Coming here was a bad decision!!! I brought my car here for an oil change and needed my tires checked because my tire service light had been on. I stressed to the guy at the front desk to PLEASE make sure to check the tires…air pressure, alignment, EVERYTHING. He said he’d make sure that he let them know. The service did not take long and the receipt given to me stated everything they “checked”. Funny how the very next day, NOT EVEN 24 hours, the tread came apart on not one, but 2 OF MY TIRES. I commute everyday so I’m sure you can imagine how dangerous a blowout of 2 front tires would’ve been on the highway. THANK GOD I AM OBSERVANT AND HEARD THE TREAD PIECES HITTING MY CAR. The tire shop said it happens with wear and tear but if these people were doing their jobs they would’ve been able to tell me that beforehand. I have no complaints about the service for the oil change. But I’m starting to think what else they could’ve missed if something so simple could’ve been avoided if given the time and knowledge.

DONT COME HERE!!!!! Arrived at 10:00 with only one mechanic and a new girl in the office. No customers ahead of me but it still took forever. At 11:30 they told me they could not install the tires Id already paid for because my lug nuts were damaged. After talking them in to letting me buy new lug nuts, its now 1:00 and they are still jacking around out there. I can see the tech walking around, going to my car ever so often. I got a great price for the tires, but will go anywhere else next time for the installation. OMG, just heard them talking about that they still cant get my tires scanned in. DONT COME HERE!2:00 and still here.

Do NOT use them.. this is the second time I brought my car to them to have my tore checked because the tire light was on... both times they told me the tire was fine and they saw no problems and BOTH times I woke up out of town with flats on the exact tires I was concerned about.. the second time I came back to tell them what happened AGAIN and they were going to charge me to look at the tire again and instead I had to buy a new tire on a Sunday because they were the only people open.. it took over 3 hours for this and no one is concerned that this is the second time in 4 weeks three kids and I were stuck on the side of the road because they didnt properly address the situation the first time..it wouldnt let me give them 0 start but one is way too much

They’ve told me they can’t find any holes in the tires when they go flat every other day and I’ve found the holes several times

2hrs and 45 mins to have 4 tires balanced and mounted, nobody was ahead of me

Customer service is awful.Purchased a tire from them,the guy put it in the basket with my toddler son and didnt even offer to load it in my car I had to ask a gentleman outside to do so. Very chaotic disorganized individuals, wait time was two hours for them to put one tire on.

I went in to see if they had time to fix a tire and was told by two people that I needed an appointment... Huh? No thank you. I will forever go to Brenham Tire from now on...

I had to wait some but they kept apologizing to me for waiting. I told them that I live in Angleton an if you go to Walmart in Anyleton or Lake Jackson you will wait at least 4 hours and they want apologize to you. I will not use Anyleton or Lake Jackson Walmart any more.

They were very slow in the process. They didnt have the air filter I needed that needed to be replaced. The return for service sticker they put wrong mileage and I had to call their attention to it.

Poor will not use the auto center again. They would not rotate them. I drive on alot of rock roads and it leaves marks on your tires. They thought they were weather cracked. So its obvious they have no clue what they are doing.
