Had questions regarding some Bose equipment that the sales associates seemed to have great answers to. They gave solid recommendations per my questions regarding audio equipment and were super friendly the whole time too.

Employees of this store are not audio experts and are not receptive to learning about state of the art audio technology. For example, not receptive to learn that 3D audio is in development thinking it is just the media and not the hardware and just 360 speakers are 3D...Bose is not one of the companies developing 3D as listed in IEEE Spectrum Magazine. I will chat online again with much more friendly Boes support that will forward requests to Product Development.

Best headphones Ive ever purchased. Sound quality is great . Lows and highs, you can really hear all the sounds.

Went to buy a pair of earbuds today and because my fraud department at the bank shut my credit card down my card was declined. I immediately called my bank to release the hold on my card not a problem. The associate who was helping me just handed back my card and without saying anything walked away after I cleared it up I tried to hand him the card back and he said that they do not process a second attempt because the system blocks it for 24 hours. They have lost me as a customer
