But I definitely need to cross my fingers cross because They Don’t Care and Walgreen don’t care.
If I could give no stars I would! No matter what time of day this pharmacy is horrible!!! Drive thru was 45 mins for 3 cars!! The girl on the phone gave me attitude about they are busy! Do not get your prescriptions filled here!!

They have the slowest customer service team. I’ve gone through the drive through pharmacy and it took me an hour just to reach the window. I’ve tried the other option of walking in for my prescriptions and it takes about the same time. I’ve gone in to buy food products and have bought stale and expired Ramen. And other stale foods. Trusting their stock team. Really? Poor Service and stale food. Luckily, make updoesn’t stale.

Photo Department has been very disappointing the last couple of times I have come. I have had to wait for my pictures even though my email confirmation states my pictures are ready to be picked up.
The store has the slowest customer checkout at the retail and especially the pharmacy! This is a poor experience and it continues to get worse! Management needs to look into it. Changing my time to a better equipped store.

Extremely rude pharmacy staff. They pick the phone up and hang up on you over and over again. Just absolute slowest customer service and rude people, the blonde girl in the pharmacy seems to think its okay to roll her eyes every 10 seconds at customers and not check out your water bottle in the pharmacy tell you to go wait in a whole nother line! I was the last person waiting in line for almost an hour and right when I got to the window they decided to go to lunch and tell me they couldnt help me even though I was the last customer waiting!! The store employees dont even follow proper mask wearing protocol!!! Its a pharmacy people that go in there have health problems and one of the managers was restocking all the vitamins and stuff and didnt even have her mask on she was visiting from the Pittsburgh store I heard her say. Management needs to really really fix this place and look into it, its not fair to customers especially sick ones that are just trying to get their medication.

I came into the store three days ago me and my mom my mom loaded $500 I loaded $65 through PayPal. I have not received my money it has been 3 days later and Im not a happy customer Im an angry customer. If I do not get my money back, I will open up a lawsuit against Walgreens moneygram PayPal whoever. I got bills to pay and I cannot lose any type of money I need my money. The managers cannot do anything to help me and my mom get our money back and we got bills to pay and we need our money. So I will appreciate if somebody could fix the issue.I would like it if Walgreens can go in the cash register and give me my money back because they had a glitch or they got hacked and Im affected.
Avoid this pharmacy if possible the wait times are terrible they tell you your order will be ready in 1 hour then call your house 5 minutes later and say its ready. When you show up they tell you itll be a couple minutes while they make you wait for over 30 minutes. Its terrible go somewhere else do not waste your time here. Ive seen people leave here angry now i know why.

It is understood why this location has such a bad rating. I tried calling this location (pharmacy) about seven times now. The numerous calls were to get a prescription transferred over. Each time that I would call, someone would answer but then they would move it over to music. And it would continuously play music and they would never switch back.Because it is the day right after Christmas, I understand why this location “may be” quite busy. But to not ever answer anyone’s call to the pharmacy ever? Even calling the store and being transferred over to the pharmacy and they still don’t pick up? That is absolutely, utterly deplorable.It’s best that this location shut down completely, since no one seems to know how to do their job properly.And especially by the low rating reviews, this location deserves to go out of business TODAY.

Three nights ago I went to Walgreens 6570 Lone Tree Way, Brentwood, CA 94513, to upload $500 cash to my PayPal account. Hours went by and I didnt see the money in my PayPal account. Ive spoke to 3 managers and their corporate office. No one can provide me a reasonable explanation as to where is my money. The person named Trevor, at the corporate office said there may have been a glitch. He said, I suggest you find another way to pay your bills. Either way, I dont have access to my $500. Usually, I dont do cash uploads. Today I called the Police and I have an incident report to use for my lawsuit. No one takes my money. Wow, this Walgreens really lives up to its bad rating. I went to spend a $100 bill. It was an old bill. These ppl couldn’t figure out if it was real money or not. And what business doesn’t have one of the makers used to tell if it’s real money? The manager looked at it and said there was something wrong with it and wouldn’t let me purchase my medication. If you have uneducated ppl working in your store then you need to provide them with the tools to be able to do their jobs. Like a money marker pen. SMH... The front cashiers are always friendly and on point. But the pharmacy and the mangers are just lost. I wish this wasn’t my neighborhood Walgreens.

I went to the drive thru to pick up my prescription, and two girls: one dark haired white girl with glasses and the other also a brunette, refused to acknowledge my presence and were occupied playing with the computer. I waited for 5 minutes, I got fed up and decided to march inside to complain to one of the other pharmacy attendants about the incident. Niccole was really understanding and sympathetic that she got my prescription done within a limited time period and was dedicated to her job no matter the situation, busy or steady. The other two girls who work at the pharmacy should be fired! I understand that Walgreens is not the best company to work for, but if you dont like your job, then quit, and dont be wasting other peoples time and money.IGHT, IMMA TAKE MY BUSINESS TO THE BALFOUR RD LOCATION 😑

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Just went to the pharmacy and waited 45 minutes to pick up a prescription which they called me and said it was ready. Had to wait for the head pharmacist to clear a code but was too busy on the phone listening to vociemails that supposedly had been on the phone since Friday....

Absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. Thankfully, I’m not sick and needing reoccurring prescriptions and if i was i would drive out of my way to avoid this place, but from time to time I pick up subscriptions for others here and there is always a ridiculous wait and complication of some sort. Unless you’re into torture or something - drive the extra mile (or 50 even) and get your meds filled somewhere else.

This is the worst pharmacy! Wait times are lengthy. Compared to the other Walgreens locations in Brentwood I wouldn’t recommend this one. The definitely need to hire more or better help.
Slowest pharmacy Ive ever been to. You will NEVER spend less than 30 mins IN LINE. Thats not even waiting for the prescription thats strictly waiting to talk to someone to either pick up or drop off. They are friendly but that doesnt make up for the wasted time. I switched to this walgreens because its much closer to my house... think I will be switching back so I dont have to waste half my day in line.
The worst Walgreens in California . If you go here customer service is not priority. You will wait in line at the pharmacy for an hour or more and that’s when they have called you for pick up . They are always understaffed and the wait is atrocious if you have anything else to do . Just hold off and visit the one on Balfour or visit Walmart it’s easy and fast .
Theyre conveniently located between my work and home. Unfortunately, I have received horrible customer service in the pharmacy each and every time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt recently and regret giving them another chance. Im stuck waiting three days for my antibiotics. Their incompetence is surprising and unacceptable.
They are always busy so expect to be there for almost an hour. Their automated system is not always correct, in two occasions I have gone to pick up my prescription after calling to verify it was ready and when I showed up it wasn’t ready and I had to come back at a later time. Terrible service I switched to Walmart and I have no issues there so far.

The staff are nice enough, but this location has extremely short hours for a big chain pharmacy. The pharmacy is closed at 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday (and doesnt open until 10 AM on Sundays). Its also periodically closed at midday for lunch--they put up a sign saying they cant be open if there is no licensed pharmacist on duty. However, that doesnt explain why they apparently have insufficient pharmacists! I thought that perhaps it was a franchise operation, with an overly cheap local owner, but it appears that Walgreens are all corporate-owned, so I have no explanation. (The short-staffing also results in the longest pharmacy wait times and slowest service I have ever encountered at a Walgreens.)
Worst pharmacy EVER. They are slow, inattentive and not that friendly given they make you wait at least 30 minutes for pickups. I try to avoid coming here at all costs but sometimes it cant be avoided.

Horrible customer service. Hours posted on Sundays are 10a-6p. Went through the drive thru at 12:45 and the pharmacy was closed saying they will return at 2. I wait around, get back in line for the drive thru at 2:05 and they claim they do not have any of my Rxs. Ask the girl to look again. Magically, she finds them and then tells me its going to be another half hour until they are ready even though theyre pre-made Rxs! Extremely disappointed with Walgreens. Will be switching pharmacies after this last incident.

Sat in the drive thru line for 20 mins and finally got enough room to get out of line to go inside and see only 1 person taking care of the pharmacy. Then had to stand in line for another 15 mins just to get my medications. Slowest place Ive ever been to and the person working acted like she didnt even want to be there
Dont bother with this Walgreens pharmacy. Lines are always long, service is SUPER slow. You can call in a prescription THE DAY BEFORE & they STILL wont have it ready for you. Thought it might have been a fluke, but its happened more than once now. Combine that with waiting in line an hour, now you have a recipe for an irate customer. Also, why have 2 registers if youre only going to use one? Not mention the steady stream of employees coming & going through the pharmacy door who seem to be oblivious to the line of customers that stretches to the end of the cold/cough aisle. Ive filled prescriptions all over the USA at various Walgreens & have to say that this is definitely one of the worst in the country.

Ridiculous to have one person retrieving prescriptions .. Attending drive thru & inside counter at the same time . while People Are waiting for an hour or more in line .
