Warm and friendly staff throughout the store who acknowledge and greet you. Cleanliness and bright lights are appealing to me. Multiple and various kinds of oil, vinegar, cheeses, butter, etc. The only drawback about Publix is that things are usually more pricey.

Overall great experience, just a little poor on the customer service. Literally had, i assume a manager remove the items i was purchasing from a line and move to another line like i was child. Apparently this line i was in was closing. So she grabbed my items said it was closing and walked them to another isle. Never directly spoke to me or let me speak or even be courteous. Yes its small but its not how one plans to start their day by encountering rudeness early in the morning.

It’s my all time to go store….especially for butcher section. They have nice variety of meat, poultry etc. they will cut up whole chicken for you with no additional cost. Very nice service, and people working there ( entire store ) are always nice and helpful

Cleanest grocery store Ive been to in the area. Well-organized and in-stock. Employees are always professional and helpful. Great management staff in a busier Publix. Highly recommend this location over other options in the area.

Here I go with my comments about this specific publix because I have never felt so ridiculed in my life as this time thanks to 2 ladies in the Deli of this publix their names are Nene and Paula I only asked Nene for 1 lazca of him ham that I was cutting to test it and she said no because they could fire her at the same time that Paula told her it couldnt be done but thats not the point 2 oclock especially Nene began to comment on me with the person who she was attending at that moment this was disrespectful and at the same time they made me oasar a tremendous shame these 2 ladies have no consideration with the client and much less idea of ​​how to provide their services.

We went to Jets pizza which is in same strip mall as Publix. We had cheese turbo sticks, which were very greasy & not as good as usual.

They are all so nice and attentive. If something isnt on the shelf and you ask about it they will go and look in the back to try to find anything for you. Also the store is always immaculately clean.

Publix has the best customer service of any food stores around. Employees always speak, asking if you need any assistance. They make the customer feel valued, you ask any for helping locating an item and they’re always willing to help. Highly recommend Publix food stores and any department.

Everyone is always so polite and helpful here. So many places one shops these days have forgotten the importance of social graces and showing their customers they are pleased to have them in the store. Not Publix. It obvious there is a training culture that promotes old fashion customer service. One notices that when walking through the store one is greeted by the staff with “ how are you today?”, or “ hello, can I help you find something. I love it!

A friendly place to shop

This place is a great choice because it’s not as crowded as Target or other places. I think this is a great place for a quick shop when you are in a hurry. You also can taste the daily recipe which is always good. It is normally gluten free and sometimes vegan. I hope you choose this super market.

I went into the store the other day and got all my groceries and went to the check out line. My cashier was Triston, my the ones bagging were Gregory and Tyler. Gregory has special needs and was literally the most delightful person ive ever met. He asked all of our names and remembered them. He told each one of us bye after he walked us to the car, but I want to focus on Tyler and Tristan. Both of them were so sweet and gentle in the way they interacted with Gregory. I will ONLY shop at Publix (Kroger is right beside) because of the amazing interaction that I got with each one of them and how They interacted with each other while I was here. This is the kind of customer service I want. Don’t just treat me great because I’m the customer, treat each other great. 5 stars.

Love Publix, especially love this location because of the bagger, Gregory! He is always thrilled to be at work. Gregory always asks how everyone in the checkout lines day is going. When you ask him about his day, he is usually fantastic or doing just dandy! He is always so helpful getting your items out to the car. If you havent met Gregory, go to this Publix during the day. He will turn any frown upside down!

We cannot thank Dan and his amazing crew enough for their above and beyond customer service! We live in a house with a LOT of stairs and my husband has a kegerator. We bought the keg and Dan allowed two of his men to come deliver the keg! Hows that for customer service??? We will never shop anywhere else again as we love Publix and their employees! PS, Paula the cashier is pretty darn awesome too :-)

I love this Publix store! The store is always clean and products are almost always fully stocked. The employees are always so helpful and pleasant, beyond what I would expect at a Publix location. The mobile app works well and the products are in the aisles the website/app says they are - not common with some of the other grocery chains in the area.

I was so impressed with how clean the store was and how friendly all the employees were oh, it looks like there was an employee on every aisle stocking and making it look beautiful. The store itself is gorgeous they have everything everything looks fresh and fronted, I got one of those Publix Deli Subs oh my gosh with the Boars Head meat it is so good and I got some lobster and crab meat stuffed twice baked potatoes out of the seafood department so good everybodys so friendly.

This Publix is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Its my preferred grocery store from an experiential view. The BOGOs can be great at times, though youll need to pay attention to them to get the best deals. The aisles are wide and easy to navigate, which just makes the time here so less stressful than the competition.

I just walk into Publix. This place is always very friendly and customer oriented. Tonight it’s raining out and two their employees were wiping off the rain to the shopping carts. How nice is that!! It’s the little things!! Thanks for all you do.

I dont know where they get the people that work here. I dont know if they find nice people or brainwash them back at the meat counter. EVERYONE speaks, everybody is helpful, everybody is knowledgeable.They dont have ton of sales crap in the aisles.My only issue with them is the grocery cart returns always seem to be in the wrong place in the parking lot.

This Publix location is terrific - super clean, the BEST produce Ive found in town so far and like others have said, staff that genuinely love working there. Most everyone is rude in the sandwich making place/deli area. The only nice person is a Hispanic lady. Today I got a sandwich and the man just slapped my sandwich together. Didn’t even ask if I wanted it heated or say, “have a nice day!” Like normal.

After visiting several other Publix stores, I discovered that this Publix does not have a large selection. The staff, however, is very friendly and helpful. This is just a smaller Publix. Also, there is a lot of construction going on that makes the entrance a pain to get in and out of.
