Starbucks employees are always fast and friendly. Great customer service from batistas Courtney and Blanca. So nice to see smiling faces early in the morning!

The quality that Target gives in service, selection, price and presentation is why I enjoy the shopping experience so much. I will not shop at Walmart because I do not like the shopping experience. Target is competitive enough in price to avoid having to shop at a store that looks like a wearhouse.

I aint never seen a two story stand alone building dedicated to just Target! There is a single floor parking structure on the first floor and the store itself on the second. Its bonkers how big this location is! Everything is clean and organized. They have all the basic necessities in stock. My only gripe is that there are tons of people inside, they all had masks on though so it was alright.

Clean and organized. Its always a fast trip to shop. Stacey who works at the Starbucks is super friendly and takes her time making sure everything is right. It would be nice if she could have some help.

The pharmacy hours. 11 to 5 on Saturday. Website hours state 9 to 5!

Ive come to this Target several times already for in store pickup and they had of all my groceries right and everything was kept nice and cold. I can always find what I need here for great prices. I like going to Walmart too, but sometimes they dont have the items I need in stock and this Target usually does. Ive always had a great experience here.

Love Target. Our cashier was very friendly. We frequent this Target since we live in the area. The last time I came in, a young gentlemen helped me on the floor. I asked his name, I believe he said Reese. Not sure how its spelled.

Because it was so easy no hassel. There was one other person in line in front of me. The target team members were helpful in telling me where to go Because I parked for pick up and I had to go inside to pick up. Also the target team member that got my item was quick and friendly.

I liked this target a lot more then other targets besides there bathroom they are most times super clean and neat. The customer service is super nice and never rude. If you have to go to target and are near this one go here.

Prices, savings, quality, and overall experience of shopping are all fantastic. The store itself is a standard Target except for the two stories (the first floor is not really part of the store). However, if you are in need of a motorized scooter to help you shop, be warry. The one I used ended up dying on me and if it werent for the person with me, I wouldve needed help from an employee. The charging station definitely needs some work and the employees could be more diligent/be more helpful when it comes to this area.

The Brea Target is really well designed. It has the feeling of a department store when you walk in. This may be due to the walk way and escalators when you walk or the fact you are greeted well at the entrance. I will say my only complaint as they did not seem as compliant about the mask ordinance but that may be because it is in Orange County and the view of masks is a bit more lacks then in LA County where I usually shop. I will say the store looked ridiculously clean especially in the restrooms.

Variety of items than other stores.

It was easy to order, the order was filled pretty quickly and the pickup was simple. The employee met me when I drove up and she put it in my trunk. I called a friend on the way home and told him about it. I definitely will use it again.

I have always like Target, great value yet you dont feel as though the product is cheep. With the recent pandemic Target has done much better than other retailers in providing safe options for shopping. In addition they have not compromised their selection or service.

Employees are doing a good job at disinfecting carts and baskets. Long lines sometimes, hope they hired more cashiers.

At Brea Target 8/10/2020 11:17 AM, I bought items there and I payed with a new gift card. I scratched the access code at that spot and gave it to the cashier. The cashier was a old man and he struggled to look at the access code we had just scratched. After he tried putting the access code 2 times, he said there was no balance left in the card. However, on the cashier screen it said there was an error not 0 balance. 100 percent sure he was just lazy so just told us there was nothing in the gift card. The more surprising thing was that he tried to throw away the gift card, but we asked for it so we could check the balance. So we just payed in cash and went back home. When we checked the balance back at home, there was still the same amount of balance left. I got so angry I want to call the manager.

I love Target. Great team members, lots of variety, great seasonal decor, and now groceries. What could be better? Clothes and accessories are cute, too! My only complaint is that some times things are TOO popular and they sell out too quickly. Brea store is one of my favorites as it has that little escalator for your shopping cart!

This is a great service (drive-up pick-up service) especially now during these crazy times. Im extremely grateful for the employees who are working in this area. The whole process was a breeze.

The fanciest Target with more selection of products around town. This is my usual go to five-star Target. However, one star deducted due to a staff over at the customer services counter did not follow protocols. She helped a customer, who did not get in the customer services line, before all of the customers waiting in line! What good does it do for putting up a line? To encourage cutting! But dont get me wrong. All other staff are great. I appreciate their help a lot. Its just that more training is needed for this particular staff.

After I paid for my purchases and handed the receipt I noticed I had been overcharged for three bags of Starbucks coffee. The shelf tag stated with the purchase of three bags the cost would be $5.99 ea., not $7.99 each, which was what I was charged. The clerk couldnt redo the order and sent me to customer service where I had to wait in line and spend extra time I didnt have getting the problem resolved, which it was.

I was treated so poorly for a target member charging me for an exchange. I came to this store to see if they had a pair of shorts in a different size that I purchase early from another store. This store had the size I was looking for and wanted to do an exchange. The member told me I owed 83 cents for the exchange, so I paid for it on my card. Then I told them that isnt right it is an exchange with the same tax price there should be no reason for the charge, she agreed and called her leader. she came over rudely opened the cash door handed me .83. Didnt ask me how I would like the refund back because I wanted it back on the target card I just put it on. She walked away without saying a word and left with a hand full of change, not even an apology for charging me for an exchange. I will never return to this store and it has made me to not want to shop at target ever again.

Whenever my family does drive up, Target ALWAYS gets our order wrong. Once, they gave us a open Poptarts box! TWICE! If youre going to have a service like this you have to be perfect no matter what.

This Target had a new item the YL Blvd./Placentia Target did not but it had to be purchased with drive-up. Service was fast and polite. My only complaint is the designated drive-up area was poorly marked, in my opinion and he had to wait for me to find it AND they are timed essentially, based on how long they take.

A good Target location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A little dirty, but not too bad. The people and cart escalators break down frequently, but they have elevators and stairs right next to them. They also have a Starbucks inside.

Target is my familys #1 spot for almost all of our household needs as well other necessities.

I found a better deal on pets food, and I decided to change my dogs food. I love Target because its a one stop shop. Whatever you need, you find it Target: groceries, gifts, clothes, shoes, pharmacy, toys, home goods... Its very fun to shop at Target!

I usually love this target ;)I Arrived at 7:00 am - it seems that closing people didnt clean up the night before or shoppers are super messy. Mens section had items all over the floor. I Was looking for a shirt for a gift - decided that it wasnt worth the obstacle course. However, I will return again in the off season :)

This is my favorite Target in this area because this one is MASSIVE. I can spend hours here because of how vast it is. They usually have a larger stock than the much smaller one in Fullerton, so I would drive here much more often despite it being significantly further than the one near me.This Target has everything, to a Starbucks, an Optometrists on site, and an underground parking lot for those hot days.

Already loved Target but you’re telling me I can have my Target purchase delivered to my car without be having to load up my two little ones?! Car drop off or whatever it’s called is amazing!

The staff here are very friendly and its rarely crowded. Always parking and very clean. I feel they need to keep up on restocking items. I do nearly all my shopping here (groceries and other) so I come every week usually on different days. Every time I come they are out of stock of at least 2 common things that I need and remain out of stock for some time. Additionally I noticed that their produce goes bad faster than other stores which isnt a huge problem because their prices are better. Today I tried to call and let them know some cheese I bought that wasnt supposed to expire for another month had completely molded and request they take it off their shelves so no one would get sick. I called 3 departments with no answer. Im not upset, it just appears there is a general lack of care in some areas. I normally wouldnt go to the internet to express my complaints but Im not sure how to get ahold of anyone, maybe someone will see this. Either way I will continue to shop there because k generally have a good experience

Wonderful store, prices/services. Cashier was smiling or if no conversation is required, ambulate to automated check out machines (scan, bag and pay). Bags may purchased here—bring your own.This is a two level target with escalators and elevator. At the top is Starbucks (right) and to the left is Target. Interior is well lit and tidy inside. This location has a pharmacy.Natural lighting is delightful/parking is ample (garage structure/outside sunny parking lot. Target Drive Up is available and contactless! Online orders can be picked up in-house.

One of the nicest Targets in the area. There is always plenty of parking and parking in the garage always feels safe. The employees have always been helpful if you have any questions. Bathrooms arent as clean and one would hope. The products are always property stocked and off the floor.

For all collectors, this target is supremely unhelpful. Wouldnt take the DPCI number at first and then refused to check the back for the items I was looking for.

The front end lines at this store are terrible! There are always at least 6-8 people per line and only one or two lines open at any time. The self-serve kiosk is even worse and none of the employees ever feels a need to call for backup cashiers. (There are plenty of other employees roaming the aisles, chatting with other associates, though). The local Walmart provides a better check out experience - and thats a pretty low standard to compete with......

Target was very stocked on toys today.

I slipped and fell in the isle leading from the electronics department to the front of the store.I think an employee down the isle saw me slip and land on my knee. He walked by, said hello and continued on his way as I’m standing there in pain.Water was on the ground and that’s why I slipped. I was wearing flip flops and that didn’t help.Honestly don’t care I slipped, But the lack of care expressed by the employee that walked right by me was disheartening. I’ve always felt target cared about their guests.Then again, you can’t base an entire store, or even an entire company from one employee’s lack of awareness.Just wanted to express how my experience went. One of the best target around, always well stocked and located in a nice plaza. this target is configured such that the lower level (ground level) is all parking, which means its easy to get parking. Ive noticed at times prices are a little higher than la County targets, but that might just be regional differences

Wow I expect more from target than this. Their shoe section was such a mess the boys and girls shoes where all mixed together. The displays were covered in boxes and all mixed up. No way to find anything you are looking for.

The staff here racially profile you. They thought I was somehow manipulating the prices/barcodes on my items and trying to steal because my items were 70% off. They double checked and rescanned everything to make sure I wasnt stealing. Thank you for humiliating me and profiling me! Never coming here again.

New decor with all of the displays filled with summer items. Cute summer dresses and bikinis, reasonable prices and staff nearby to help. What more could you ask for?

Parking is easy, and the place is well organized and clean. Really modern looking. The staff here is helpful. Everything is easy to find here.

Excellent customer service at this Target. Anytime you ask a red shirt team member, they happily answer any questions and/or walk you right over to the item. If they have run out of the item, they are happy to find it and even request the other Target hold it for you...What great service! We shop at this Brea Target weekly because it is a great store, always clean and friendly, kind service.ThisTarget is a bit different than some. They have ground level parking with the store located above. When you exit you may use the cart escalator to bring your items down to the parking level....how fun is that! Worth a look-see.

Has a parking garage built in which helps with some of the parking nightmares Ive witnessed in other Target parking lots. The store is actually on the second floor so when you walk in, you immediately go up an escalator. Was a quaint and enjoyable visit on a Monday afternoon.

I didn’t think I could love shopping at Target anymore and then I tried Drive Up. Such an amazing service where they literally run your order to your car. You simply must give it a try!

This Target store is quite unusual. Located on the second floor it has the parking downstairs and some devices to move the carts up and down, along with the escalators. I have never seen something like that anywhere else yet. Stores space is well-organized and clean, that is why I like Target stores So much.

This Target is nice and big but the cashier I had walked away from our transaction in the middle to talk and giggle with a coworker. I just walked away past her and said oh no its fine, I dont need my receipt. To which she just looked past me and kept giggling with her coworker. This isnt the first location to have rude/dead eyed employees, but it is the last one Ill spend my money at. Target is basically the new walmart but still way overpriced, Im very disappointed.

This location has plenty of parking having the store built above a parking garage. Despite being right next to the mall and university I have never had a problem finding parking. The store itself is clean and filled with friendly staff. I have never had an issue finding anything or someone to help me. I drive past several other Target locations to go to this one.

OK, really clean. Interesting setup being on the second floor (the cart lift is always kinda cool). You can take stairs, escalator, or elevator to the store. Probably wouldnt be as thrilled if I had a disability limiting me to wait for the elevator.

I recently had a situation where I needed to use a whole bunch of $25 AMEX reward cards for my work that were about to expire in 3 days. I initially tried using them on Amazon but they would only take one card per purchase, so that didnt work out for the items we wanted to purchase (mainly electronics). I then went to the Brea Walmart to try to use them in the store -- I asked up front if they had any limits on how many cards could be used on a single purchase, and was told I could use as many as I wanted. However the system blocked them after entering 5 ($125) and the manager did all but escort me out the door, leaving thousands of dollars of merchandise in my shopping cart. I felt like a criminal. I decided to give the Target in Brea a try, and was not only treated like a valued customer but got personal help and attention from Ken, one of the assistant managers, who patiently helped me select merchandise and enter all those gift cards into the system. He then took my purchases out to my car and loaded them for me. I have always like this store and shop here regularly, but will now make it my go-to store for everything.

Best Target Ive been to. Its clean, unique, and provides a pleasant shopping experience. And of course, its Target, so the same store youre used to, but better.

Compared to other Target locations in the OC this is by far the best. The two story layout is fantastic and the store is always well stocked on items.

This is my go-to Target. Good parking. Fast checkout. They usually have what Im looking for and the staff is very friendly.

This is one of the nicer looking Targets that I have been to. I am comparing to Whittier, La Habra, Santa Ana, and Tustin to name a few. They have their own underground parking lot. They have plenty of open registers on a weekend. The store looks orderly and well staffed.

You want to so nice and you dont even need to ask or anything is because the markings are really good

Order online and pick up in store. There was only (1) employee to assistance with customers. Four customers were in line and the employee had to go to the back room to retrieve orders. We stood in line about 10 min.

I think this target is cool because its on the 2nd story and all the parking is underneath. i havent really seen any others like that. other than that, this is like any other target, its clean and always has a sizable team on registers so there isnt that long of a wait.

This is a good medium sized target. Its selection is not as nig as some of the others but it gets the job done. Plenty of parking at this location even though the lot looks small.
