I’m on a camping bike trip and realized I forgot my pump right before my ride. I was standing outside before they open when an employee noticed me. He let me use a pump before they even opened. This was my first time in this area and shop, but I was blown away. They had everything! I was surprised with how big the store was. The staff was super friendly, I wish I had this shop my for my local shop lol

I am an extreme skier and often break gear. Burrows has repaired my gear I break so many times now I am starting to lose count. They are there for me when I need them! This shop is truly awesome. Burrows is a personable, small local hometown shop which cares about its customers tremendously.It is a great shop to support and find cool gear for skiing and biking!

Contacted shop for service. Female employee quoted reasonable price on phone, then did repair after I showed up. Same day service. Professional - competent - courteous. Ill be back & will highly recommend them to my friends and family for their biking needs.

The gentleman that runs this store is so over the top helpful! I brought my son to this establishment this evening to look into used skis. Unfortunately hos calf was too wide for any used boot they had to offer but Woody was so knoledgable. 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to buy gear!

Place is unkept but the lady was helpful. We kept interrupting her, so I cant say if she had or had not had a lot of selling point. I am for certain a lot of their customers are people they have been servicing for years. They must do well,. Their shop is right on main Street Brattleboro.

Theyve always been helpful for wrenching on various bikes over the years. Never bought a bike here so I cant speak to that.
