Great, had to take my car in for work and they checked me in and got a loaner to drive.

Picked up some keys. The service tech was real helpful.

Very friendly, accommodating people. That are concerned with your needs and making sure you get what you want and taking care of their customers. Very appreciative to the staff. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Service was horrible. I was skipped over and it took a week to look at my car then was given the ok and that there was nothing wrong with my car only to drive it one day and it stopped on me. Because the transmission was shot.

I took my vehicle here for service about 2 months ago. I needed 3 things looked at, and was specific about them when I dropped the truck off. I asked to be called before any work was done (my vehicle is under warranty to 100k miles) in case something wasnt covered.The person I dropped the truck off with rushed me through the paperwork and gave me a loaner vehicle with an empty tank of gas and trash in the floorboards.I did not receive a phone call that day or the next regarding my vehicle. In fact, after 4 phone calls to the service department I finally got in touch with someone who informed me my vehicle was ready and an amount was owed. Apparently the work they did on item 1 was covered, the work they did on item 2 was not covered, and the work they did on item 3 they could not replicate the problem, so no work was done. Had they have called me, I would have been able to explain a little better as well as give consent to fix the item that wasnt covered under warranty. I ended up paying, and ironically enough that item is broken again. A complete waste of time and money.As if to add insult to injury, I was informed after I had left with my vehicle that they FORGOT TO charge me a deductible for the warranty. They sent an invoice in the mail. The service department members at this dealership have terrible customer service skills and if you ask me, are inadequate at doing their jobs.I wouldnt recommend anyone in the Brenham area to use Laroche for a new vehicle or service on your current vehicle. If my truck broke down directly in front of this dealership, I would pay to have it towed elsewhere.
