Ace in Brenham maintains the great customer service started by Mickan Hardware ages ago. I was looking for a very small screw to fit something. The staff took the time to make sure I had the right part. Tiffany figured it all out.

Customer service was not on point. I had a question and requested assistance. The young girl radioed another young girl and discussed me as if I was invisible!. I exited the store NEVER to return! Will take my money where I am respected as the customer I was! This store should work harder on their SMALL town attitudes!

Love this store way too expensive for me but theres a detergent in there called diva that is outstanding for comforters and blankies and it smells so awesome!!!

Julie and Libby were the best!! Julie helped me find exactly what we were looking for and was so sweet! Libby was my cashier and she was super respectful! This was such an amazing experience!! I would definitely return!

My first visit here was a shock -- its a much larger store than it appears from the outside. The items for sale are gorgeous but pricey. I appreciate the post office in the store because it saves a trip.

Good hardware store but really expensive. They have a lot of items and parts for older model homes that lowes and home depot dont carry.bit like I said they are extremely pricey. Really good customer service though.

A USPS substation is hidden in the back -- and they have air conditioning! There are lots of products that you expect -- paint, tools, hardware. The surprise is the huge assortment of kitchen and home docor items.

This Ace has a bunch of wonderful items. vlothes, Kitchen items, Christmas items, soices, and much more. Great to shop for gifts....it is NOT just a hardware store! If you are in Brenham...it should be on your shopping destination list! And it does have lawn and garden and hardware stuff as well. Perfect place to go if a man is with you...there are things for you both to look through.

Like the Ace in Cypress, its becoming less hardware, more Hallmark. Perhaps its survival when up against the big box stores or the major dot-coms. Called and asked if they repaired chainsaws, rep didnt know. I dont mind the floor-space used for dishes or clothes, but when one has a hardware need, the choices are limited and a bit pricey.

Noticed the childrens miracle network bars at the register so decided to purchase to help out the fundraiser and the cashier libby, treated us like an inconvenience and had a horrible attitude. Called the manager and nothing was noted about it. Horrible experience... dont ever try to buy this here cause it is more of an inconvenience for staff.

They have an inventory of things that are hard to find anywhere else.

They have anything and everything you could need from there! My daughters bought my Christmas presents from there last year and I loved them :) The staff is always there to help and very knowledgeable. They take care of their customers!

This store is always fun to shop at whether I am looking for garden fun kitchen fun or clothing fun. A little overpriced but if youre looking for that little special gift that you dont just see anywhere this is a nice place to go.

For Mr fit it, you will almost always find parts to DIY. Staff is very friendly and willing to assist getting you to the right stuff.

Outstanding workers although one worker was picking his boogers kind grossed me out but it’s ok ! just hope that it stops. I didn’t catch her name but one of the young ladies who works at the first register is always consistent and customer friendly. I come in there quite often i always try to check out with her. so overall great experience but i can go without booger picking.

Ace has the best customer service of ANY retail store. They met me just inside the door and walked me straight to the clamp I needed. I can buy one bolt if I need it instead of a package. They are all very knowledgeable of the products and always make good suggestions if I need help. I usually know what Im looking for, but sometimes they offer some alternate that I havent thought if. Old fashioned service that Is greatly appreciated!
