Great location, friendly staff, it very terrible quality shopping carts. A lot of them don’t work right. Terrible wheel and bearing qualities. Some of them turn on its own. Come on now get rid of these

Quick and quiet and clean. This ralphs is the go-to grocery store for when I need something quickly. Most of the employees seem to be happy to be there, so yeah. Pretty good.

I didnt really think much about this store until today it was the most kind young guy working in self check out. For some reason today I couldnt see that well I couldnt find the bread he was standing by he point me in the right direction. I was checking out he helped me. He is so kind A little kindness goes a long way its also a lady over there where they sell the hot food she is so nice also. This is my favorite store now thank you nice people

This is my go to Grocery store. I always can find what I need and the produce is fresh and this is important to me. The people who work there are very helpful. This trip was for groceries for Thanksgiving and I was able to get everything that I needed. Check out was fast and efficient. Great store and staff.

Used to be my go to grocery store. Really felt like a neighborhood grocery store up until they decided to move Carlos. It is not the same, you walk in and the whole vibe is completely different and bland. I and a few of my colleagues will not be back until Carlos is back. He truly was the heart of this location.

Good news! Customer service is excellent, very nice staff! Ralphs tends to have better deals in comparison to their rivals. The store is maintained and organized, with the aisles being wide enough to avoid that person who loves to park their junk right in the middle of the walkway. The parking area is easy to access and never overly packed.Bad news... Theyre not open 24 hours!

I like Ralphs stores, they have a great feel to them, consistently across multiple locations they are clean, pleasant stores. The staff here is pretty helpful but havent had to ask for directions too many times. I also LOVE the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies and this store carries them outside the autumn season which is a nice treat.

Good service and selection of goods. However, their self checkout experience is HORRIBLE. The machine is slow, double scans items, and requires you to put EVERY ITEM in the bagging area and has a fit if you remove or move any of the items. It is honestly the worst self checkout experience Ive ever had.

I came here on Monday evening around 5pm. Everything had been great until I came to the self check in to pay my grocery. The server (old latino guy)at there was so EXTREMELY rude, he was even more rude with old lady in front of me. I think he should work at the back instead working in the front.

The store is well stocked. If item isnt on the shelf they will check and give you an idea when it be available. Its always clean.

This Ralphs location is a good general grocery store in Brea. It has almost everything you need and is open both early in the morning and late at night. This location has a bakery, deli, and butcher. It even has a Wells Fargo bank inside thats open until 7pm on weekdays. The prices are a little on the expensive side, but buying items that are on sale are well worth it. I keep coming back because this is where I find the best deal for Silk Soy Milk and orange juice. The staff here are always courteous.

The Ralphs on Imperial Highway in Brea is an excellent place to shop. The employees are helpful and friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs and where they work. This store is well maintained and always clean.

I go all the time with two rambunctious toddlers. They help me at the checkout for sure. The produce is fresh and pricing is fair. Its great!

This Ralphs is a very clean and well kept. the produce is all perfect, and the seafood case is perfect.Im not a fan of solicitors outside by the door but thats really not something Ralphs can control.

If your going to use the Coinstar they (the cashiers) frown upon it. They look at you like your going to clean their registers out. Jesus your a supermarket, not a mom and pops joint. If you going make hard for people put up a limit sign plan as simple...

I dont believe Ive ever such a sarcastic, rude customer service/manager in my life. For many many years my husband delivered groceries from the distribution center at Vons and had nothing but the best. I made a dash to Ralphs which was closer to show spoiled food. Her comment, so? What do you want from me? Yikes! Brea Ralphs customers will hear about this..

Bloom Haus roses are of a level suitable for photography/gifting with lovely ruffled edges and long lasting blooms.Appreciative for the quick check out (reported), quality of items---large store--all produce are undeniably delicious and my interactions this year were “light filled.” Top barrel.Thanks to the Ralphs team for Bloom Haus roses blossomed as I watched in a quotidian manner. I placed them in Swarovski Crystal vases for approx. ten (10) days. Kroger is the parent of Ralphs. COVID stellar and kept 4 stars.

Ive been a Ralphs costumer for 15 years not only for shopping groseries but also for currency transfer, never had a problem, However the currency transfer is becoming a nigthmare. The manager is the only allowed to do the currency transfers, so if he is bussy there is noone to help, beside the manager (Lance brubaker) can tell you that you must wait 20 to 30 min for him to help you. That happen to me today.
