This was a wonderful experience! Traveling from Wisconsin to Florida and got a flat tire. Called and was told they would fix it. Brought the car and they installed a new tire and balanced everything. The whole process took less than an hour. So impressed with their customer service and professionalism. I wish that level of service and commitment could be everywhere. Kudos to Little Brothers Shell they are excellent!

My mother nlaw didnt know better so Im not upset with her. She dropped her car off for an alternator replacement. Now, I had already looked up the cost of the part ($160). This shop charged her almost $300 to look at her car and for labor, Then charged almost $600 for the actual part. They were suppose to call with a quote first. Almost 5 hours later I called to find out if they had an idea of amount. So, no one called with a quote, or to say it was fixed and a price of almost $900 to fix a simple alternator.Not cool!

The service manager Avery Smith is ASE certified and does a wonderful job on any car I have owned. I believe that if he can’t fix it then it can’t be fixed. He knows what he is doing and does it well!!

Tire needed repair, left tire on Fiday finally ready Sunday at 4pm. Charged $50 for plugging tire & wouldnt install tire on spare mount. Total ripoff in time & money. Definitely dont recommend using this business.

What would Brentwood and surrounding areas do without Averys outstanding care for our cars?! He and his staff are always professional, truly care for your car, have answers - and if they dont have answers they find them - and reliable. Hard to come by these days, but Avery gets it done!

They were fabulous. We had taken our QX56 to everyone including the dealer to diagnose and fix a noise we would hear while driving and nobody could do it. Not only did Little Brothers fix the manifold, catalytic converter, but as a bonus FIXED the noise issue! All of this in a days work! We were so impressed with their customer service, attention to detail, and honesty. You won’t regret taking you car to them!

AAA towed my undrivable car to this site because it was their only partner within range. After two weeks they failed to provide me anything but a wide range of verbal quotes that were not helpful. Then after 16 days they decide to call me and tell me that they have been charging me $25/day just to store my car in another businesses parking lot...conveniently for them there was no mention of that charge in any previous calls. $400 for parking and $150 just to check out and they did NO work on the car. Scam Artist

They knew what was wrong with my vehicle right away after I described what I was doing and completed the repair right away. Very impressed. Avery, the man at the front was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will go back but hopefully not soon!

It was a Sunday and a holiday, we called 3 other locations and they were the only ones who would answer to help us. We were super grateful to find a place, since we were literally stuck without a tire. I was willing to pay the high price to get my tire fixed. My friend came back and was talking about how high the tire price was (over $160 for one tire). Next thing I know they are rolling my bad tire back to me saying they are no longer going to change my tire because my friend complained about the price. After a while of them talking I went back in to try and get my tire done, again only shop open I dont care about price at this moment. After he continues to say he wont change the tire because they do not have to help if they hear a complaint I started to cry and explain how I am the one paying and I just want my tire fixed to go home (it has been a stressful time for us and I hate crying in front of others). He finally said they would continue to change my tire. I was going to let this whole mess go and not post a review, until the clerk then told my friend next time if you cant keep your b*tch in line keep her in the car. And proceeded to explain how a back hand works wonders on keeping them in line. Highly unprofessional, the entire experience was bad and I would never recommend.

Water pump broke, serpentine belt broke and affected pulley etc. Avery handled everything from the phone calls I made regarding being broken down on the road to total repairs resulting the following day. This happened at 5:30 pm and repaired by 1:30 pm the following day. I do not live in Nashville and it was very distressing to be out of town and in need of help with your car. It was a 5 hour repair job.Thanks to all at this business that helped me with my auto repair!

Avery is amazing! Initially brought my car here through Carmax. My windshield wipers were not working, and since the part was on back order I was expecting to not have my car for a month. Avery called me within a week and had my car ready! He got it done way earlier than expected. Also, to my surprise he fixed an issue I was having with my tire, without me ever telling him about it! Everything was covered by my warranty. Avery went above and beyond. He is amazing. I will always go through them instead of Carmax directly!

I contacted Little Brothers Shell on the recommendation of AAA. They were very responsive and interested in trying to help me with replacing the 12-volt battery on my hybrid vehicle. I was worked in really quickly, treated with friendliness and courtesy, and the battery was installed unbelievably promptly. These guys are super! And, I highly recommend them.

Dropped off my car to get the oil changed. I have been taking my cars there to get the oil change for over a decade. Avery (shop manager) said it would only take an hour to get to my car and then a half hour to change the oil I came back 2 hours and 15 minutes later and they hadnt even touched my car. I offered to bring it in on Friday and they said I would need to leave it for 3 to 4 hours and maybe they could get to it. The shop has become a storage facility for classic muscle cars. 3 out of the 4 lifts had classic muscle cars just sitting on them and no work being done. I would never take my car there again, I dont like being lied too, especially straight to my face.

Little Bros. Was referred to me by a Cadillac dealership, since it would be a week before the dealership could see my car. Avery and the Gang did a good job of discerning various problems which needed fixing.

The gentlemen who run the repair area were respectful and knowledgeable. One of my tires had a slow leak, but it turns out it was not “patchable”. But a new tire was ordered promptly and I was on the road again in just a few hours. Avery appears to be an excellent manager with very capable mechanics on his team. Thank you all!

Weather was real bad and my battery was dying. Had it checked somewhere else first and that place couldn’t get the battery out to replace it. I took my Jeep to Little Brothers and they were able to do it quickly and professionally.

I had a great experience getting my car serviced. During their search, they found two other problems and were able to get that fixed too. The price was affordable for the things I needed. Their service was timely and communication was great. I trusted Avery and his guys to take care of things and that they did! NEVER GO HERE!!!!!! I have a warranty with CarMax and brought it here for repair. They called and said everything was covered but that I should get my front brakes replaced for an extra $600. I politely declined. I came to pick up my car and the tire light was on, and sure enough, there was a nail in my tire. They offered to patch it for $50. I know for a fact that it was not there before I took my car in for repair, because I had the oil changed and the mechanics checked all my tires- none of them had leaks or were low on air.Do not trust these people with your car, whether you have a warranty or not.UPDATE: after posting this, less than 10 hours after leaving the shop, my engine over heated and the coolent tank was COMPLETELY empty- which is what I had come in for in the first place. I will be talking to CarMax tomorrow about how they should never suggest their customers go here.

I love Avery at Little Brothers. He’s knowledgeable, a good guy and does a great job. I’ve taken my car to him twice now and he doesn’t disappoint. My one only small complaint is that I would’ve liked a little more communication about the status of my car while in the shop.

I have to say I was extremely upset when I arrived at Little brothers only to find out I needed to spend additional money to fix my car when i had JUST spent $3000 at another place to get it out of a 5 week stay. All I have to say is that Avery and the boys came thru! Most females get treated differently in a shop but I grew up in a garage and Little Brothers does a FANTASTIC job of treating women the same in their garage! The mechanic explained the issue answered all my questions all the while not talking down to me like I didnt know what he was talking about! They were recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely be recommending to others!

If I could give no stars I would. So unprofessional and just so very rude. I know that every one has bad days but calling customers names isnt acceptable.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They speak clearly and logically. They check and double check to ensure the quality of their work. They deliver in a timely fashion and go the extra mile to be fair. I had them replace the transfer case on my AWD vehicle and was so satisfied with their work that when my check engine light came on, they were the first place I took it. They took the time to go over the problems that were pertinent and explained what I had to look forward to in terms of maintenance and or repairs. Great shop! Headed from Chicago to ATL, my timing belt came loose, and we almost lost the engine. This was not a cheap fix, but the guys at Little Brothers Shell got me back on the road with only one extra overnight. I found the technicians to be smart, helpful, and good communicators. What a rip off business! They charged us $160 just to look at the car! We didn’t even have them do any work. That was just to have them look at it. Then, we called our regular, trustworthy auto mechanic (who happened to be closed when we went to this one) and he said he would take a look at it, but that we probably didn’t need anything they said we needed.

Unbelievable prompt & friendly service on the LAST Sunday of the decade. Traveling back to Chicago from Fla & strange vibrations under hood started. Called Li’l Bros and brought it right in. They fixed me up so I could get on my way. Definitely recommend them!!!

We were traveling from out of state (on Easter Sunday) and had to have our vehicle towed. We were extremely lucky AAA sent us to this place. Avery hooked it up to the computer and did a thorough visual of the engine bay (and undercarriage). In no time, he found the issue. It was a very simple, inexpensive fix. Many, many thanks to Avery... the guy really knows his stuff! We made it back home (a 9 hour drive) with no more check engine lights thanks to him!

I got my oil changed (basic oil) & my tires rotated and balanced. The cost was an outrageous $232.07! I could have gone to a national chain and had the same maintenance performed for $50. I even had a coupon from one such national chain for $20 off that same service. But I chose instead to go to a small business, and one with which I’ve done business in the past. The cost was 4x’s what it had been previously. I’ll never use Little Bros Shell again, and when coworkers mention them, I’ll redirect.

POSSIBLY SAVED OUR LIVES! We had been traveling on the interstate for several hours on a Friday night when we were warned our tire pressure was low. Turned off and happened across this full service Shell station. IT HAD A GARAGE & A TIRE SHOP! OPEN, ON A FRIDAY NIGHT AT 7:30 pm! God thing! Jeremy was very kind and genuinely concerned about us. Turns out, we had a nail in our tire. He patched it and had it back on within 20 minutes! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this station!!! We will be forever grateful to him! 100 STARS!!!!

I talked with Avery who was professional and very knowledgeable. I didn’t know what to expect because my car was spraying out oil. The manager was professional and didn’t try to pressure me into anything. Everything was explained so I could understand what had to be done. The service was exceptional and my repair was done in a few hours.

BEWARE:Dishonest and unpolite. I do not recommend you spend your money here. After simply questioning the manager on why we were being charged for something, he told my husband he would prefer to not have customers like us if we were going to question him. If you are going to charge someone almost $400 to change a battery, you better be prepared to explain your service charges. I can’t believe people blindly trust this company. Maybe in this area of town, he is used to taking advantage of his customers. I’m not looking for free but I am looking for fair. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Had my truck towed here by AAA recently and I couldnt be happier with the service provided. Great local alternative to places like firestone/tire discounters. Also theyre open until 10pm every day which makes finding a time to pick your car up much easier.

The staff and service I received at Little Bros was fantastic! There ability to be flexible and responsive when I was in tough situation was wonderful. My truck had a dead battery that I could not jump myself with my jump box. Lucky for me I worked across the street from the shop and one of the mechanics was able to help me jump my truck. He told me I still had the original battery in my 2011 truck which should died about 4 years ago.At 5pm I pulled up to the shop and they had my battery replaced within 20 mins. I paid a very reasonable price and was extremely pleased that I was able to get this issue resolved in less than an hour. I highly recommend Little Bros!

I was out of town and my wife happen to be needing some gas and since we live in Brentwood, occasionally she will pull into the Little Bro’s Shell station. Well this time her car would not start after she filled with gas due to Her 4 yr old battery expiring right at the pump. The folks at Little Brothers Shell replaced the battery and had her quickly back on the road. We were both thankful to know we have a great and friendly family owned service station in our own community.

My tires are were really low on air, so I went to go get a full service at Shell so they could pump my tires. They informed me that they was a hole in my tire. They fixed it in no time! Ended up, I ran over a nail on the way there. All the workers were very nice and walked me through the whole process. I will definitely inform my friends of Shell’s services.

Little Brothers Shell was truly a pleasure with which to work. They were friendly, open to my availability, listened to what was wrong, and checked out the car for anything else that was wrong-and there were some pretty big issues. They test drove different times to make sure that the repairs were as they needed to be. They gave me a quote up front which I compared to companies and almost all of their estimates were lower than ones quotes. And, the total was under the quoted price.

Little Brothers Shell installed a tow hitch, they were prompt and courteous and the part was installedperfectly! Great experience!

Crazy expensive

Very helpful. Had a slow leak in my tire. They were booked solid and said it would be about 4 before they could look at if. Canned back at 4 and they found 2 screws in the tire, one in the sidewall that couldnt be patched. Suggested a place that could plug it instead. Adjusted air in the tires. No charge.

Two other places, including our dealership, had told me there was nothing wrong with my tire and the tire sensor was just very sensitive to temperature changes. I knew there was something wrong, and after putting air in it yet again, I was so thankful that someone here found the leak, and showed it to me. He offered to mark it so I could take it anywhere I wanted to have it fixed. I would rather give my business to the person who finally diagnosed the problem, though. He fixed it within 30 minutes, as estimated, at a very reasonable price! Very thankful today for Little Bros. Shell, and would recommend them to others!
