Called in and asked if they did the work I needed done and had a fairly detailed conversation with them. Came in to drop my vehicle off and talked to them again. Filled out the paperwork, signed it and gave them the keys. Right before I walked out they said its $125 diagnostic fee are you okay with that. I asked if you do the work does it go towards the bill? I was told no. I then asked if I would be charged if I just requested a specific thing being done with no diagnostics? I was told no its $125 on top of the repair.Just wanted to give a heads up to anybody going there. It was a surprise to me and I was not told that until I had driven 40 minutes and handed them the keys. Even though I dont agree with this practice thats fine its their prerogative to charge what they want. The two stars from me is for poor communication of not informing me of this until after paperwork was filled out and they had the keys. I just went somewhere else and had the work done with no diagnostics fee.

First I would like to say, if I had the option to rate this dealership with no stars I definitely would, but since I cant, I would like to explain how I felt verbally abused by one of the employees, which I believe was the manager at this establishment. I personally have never used any of their services, however I did come in contact with the manager, over the phone, when it came to attaining some photos and paperwork for a vehicle, for a mutual customer I was assisting that had come to our office, from their dealership in Brenham that is about 45 minutes away, in order to begin a new policy to get their vehicle insured. The customers were very understanding when I told them that unfortunately when speaking with this dealership they refused to send over the specific paperwork I had asked from them as well as photos of the vehicle because they would need the customer to drive back and purchase the vehicle. Once the customer returned with the paperwork they showed me that they had the photos of the vehicle on their phone, which was fine, however we were missing TWO crucial photos in order to insure the vehicle. I went ahead and called the dealership again and the manger answered, after letting him know that we just needed TWO photos, he went on saying how he doesnt see why he has to do my job for me and that hes never heard of any insurance company in the world, ask for these things. I did advise him that these are just the guidelines we have to follow. Quickly after I said that he went on saying how sloppy of an insurance we are and even asked if I was certified to sell insurance. After agreeing that he would send the TWO photos to our email he disruptively hung up the phone on me, without me even thanking him. I wish I was exaggerating but it did take about half an hour for him to send over the TWO photos that we needed and on top of that when we received the photos, he had wrote on the paper in the photo DO NOT ASK AGAIN, which I think is exceedingly unprofessional and rude. Working at an insurance company, you would think that dealerships would be helpful since one needs insurance to drive a vehicle and it should be a type of teamwork in order to satisfy the mutual customer. However, I was quickly misguided on the fact that this specific dealership was extremely impertinent and disrespectful to not only me but the company I work for.
I was in need of quick repair to my trucks brakes and they were completely understanding. I would recommend All Auto to everyone. Excellent service! Staff was courteous and professional.

This dealership is one of the rudest dealerships Ive ever came into contact with. I work for an insurance company and we had a customer come in for insurance that purchased a vehicle from them. The only thing we needed was proof of ownership of the vehicle and photos of the vehicle. The boy my coworker spoke to was beyond rude, questioning if she was even capable of selling insurance and that they never heard of an insurance company that needs the things we needed. They told my coworker they were not going to send the photos or proof of ownership and the customer can drive up to them and get it. Keep in mind this dealership is 45 minutes away from our company. The customers leave and come back with the proof of ownership but not with the photos. We spoke to the salesman again and it was the same thing, he kept going on and on about our company and how sloppy we were instead of them prioritizing their customer. This company does not care about their customers, theyd rather go back and forth with the insurance company all day rather than help out their own customers. I feel bad for the customers because they were going back and forth all day from Bryan to Brenham trying to do what the dealership refused to do, while the dealership did nothing. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone if it was the last dealership on the planet. Ive been working for an insurance company for 2 years now and have never experienced salesmen so unwilling to help us or the customer. Most dealerships are more than happy to bring the vehicle and if they arent able to they will send whats needed for our mutual customer to get on the road without hesitation. How they treat others is how they will treat YOU! Make sure you find a dealership that will put you FIRST!

Horrible service, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS POSSIBLE! They are rude, dishonest, sneaky and will steal your money. They are disrespectful and nobody seems to know anything. I wish I never met these people.
