Ive usually experienced pretty nice service here, not any problems as others have. I did find out that their pharmacy hours have changed! On Google maps they list their closing times @ 10:00 PM. Their actual closing times for the pharmacy is 8:00 PM. It was a good thing that I got there a little before 7:00 PM! I only had to wait about 20 minutes for my prescriptions to be filled.

The employees here not helpful at all. Ask them if they have a product in stock- sure theyll scan a tag & tell you yes -but refuse to get it for you. Instead tell the manager says I will have to come back another time to see if they put it out on the shelf.And on a separate note - a while back they took out the outside trash bin by the entrance door. Are you trying to encourage people to litter? Like its not an issue already.

Said they had minute clinic, they dont. Huge inconvenience when relying on for testing before travel.

Whike waiting in line to pick up a prescription I witneseed an employee being extremely ruDE to an elderly gentleman then when it was my turn I caught the fact that they didnt fill my prescription correctly. While I waited for the tech to correct it I watched who I assume was another pharmacy tech filling pill bottles with bare hands. No gloves...Im not sure if this is how its always done it just didnt sit well with me. Once the tech corrected my prescription I was told to come back in 20 minutes because the pharmacist was at lunch and she had to change it on the computer. This was my first time at this cvs (I am visiting from out of town). Overall I would say not a good experience for me

Heather the pharmacy tech has customer service and interpersonal skills the rest of the staff could learn from. Even when she is busy she doesnt act condescending and rude. The male pharmacist who took my call one day needs a long vacation away from people.

Why were staff allowed to wear mask with nose hanging out?

Waited over 3 dang on min for some one to get on the line not including the animation period so you can be transferred. When they finally do answer they cannot hear you so we both on the line repeating each other saying hello and after a few more rounds of hellos they hang up ...

Great, fast, friendly customer service except one Vietnamese pharmacy tech I dont like because shes slow to process, forgets to put extra card number and asks too many questions

Not the most exciting CVS. definitely understaffed. Good product selection. Very well maintained.
