Brought my car in due to a fender bender I was told it was going to take over 2 weeks to get it back but I was able to pick it up much sooner. Not only was their service fast, efficient, and well done but i appreciated how silvia kept in touch with me throughout the process. I would definitely recommend bringing your car here.

They did really good work, but it took 6 weeks and 4 days to get my car back. Geico didnt cover my rental, so it cost me $923.74 for the loaner. Im not an unreasonable human, I understand that the pandemic has made fishing for parts a challenge... but 6 weeks for a repair is just difficult to fathom.

My car was actually done, before I was promised. Very friendly staff and management. They even cleaned my car. Very impressed of the job they done. Definitely will recommend this guys to friends and family.

My Highlander was put back together after I had an accident. The car came back looking like nothing happened. Customer Service at Caliber in Brentwood was outstanding.

Ever communicated every step of the repair process to me and made sure to get my car fixed and back to me within a matter of days! I hope I never have to have repairs done again. But, if I do, I’ll be right back at Caliber. Their customer service and quality of work is amazing. Not once did I feel confused or as if I didn’t know what was going on. I even asked him if they tinted windows so I could just have a one stop shop lol.

Do not come here if your Geico insurance recommends this place. I came in here to get my accident examed and waited for these people to send them their estimate and pictures to giceo. Months pass with no update. I come in, I ask why its taking too long. They have 0 records of me coming here. Are you serious?! They wanted me to bring my car back in for inspection. By that point I already fixed the damage myself after waiting for months. Insurance paid me for the work I did and fcked off with caliber collision.

They were very helpful and friendly. Insurance picked another shop.

Caliber Collision in Brentwood was the recommended local repair shop from my auto insurance. After reading their positive customer reviews I decided to use this business for repairs on my 2014 VW Passat. From the initial contact to vehicle delivery they did a fantastic job. Jeff and the staff kept me updated on the vehicle progress throughout the process and explaining detailed information on what work was being completed. My car looks and ride perfectly. I highly recommend this business for auto body and collision repairs.

I took my SUV in to repair damage caused by a car while parked in a parking garage. Caliber Collision provided exceedingly great service and kept me updated at every stage of the repair. Jeff Herman was the representative who assisted with my claim and was professional and attentive to my concerns. This was significant to me since I had only purchased the vehicle brand new a week prior (as you can imagine I was uptight). He was patient and walked me through every step the shop would take to ensure the vehicle was returned in pristine condition...even down to ensuring no swirls in the paint after the car wash. My car look as great as it did from the showroom floor. I couldnt be more satisfied and would definitely recommend Caliber Collision. If you work with Jeff, youll be in good hands.

First contact with me for my estimate was done pleasantly without a feeling that they, the company were doing me a favor by trying to fit me into their busy schedule like the other two business I got estimates from. Excellent communication between staff and myself during the whole process. Assurance for the moment of first contact that they had time for me and were able to meet my car repair needs in the shortest possible down time. Sent me multiple text updates a day stating progress on repairs and estimates of completion time. Receptionist saw me pull in and before I got inside the building had contacted the staff person I was working with, made my wants known, and staff member was already on their way to meet me up front. I dont think Ive ever been treated with as much care and respect for my needs by any business! I would highly recommend this company to meet your car repair needs. The most excellent service!

Great customer service

I’m writing this because I saw how horrible the reviews were and I was kind of worried about going in for my geico estimate. I didn’t have any work done on my truck here, just an estimate for my damaged bumper from hit and run. The staff were all very nice and the geico adjuster mr. Martinez was great. It was really fast and I’m satisfied.Sometimes I think people have bad experiences with staff at places because they were rude themselves first...

This place is by far one of the worst in the area, will never go back even for an estimate. The repairs left a lot to be desired. Their customer service is lacking, and the manager Nicoles attitude is a joke. Do NOT go here for your repairs. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

My car was brought in on a Tuesday. And was told it would take 2 days depending on damage. Had to replace my rear bumper. I received an email the day I was supposed to pick up my truck. That said it would be another day. Not a big deal. That day I received a emial again saying it wouldnt now be ready for another 3 days. They keep screwing me around. I also received a ema8l. Saying thier using recycled materials on my ride. Not a happy person. I would never go here again .

If you have Geico insurance do not come here for an estimate. Their Geico claims adjuster T. Martinez is rude and bias and is only there to look out for Geico not the customer.

They have the most ghetto chick at the front desk, i was inconvenienced enough the get to deal with her and she is an absolute nightmare. What kind of professional individual says you are trippin to a customer. Zero stars is not an option but that chick is disgustingly rude i will never recommend this company to anyone!
