Bought a brand new Dell desktop was $760... right off the bat had issues, called them and they wouldnt help me unless i paid even more money... useless as far as computers go. Stay away from this place unless you need printer ink... thats it
I have never been treated so rudely. I am self employed and have purchase multiple printers and other essentials here over the years. I will never return. After requesting help the salesman picked out an expensive printer seemingly at random. He then harassed me multiple times for not having a rewards card. I left without purchasing anything.
Horrible service. Internet doesnt work. Easy access printers to print your own work, simply do not work. They need to fix this so.it serves.its purpose.

Depends on whos working can be hit or miss with customer service. Commonly things are mis-marked with prices. Otherwise its a good store to go to for office supplies needed ASAP
Service in the Copy and print center was stellar! A 110% improvement! Customer service on the floor has also improved. It can be a maybe it was the day of the week but all people working had smiles and were working at a rather Fast Pace instead of the usual walking around looking like Eeyore the Donkey.
So upon moving out of Brattleboro to a different state I had to ship some items from Staples UPS store on Putney road, the sales person was nice, and when we were about to conclude our business he offers me Insurance on my packages for 5 dollars more I could add 500$ damage/loss protection...so naturally i agreed. lo and behold my package was damaged during shipping, so I file the claim, which Staples then files with UPS, UPS denies my claim, why, and how is this right or fair ? because UPS claims the package did not meet their guidelines in packaging material ( even though it was in the ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX) why did he not mention the UPS guidelines before I shipped ? why did he not explain the process of what would happen if in fact my package was damaged ? How is it that the salesperson has no knowledge of the UPS guidelines for packaging to INSURE that if damage or loss occurs the INSURANCE i purchase would be useful ? my hard earned money thrown down the drain because of a loop hole they refused to share with their customers....rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate. Oh yeah will be contacting a small claims lawyer going to take Staples through the ringer believe that.....
Ive had terrific help from the Tech Center, always, in person and on the phone. All the help is polite, cheerful, and helpful. And the product selection is great.
The WiFi is unreliable. I had an e-mail coupon I couldnt use because the WiFi couldnt connect to the internet. I had to drive home and print the coupon out. When I got back to the store, the internet was working. The whole experience was a waste of time and money.
I walked in hoping for help with my ZAGG Invisiblesheild and the tech support man very rudely told me he couldnt help me. I explained why I thought he could assist me with my warranty and instead of simply explaining to me why that wasnt true he said So? while walking away. He offered no more assistance and walked away. Another customer in line provided me with the information I was looking for.
