I abslutly love the wide selcetion of kitchen and household appliances that home depot has to pick and choose from. Weve been shopping here for a feww months to get our new home stocked with the appliances we need and home depot has been a large part fo that. Thanks Again Home Depot!

It’s been a A few years since I’ve visited this particular Home Depot. My last review was a bad experience. But I must say everything was wonderful this time. The employees were helpful, and the store was clean.

The staff here is incredibly friendly. The guys in the tool rental department went out of their way for me. This will always be my preferred Home Depot location

I needed some 4x8 sheets of insulation for renovation of the wifes she-shed craft building. As usual Home Depot had everything i needed. The Brenham store is great....helpful folks....clean store....fast checkout. Will he going back in a few days for paneling.

Would give no stars if it were possible. Bought a picnic table, it took forever to find someone to come unlock the chain on it, and then no one was available to help load. Terrible customer service. Old man that unlocked the lock didnt speak not one word to us, then had a bad attitude when I asked if there was anyone available to help load. But yet there is plenty of workers walking around the store doing a whole bunch of nothing.

Took a while to get help, but once they got there, they were extremely helpful.

Great store to come to, I spend my time in the garden center and associates are very knowledgeable and you dont have to wait long for someone to come and help

The folks inside this Home Depot were very helpful & pleasant. Was easy to find what I needed and the check out was easy peasy.

Very nice staff -The staff helped me out and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need (which would have been easy due to my limited knowledge of electrical work)The young lady working the front desk was very informative and helped my senior Citizen father patiently and with the utmost respect.

This place is pretty cool, I just walk around and plants jump in my cart! I love this new feature!

Ive been buying from Home Depot for years. The service before the pandemic was outstanding and now not too good. They have a bunch of young people that have no experience and theyre always out of supplies...sorry 😐

I needed to replace the motion sensor on outdoor lights. The original one was from Orange (HD). The replacement ones cost as much or more than an outdoor lamp fixture with the motion sensor. Yikes. cCc

The Home Depot in Brenham, Texas. I set up a window consultation for window measurements and was scheduled and the man called me earlier and asked if the appointment was still happening as scheduled, I said “Yes”. When the time came no one showed up for the appointment. No text and no phone call and no email. I called Home Depot and got the run around. No one could tell me anything and said they would get back to me, they did not!!! I am disappointed and will not use the Home Depot in Brenham, Texas for any installations of any kind. They could have the courtesy to at least explain why they dropped the ball.

It was great. Found help from somebody in the paint section. Wasnt for sure about the product or item I was looking for. But found something that might do what Im hoping it is suppose to do. The person even looked online to see if they could find anything for the inside of a microwave. Hopefully it works

Avoid Home Depot! In-store pick-up took close to an hour! Highly inefficient! The lady at the pickup desk couldnt find my order then went to lunch passing me off to another lady. I was then sent to the Pro Desk. They couldnt find my order & sent me back to customer service. I spoke to a manager who was less than helpful & never apologized for wasting my time or Home Depots inefficiencies! About an hour after I arrived my order had been located & they helped load my large not hard to miss or lose order!

Not good waited a week for the pump and its not working someone had open the box took it out of the tube it was in put it or another one back in and tape the box back up so it look like it came from the manufacturer

For general construction materials, you cant beat the pricing 99% of the time for small projects. Their Pro Desk is also great.

Unfortunately I will not be shopping at HD any more. Will not give store credit or refund on any item without receipt even if you just bought it the day before. Lowes is now my store of choice.

Had everything I needed except couplings

Handy place that fulfills most of my needs. And H.D. has better prices on the staples for building. Not caring much for all the zinc products though. They dont seem to hold up. And where are H.D.s Made in America products??? EVERYTHING there seems to be made in China. EXCEPT for the goods that deplete our environment. I.e. wood,plastics etc ... Quite often it is hard to locate an associate too... Btw please please do something about your twisted warped marred wood products.. Its terrible trying to work with them. You have to sort through all of them just to get one decent piece yet yall label them as #2 grade... nooo wayyy theyre #2 grade! Or someone has very low expectations.... Does H.D.s wood buyers ever actually get hands on or try to use the products that they purchase for the retail stores? Cause Im not kidding about the quality of several of their goods... But all in all I pretty much get what I need ( building a homestead). Thanks for asking.

This store is clean and I was able to check out quickly.

Masks and hand sanitizer available at the door. Employees all had masks on. It was hard to find help.

Expecting good customer service from Home Depot is like pulling teeth. Painful! This location has employees who are rude and not willing to help. Answering questions, forget it. Rudeness, thats a definite. Customer service is below 1 star. Negative numbers...

Easy in and out, selection was good and staff was friendly. If I didnt have to load 22 bags of 80lb concrete by myself I would have given it 5 Stars.

If you build things, you need Home Depot. I always have several projects going on, and rarly have to look elsewhere for materials. The employees try to help, but I dont always know what I need, so they cant help much.

My last two outings have been to The Home Depot as opposed to normally going to Lowes.Each time Ive had to ask for assistance in different departments of the store and was surprised at how happily helpful everyone I stopped were to either point me in the right direction or to take me to the isle/bay and then help me to make the best selection.I wont be pulling into the lot with the blue sign again.Dont laugh but I think their bathroom may challenge Buc ees.Oh and Veterans get a 10% discount.

The older gentleman with the long gray hair is very helpful and just a really nice dude. Thanks brother for the help.

Awful customer service from the lumber department. I came in to get 10 boards cut and Billy in the lumber department was extremely rude, muttering under his breath the entire time about how he doesnt have time to make cuts. He angrily told me five separate times that it was 25 cents per cut which I repeatedly acknowledged and confirmed was acceptable. He also refused to assist me in getting the boards off of the shelves, saying you bring em here and well cut em.In the end I was so put off by the blatant hostility that I left and purchased my lumber elsewhere in town.

Good thing I checked my pickup order. Not all of it was with cart and given to me by store rep ☹

We came in to look at flooring after losing a lot of our belongings and home in Harvey. Robin went over and beyond to help us. Shay was able to work with us and accommodated us. Thank you so much...people are still good...great customer service.

Had a return and was handled very friendly. I was also asked t we offer times while shopping by employees if I needed help. Very good customer service.

I have signed up for two of there projects that are clearly listed on there project board as you walk in. I signed up on line weeks in advance. Both times I arrived and was told they werent doing that project. If I can sign up ahead of time they should be able to notify me ahead of time so I dont drive to town for nothing! Very disappointed.

Love home depot for the do it yourself project that I have done, but today I was in paint section no one there and after flagging down associate they didnt know paint and no one could help. Went to Sherwin Williams

Im very satisfied with the service here. They helped me find what I need and are far more helpful than the ppl at Lowes.

I must to say all employees I have been in contact with are so kind, friendly and helpful. My congratulations for all of them.However Home Depot as company has failed in registering and delivering an order that it was supposed to be delivered last Friday to the store, and last Saturday to the house. It results in delayed the work scheduled, contractor was stopped until receiving the material, and restart the WIP.

This place always has the best Christmas trees and decorations! We always buy some type of decoration there. During the rest of the year its always nice to ask questions from a knowledgable team member who can direct you in the right direction of your project.

I go to home Depot a lot but my main complaint is that its hard to find helpful employees. A lot of times I see several hanging out together, I have to run around the store to find an available one or if I do find someone, they are not knowledgeable. Otherwise its a pretty decent location

This is one of my favorite Home Depot locations. I have used the tool rental here a number of times, and have always had a pleasant experience, the tools, as well as the equipment have always been in good working order, clean too. The employees that work in the store seem to be knowledgable as well, I have always been able to find someone to answer any questions Ive had.

Good help is hard to find. Went in looking for parts to fix my shower valve, needed a four way valve, guy had no idea what I was talking about, customer he was trying to help knew what I was talking about he just kept trying to get me to buy a whole new shower set.

I needed help, I got help, lots to look at for Christmas and plenty stuff for house and yard. No long lines, help putting big item in car

I’ve never had a problem with the employees here but what I do have a problem with is the amount of plants that are totally healthy getting thrown in a dumpster. They could be donated to schools, garden clubs, colleges, etc. It is a shame.

Nice store unfortunately they didnt carry 10 foot T-posts. We were disappointed they didnt have what we were looking for.

Worst service ever. They have declined steadily over the past 2-3 years. We have been customers since 2001 and they just arent staffed properly anymore. No one is around to help you and there are NEVER enough people at the checkout. Guess we will shop at Lowes or Ace hardware. Disappointing since we have shopped there for so many years...

Home Depot is trying hard to keep essential items in stock

Go to Lowes I was misscharged here for insulation. And asked them to put it on a pallet, what I got was a pallet that was too tall and held together by Saran wrap.

I would love to be able to give them negative stars. I bought a refrigerator. Had to buy it online, because the associate in appliances refused to order it for me. Short version of a long story, it never did get delivered. Couldnt get anyone from this store on the phone. Had to call the 800 number and get them involved. They couldnt get the Brenham Home Depot on the phone, either. Canceled the order. After 18 days, still had no refund. The store wouldnt help, had to call the 800 number. Got the refund yesterday, after almost four weeks. Got a call today. Were sorry you were inconvenienced. No offer to get a fridge delivered, give me a discount, nothing. What a terrible experience. By the way, 28 days later, still dont have a new fridge.

Easy to find material and not crowded !

Ordered a pole saw online to pick up at the Brenham store which showed having 2. No notification that they didn’t actually have any in stock instead showed they were “processing” the order. Automated call put me on hold for 20+ minutes before I spoke to a person and had to cancel my order and reorder from a different store, but wouldn’t ship to home without charging half what the item cost. Ridiculous!
