Great experience dealing with Maria, Crystal and their team. Vehicle we had been looking for popped up on their site a few mornings ago, called them for information and sent me pictures immediately. The easy-going service was a fresh experience from the number of cars I have bought over the years. The kept reminding me it had just come in and had not been cleaned up. Financing was able to beat my Credit Unions loan rates which made the paperwork mill easier and they even offered (which I took them up on) to deliver the vehicle to us in Houston no charge. The whole experience from A to Z was stress free and we feel like everyone has won in this experience. It was definitely worth the drive.

On our way to a weekend get-away from the Houston area, our Cherokee decided to break down 2.5 miles from this dealership. We limped our way into the service area and less than 2 hours later were on our way home after a software update. The folks in the service area were super nice.

I liked the experience with BCDJ service department for the most part. The only complaint I have is the greeting I received when I dropped my vehicle off. I scheduled my appointment online for 0700 on a Monday. Just like every other Monday, I was running late. If my memory serves me correctly, I was between 5 and 10 minutes late. The service writer was already there as I expected however there was not a single smile or expression of friendliness. I don’t expect anyone to be chipper and talkative first thing in the morning, since I definitely am not, but for one that is to provide a service and to be customer oriented, I expected some type of friendliness to be shown. I would have given 5 stars if I was even offered a weak smile, but I didn’t get anything of the sort.

Brenham Chrysler Jeep Dodge is the best little dealership in Texas. It is no exaggeration to say I drove 500 miles to buy my new minivan from Keith Foust and Robert Murphy. We have been looking for a minivan since August, and we were unable to make a deal with any local dealerships. Our local dealership (who shall remain nameless) wanted to add over $2,400 in unnecessary options to a Chrysler Pacifica. I e-mailed Brenham Chrysler Friday, October 5th, and Sales Consultant Robert Murphy returned my call later that day. It was refreshing to talk to someone who was interested in selling a car without playing games. We had a discussion about what we wanted. Mr. Murphy worked on a price for us and put us in touch with Sales Manager Keith Foust. Both men were exceptionally professional, and I felt that I could trust exactly what told me over the phone. We made a gentlemans agreement, and I felt comfortable enough to drive over 250 miles (one way) with my wife and 18 month old son to finish the deal. Suffice it to say, Mr. Murphy and Mr. Foust had everything organized and sorted when we arrived. The financing was painless, and Mr. Murphy showed my wife and I how to utilize the technology in the new minivan. Brenham Chrysler Jeep Dodge is by far the best dealership I have dealt with in last 20 years. They truly believe in customer service. 11 months ago they had the car I wanted and I decided to take a drive from Houston. Best thing I could of done. Sales team was fantastic and we worked out a deal that I was pleased with. Fast forward 11 months, for the first time I had to get some warranty work done. decided to take to dealer that was close to me, after having my car all day they called and accused me of modifying car and wanted me to pay to fix a car that was 11 months old and 12k miles. I called team in Brenham, they asked how quick I could get out there, they put car up on lift, found problem, ordered parts and fixed car in a day. That is what Service is supposed to be like. I will never take my car anywhere but Brenham Dodge again. and I will be back for my next car. so if you cant decide if its worth the drive. TAKE the drive, it will be worth it.

Was driving on the road and there was an accident up ahead so naturally traffic shifted over. One of this companies employees decided to be one of those people who drive down the empty lane and force their way ahead of everyone else. He forced his way in front of me when I had no intention of obliging his bad etiquette. As he shoehorned his truck in front of me he had the audacity to roll down his window and curse at me as if I was in the wrong. Apparently this is the kind of people that this company hires.

For the mist part my experience was good. And Lela is Anazing!However, I have only had my Jeep back 2 days today, and now my check engine light is on. Not to mention, it would seem as Brenham jeep performed an oil change, didnt mention it to me, and took off the sticker from my windshield the next oil change in from where my previous oil changed was serviced and didnt replace with a new sticker.I have to say all if this makes me very unhappy to say the least.

I bought my truck a little over a year ago, today reminded me why I chose them. I was locked out down the street and instead of forwarding me to roadside they cut me a key and brought it to me. its the little gestures that I have consistently received and service that has made me a customer for life. Shane the service manger said they are not going to warranty anything on the tires Marshalls one that said it needed upper lower ball joints is like 9 something aside + 100 something for the alignment. So the they wanted me to service my my truck and charged me up to $2200 . So we decide to take vehicle to another tire shop, and they told me truck is running just fine.Why trying to do this and guessing how many customers have been in my shoes👍

We were on the way to Houston from Austin and my driver side window gave up on me. It’s was about to rain and my maps recommended this service station for my dodge. They were real busy but took time to fix my issue with a quick collision wrapper and helped me get going. We have couple of toddlers in our vehicle and it was so kind of them to help us with priority. I don’t remember the name for the woman in charge who helped me. But I would like to thank her a lot.
