I spend a lot of money at this store monthly but the staff still seems indifferent to their customers based on this. Time to shop elsewhere.

My experience at Grapevine Wine & Spirits has been excellent over the past couple years. The staff is very knowledgeable, willing to take time to answer questions and their store picks are some of the best Ive found. They have a great selection of spirits and almost always have harder to find items out on the shelf at very good prices. I make it a point to stop here every time I visit Nashville and live around 2 hours away.

They always have a good selection of red wines from Sonoma County at this store. They also have a good selection of craft beers. The staff is always friendly too.

Came in for weekend supplies and the staff was super helpful! Britton answered several questions and there was even a tasting going on! Great store, will be back.

Easily one of the worst liquor store experiences I’ve ever had and I’ve heard this is a regular occurrence with Store Pick Releases at Grapevine.I am a huge Four Roses fan. I heard Grapevine released a store pick of Barrel Strength this morning and was excited to get one. I drove all the way from downtown to Grapevine to purchase it. I did not see it on the shelf or floor despite the release having just happened that morning.When I asked about it, I was met with curt and rude responses of “it’s sold out” and “it’s sold out for now”. A friend of mine called and he was met with the same rudeness. Apparently, Grapevine staggers their store releases out over weeks and weeks, leaving a few out at a time. I understand this is their choice to to business but it doesn’t make sense to deprive Bourbon lovers of an opportunity to try their store pick, especially when they are driving across town to SUPPORT this store.An employee told a friend that Grapevine was trying to prevent “secondary market sales”. When my friend told him he could open the bottle himself before selling it, proving he wasn’t trying to sell it, they still refused.IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE TRAFFIC YOU GET DURING RELEASES, DON’T DO STORE PICKS OF POPULAR BOURBON.

I love shopping at Grapevine. The staff is always so helpful. The variety of products they offer is exceptional. Plus, if they sell something that is available in the grocery store the Grapevine prices are less.

Excellent place with a selection of fine beers. Im not a big wine and spirits drinker, but I know my beer, and apparently these guys do too. Lots of normal beers in the coolers and several rows of emerging and more exotic brews. An always helpful staff, and they never want anyone standing in line waiting.

Great shop. Had a wide selection, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. I went for the first time today and was very impressed. My favorite thing was that they had all the sections labeled, so I was able to find exactly what I wanted quickly. Highly recommend.

This will probably be my go-to liqour store. Ive been to a few, and it seems this one has the biggest variety. I was able to find all the specific drinks I was looking for, and then some.

First time here...long story..rude comments by staff concerning me shopping for a bottle of store pick item for my son. Two different clerks made rude remarks..I was almost in tears by the time I left. Needless to say, the store lost a customer..but I doubt they care.

I am usually not one to leave a bad review. However the terrible customer service I receiced from the business was appalling. The cashier was very rude throughout the entire transaction. After spending over $60.00 at this business I would atleast expect a thank you. I will never shop here again!
