Left empty handed after waiting 20+ minutes for a breakfast sandwich. At that point told they couldn’t say how much longer it would be but just pointed to a row of tickets. It might have been tasty if I had the perseverance to stick it out.
Almost always a great location some days are faster then others though.In general the staff have good attitudes and big smiles (behind masks!)They still are out of some items/syrups, for whatever reason I can buy them online easily (I bought a bottle of Toffee Nut Syrup from Monin) yet Starbucks cant.Overall a good stop if you arent in a hurry.
The drinks were AMAZING! But the service was REALLY slow and took forever. They kept getting peoples drinks wrong. But I admire their effort that when they get it done. It tastes just how you wanted it.

When I came in last month, the service was outstanding. Today, however, I ordered ahead, and when picking up the order they forgot one of the drinks. Went back in and instead of an apology, the girl just shrugged and said here you go. If you make a mistake own up to it and apologize. Geez.
This is the SLOWEST starbucks you will ever find. It has consistently taken about 30 minutes to get a drink through the drive through for years!! Starbucks...what are yall doing?!

Ive traveled the world and been to hundreds of Starbucks locations, and this has to the the worst. They are consistently slow, and not just slow, but 30-minutes-to-make-a-drink-slow. Even with mobile orders. And not just one or two times, every time we think well give them another chance and they always disappoint. Finally called Starbucks corporate today and lodged a formal complaint on this location. I hope they take action and begin to make improvements here. 1/5.
Its STARBUCKS. You know what you are getting. Sugar and Milk with a splash of coffee. The flavor is pretty consistent across the brand.This trip involved long wait lines and slow service. The lady at the register was nice and friendly, but to the point she was slowing down an already busy drive through as she carefully handed us each beverage like it was breakable and examined all the ingredients in each beverage.Not a terrible experience, but 15 minutes in a STARBUCKS drive through on a Monday afternoon is a bit excessive.

We just moved to brenham tx as you can tell by the location of this review and the people were so nice!!!!.I ordered a steamed vanilla milk and I explained it to them with little detail and they made it with perfection, the guy accidently broke my iced lemon loaf/ice lemon pound cake so he gave me a complementary new one free of charge, he also gave us free fox cake pops for free because we just moved he said welcome to the brenham tx family (or something like that)
As a frequent Starbucks customer, especially in the city of Houston where I commute daily for work...I am most often highly impressed with the training, professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, and customer service of most every Starbucks I go to. Not true at all for this location in Brenham. Especially the older gentleman (should definitely know better with supposed age/experience) that was working the drive-thru on September 4th, 2021 at 3:30pm to 4pm. After sitting in the drive-thru WAY past (20 minutes) my Starbucks APP projected pickup time of 3:38pm...I patiently did not mention my wait and just kindly asked for my mobile order under my name. The aforementioned man working the window snapped at me that you didnt notify us at the box? I said, No sir, in town (Houston) they allow/sometimes prefer I just roll to the window and ask for my order especially because my truck is loud and it has never been an issue. His response was, You NEED to be SURE next time you always be sure to notify at the box! This was said very rudely. I have never been told there was a specific rule to this app ordering but I have never had an issue and most certainly never been snapped at (as a paying customer who just sat 20 minutes past pickup time without complaining) as rudely as this man did. Im open to criticism and being instructed if there is some Starbucks rule on how you pick up your order but this mans customer service was all off. Based on the wait time and his attitude...looks like this particular store is not up to par which is surprising...being in the country and not even used to the extreme traffic and pressure of the big city. Shame shame.

The only complaint I could possibly have about this place is when you do a mobile order and go in and wait, there are tons of other orders that are ready and waiting.. if they would go through and call out the people on the counter agian I think that would be helpful..Great service! Ordered a venti Frappuccino it had 2 inches at the bottom was whip cream then the frep.And whip cream at the top.felt I got jeered. I dont pay for whip cream. I like a little whip cream with my frep. Not lots of whip cream with alittle frep. Thats the last time I buy Starbucks. I was traveling thru this small town Brenham texas.

Dont waste your time stopping here. They close early. Tried going here at 2pm a few weeks ago, then again today at 330pm. Both times the store is closed. I drive from Austin to Houston every other week. A Starbucks would be a great pick me up on the way home. Management clearly doesnt understand this concept. I was not the only one trying today, several cars had to turn around.

Starbucks is good...but only when its open. Since pucking up shifts in Brenham, I have attempted to get coffee at the Brenham Starbucks, but every week the hours change & their website states they are open until 9p. When you drive up there is a sign with actual hours, that vary.Whats the point of having a Starbucks that is not open. Or at the very least, update your website with the hours weekly.

Worst Starbucks ever! So slow and then they close the doors where when you place a mobile order you cant even go and pick it up! You still have to wait in the extremely long line. What is going on with this Brenham location and closing both the drive thru and cafe. Can order online but there no way to pick up your order. This has been a more regular occurrence. Either they have a staffing problem, franchise problem or supply problem. What ever it is they need to fix it. Also they need to create a better drive thru experience. Car are sailing thru the parking lot trying to get thru and it’s dangerous!
Waited in line for over 20 minutes, they were very slow, did not get what was ordered, they ran out of coconut milk, and whipped cream. Not the same friendliness I am used to at other Starbucks. Overall- not a good experience.

Super long line so we went inside. Turns out, they were only doing mobile order pickup inside and not taking orders. Never experienced that before and was a waste of time to get back in the car and loop around to get back in the drive thru line. However, the line moves relatively quickly and people here have always been friendly.Brenham needs another Starbucks.

If I could given 0 stars I would. Waited in line for 40 mins before ordering a White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino, which is their standard White Chocolate Mocha drink containing espresso. When I finally got up to the window I was handed a completely white drink, it was the same color as the whip cream on top that I had asked them not to add, so I knew something was wrong. It should be a light brown color because of the coffee in it. The picture on the Starbucks website even shows a brown drink! When I mentioned this to the man at the drive thru, he reluctantly took my drink back and told the other employee to scrape the whip cream off. Again I explained that it wasnt just the whip cream that was the problem, the actual drink was wrong. Instead of offering to fix it, he started aggressively arguing with me claiming that their White Chocolate Mocha doesnt have MOCHA in it and its going to be solid white. At this point, I had zero confidence in asking him to make me something else and even my mom, who ordered a standard Pumpkin Spice Late, said her drink didnt taste right and she gets Starbucks every morning so she knows what it should taste like. All in all it was an incredibly disappointing and regrettable experience.Edit: Just read a review from a year ago that said there was no coffee in her White Chocolate Mocha. THEY HAVE HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM FOR A YEAR?! Corporate needs to step in. We ended up going to the one in Giddings and the barista there confirmed we had not been mistaken about the drinks. BEST White Mocha Frap Ive ever had.

This Starbucks location has been getting better over the years. The waits aren’t bad as they used to be. The girl today in the drive thru her name is Kristen I’m sure. She was very nice and polite to me and very helpful about a coffee I wanted today. Im glad this location is getting better now and faster with their drive thru.

Normally Starbucks does it just right. Not this time. Ordered a Venti Pike Roast with extra cream and 4 equal. Even repeated my order to the barista. Also a chicken pesto panini and a bottle of water. No Equal in the coffee and the panini was very dried out. I did go back and get some equal. For my coffee. Pesto panini was just plain nasty. I wanted a ham and swiss and they were out so I got talked into the pesto panini. Most vile sandwich I have had in a long while. I can see why they don’t sell many of them. Learned my lesson.
Typically very quick in store and drive through. Order on the mobile app for even quicker pick up and go. Baristas are friendly and prompt to greet patrons.
They have never gotten my drink wrong, but they are always so slow if you go through the drive-thru. It never fails, as soon as I drive up to order, they always ask for me to hold a moment. If youre in a hurry, this is not the place to stop and get coffee.
Put in a mobile online order, food and drink ready in less than 10 minutes. Walked into store and every employee greeted me with a warm smile and hello. The online pickup station was very clean and organized and while I was only in the store for less than 1 minute the customer service left a wonderful lasting impression! Food and drink were perfect and tasted great!

This by far is the best Starbucks that I have been to. The service was great. I never knew that if you bring your own cup that you get a 10 cent discount!! The person there told me though as I asked if I could use my own cup. I also ordered hot tea with a little ice and then it was too cold. She took it back without hesitation and said she was there to serve me and would do whatever to make sure it was right! That was wonderful. Very friendly servers there. Would recommend to anyone. It is also in a great location and visible from 290. It sits in a shopping center across the highway from HEB. It is also very near Blinn College.
Absolutely the worst experience ever. Took over an hour to get my drinks that I ordered in advance over mobile order. I also ordered a blueberry muffin which after an hour they forgot and then they were out. Finally got my hot coffee and it was cold. This store is always ridiculously slow but this was by far the absolute worse!

I never leave reviews, but I stopped here on a road trip completely drained and stressed, and everyone in the store was just so incredibly kind. I didnt manage to catch her name, but one of the baristas and I started talking about Iowa because Im moving there, and she made me feel more confident about my decision. The kindness of strangers really makes a difference.
We stopped by this Starbucks on our way home to Houston. The coffee came out rather quickly, but it was burnt and our order was not made correctly. The bathrooms (both of them) also had looked like they were not cleaned all day. The trash can was full, there were paper towels and trash all over the floor and there was no soap in the soap dispensers. Good for a quick stop, but they should take a little more time to clean stuff up.
Normally I really love this Starbucks. The employees are usually incredibly nice, but today, not so much. Ordered through the mobile app and got my drink but was waiting on my food. The wrapper was sitting next to my drink so I assumed I was just waiting for it to come out. I stood there for 10-15 minutes and finally someone (rudely) asked what I was waiting on. I said I was waiting on my loaf cake and she snapped back, “we’re out.” Proceeded to be rude when I asked why nobody told me why I was waiting. How am I supposed to know you’re out of an item if you don’t tell me? However, the lady at the front counter was very kind, wish I had gotten her name to shout her out.

It is lively yet quite enough to get work done or visit with friends. Service is great, and everyone is very friendly! Minus one star because it is so small of a space that it can feel overcrowded very quickly.
Got a triple blond White Chocolate mocha. It’s disgusting, and I don’t even think there’s any coffee in it. Tastes like water and creamer. Was passing through and won’t stop there again.

Went to this Starbucks yesterday May 1 between 4 and 4:30pm. They were not that busy. Forgot my order, had to make it over after they did make it. Since we bought this on the run, when I did drink it, it was the wrong tea. Very disappointed. We had been at my moms house all day cleaning to put the house up for sale. Really looking forward to my tea. UGH, it was horrible. I could understand if they were busy but they werent.
This poor Starbucks needs more workers and more training. Sat in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes,got our drinks and they were horrible! Ordered a quad drink and it tasted like watered down coffee. Won’t be back for a while.
This Starbucks is very conveniently located on the feeder of the highway. We always stop here on our trips to Cameron and Rockdale. We have noticed that the new coffee blend is not very good. The store didnt look as clean as before and the personnel didnt seem to care of your coffee comes the way you wanted it or if the register has paper to give you your receipt.Well try again next time, and hopefully itll get better again.

Always make this Starbucks an important part of our travel plans whenever we go to Austin TX or the surrounding areas. Service is always good and very friendly! We always feel very welcome when we enter and we relax and get refreshed before we continue our drive. We have started visiting there on our return trip to Houston now too.

Out of mocha, long wait line in the drive through, and cant get out of the drive through. Its just coffee not like a bakery, it took soooooo long to get a basic coffee.
